Dieses Haus hat alles !!! Es wurde im Jahr 2012 erbaut und liegt weniger als 1,5 km vom Delnor-Wiggins State Beach entfernt. Das Haus verfügt über alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten. Premier Südlage, 500 Block Naples Park Lage, können Sie Ihr Fahrrad zu fahren (wir stellen drei!) weniger als eine Meile zu den Golfstränden!

Drei Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer mit WC plus Höhle mit einem gnädigen offenen Grundriss mit wundervollen Upgrades. Herrliche Gourmet-Küche mit Granit, aktualisiert Schränke, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und Akzentbeleuchtung. Reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer, um den 52-Zoll-Plasma-Fernseher zu genießen, und an unserem Esstisch Platz für acht Personen. Gefliest.

Schwimmen Sie im privaten beheizten Salzwasserpool oder entspannen Sie im beheizten Spa mit Brunnen! Mit unserem großen Propangrill können Sie grillen. Das Pooldeck ist sehr einladend mit schönen Fertiger und das Haus ist auch mit einer Außendusche ausgestattet.

Die Master Suite ist ein wunderbares Refugium mit einem brandneuen Kingsize-Bett und einem 46 "Flachbild-Fernseher. Das Master-Bad verfügt über eine übergroße begehbare Dusche, zwei Waschbecken und separatem Zugang zum Pool und Spa. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Kingsize-Bett und ein angrenzendes Bad. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett mit angrenzendem Bad und einem 36 "Flachbild-Fernseher. Es gibt auch eine Höhle mit Sekretärin Stall für den Laptop (wenn es sein muss!)Und ein ausziehbares Bett mit zwei Einzelbetten für zusätzliche Gäste. Schlafplätze acht in allen!

Great Location

House was immaculate and owner communicated well. We had a few issues (smoke detector/garage door needed batteries) that were resolved within a timely manner. The pool and hot tub are fantastic once you figure out the remote control for it. The house was very spacious and beds were comfy. The house did get warm at night especially in the master bedroom where the ceiling fan did not work (Owner is aware). A small table top fan was in the garage but it did not help much but I am hot at night all of the time. There were some "unwelcome bugs" but again, the owner was made aware and was addressing that issue. Overall, it was a great house in close proximity to the beach. Perfect for families to enjoy!

Fantastic Family Getaway

From the moment we walked in to the house, we discovered there was so much more to this place! I won't give it away, but trust me, you won't be disappointed! The layout of the house easily accommodated 7 of us (6 adults and 1 "adult size" teenager). It had everything we needed and then some.The pool was fantastic and gave us a place to cool down after a day at the beach. We chose to rent a golf cart, so between two vehicles and the golf cart, our family was able to get to the beach (approx 1 mile away) easily. If we had any issues (ex. fan not working), it was very easy to reach out to Terre, who was quickly receptive. It was a wonderful place to relax, swim, take in the beach and just get away from everything. If you want a night out, the homeowners provide a wealth of suggestions, complete with descriptions and price ranges. We could not have asked for a better time to celebrate our graduates. Thank you Terre for a fantastic family getaway!

Need to fix the Ac

The air conditioner was not working throughout the stay. While the owner had a fix and did send over a technician after a few calls we found ourselves spending a lot of time trying to get the Ac to work. Otherwise the house was very nice, one pillowcase a bit dirty. Lots of instructions which was fine. Suggest stocking a few bottles of water in the fridge as a starter package and some small sample soaps and shampoos Pool was really nice and location was nice. If it hadn’t been for the AC I think would have rated 5 stars in every category

Winter Getaway

This house was perfect for us. We appreciated the 2 bedrooms with King size beds. We used the pool and hot tub everyday. It’s screened in, so no bugs. The location is great if you like to walk. Beach, shopping and restaurants are all walkable.

Our favorite Naples house!

We’ve been coming to Naples for Christmas break for 10 years and this is by far our favorite spot! We’ve stayed here for quite a few of those years and have never been disappointed. Terre is an excellent host, always prompt with replies and provides everything needed. We are a family of 6, ages 9-72, and this house is perfect. Great floor plan, plenty of space, nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen, etc. major plus - 1 mile walk from the beach or very short drive!

We loved the house and Terre was really responsive. We were there over Thanksgiving and she provided some extra kitchen supplies that we needed to do our cooking. The pool was great and the location was perfect. The house was really clean. We will definitely stay again!!

Stellar! It was PERFECT!

The communication with the owners was stellar! Easy check-in/check-out process. THE HOME WAS TRULY BEAUTIFUL and PERFECT! From the luxurious towels, to the soft rugs under your feet, supplies that would meet everyone needs, and the space needed for everyone to be together - and to have time apart. Everyone stated how roomy the bedrooms were and how all of the mattresses provided a great night of sleep! The location of the home was perfect as we roamed to Marco Island, downtown Naples, Mercato, the beach, and took daily walks from the house through the beautiful park nearby. Grocery store, Walmart, Starbucks..... everything you need was close by and convenient. The spa/pool with the accent lighting and water features set the tone for R&R in the evening - and it is very simple to set the temperature and use. It was so easy to sync my phone to the bluetooth speakers so we could listen to our favorites. TV is easy to use, and the owner notes are very detailed to assist in providing information for a great time if you don't have anything planned. It was an AMAZING experience that we were blessed to share together! The only down fall - we should have stayed longer, but we are trying to find a date for next year already!

Perfect house for multigenerational family

We were in town to celebrate the life of the 95 year old matriarch of our family who recently passed. This home allowed our portion of the family to stay together. The kitchen is well equipped and designed and had enough room for more than one person to move around. There was an abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. The salt water pool entertained the 13 year old when the grandparents and pregnant sister needed a rest! Beds were comfy, proximity to Delnor Wiggins beach was great. It was HOT in August but we stayed comfy with the air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Naples Park House

Second year we rent from the same owner on a different property (just two house away). Both houses are almost identical, we encounter some problems this time but were addressed in a timely manner. The area is very nice and close to the beach, including the Wiggins State Park that was very damaged last year during hurricane season which limited the facilities specially parking area, but during week days there are plenty of space to park. the house accommodated our family of 8 with no problem. The location is very close to restaurants, markets and shops.

Disappointed

This is a nice house, perfect being a ranch and space for us to spread out. Location is safe and close to all things. House had lots of extra supplies to use, if needed. Pool was small, but good for a family of 3. The house was auto set to 72 daily which was to hot for us. The master got especially hot so we learned to shower in one of the other bathrooms. We had to figure out the jandy remote and the battery died. Hot tub warmed up quickly. The master bedroom mattress was HORRIBLE. Time for a new one, it’s severely indented, so laying there your head is lower than your feet. The biggest issue for what you pay is the house had an abundance of cockroaches. They just appear and they are huge, dirty and will scare you. They run fast, and are about 2 inches long. By the end of the trip, I was ready to go, they were everywhere and it made it very hard to sleep or be in the home. I brought this up to the homeowner post-trip and offered to share video and pictures but was told it’s the subtropics, that’s what’s expected, he said he would call pest control. We were uncomfortable to share about the cockroaches while there because we had no where else to go, and didn’t want to be in the home with the chemical sprays. It was a difficult position to be in, and uncomfortable to express to the homeowner, they didn’t do anything to compensate for this very gross & unfortunate end of our trip. Beware of the cockroaches, mattress in master, and warm air conditioner situation.

A Great Home

We had a great week in Naples Park. Having two king sized bedrooms worked well as we had a full family trip including grandparents. The pool and hot tub were great as well. The garage has coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for kids, so it is very family friendly. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home Perfect Location

This is a very well maintained home in close proximity to everything you would want to do in North Naples. Walking distance to beaches, quiet street and plenty of nearby activities. The house was set up well with plenty of extras. Linens, towels, cooking supplies, etc. Pool and hot tub were great. I would highly recommend.

January Getaway

The house was perfect! There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds so everyone was happy. The new furniture in the living area was very comfortable. The pool gets plenty of sun and it’s great that it is all screened in. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is about a 6 block walk. We liked everything so much that we booked for next year!

We are Terre and Phil, and have lived year-round in Naples since 2012. We are both originally from the south, and love the subtropical ambiance of Naples! We have a 21-year-old-daughter who is in college in Boston.
We enjoy dining out with friends and family, along with golf, swimming, boating and fishing in the warm gulf waters.

We chose this property because it has a great floor plan and it is very private. It has a lot of nice features like the pool, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, and a third bathroom that most homes in the area don't have. The neighborhood is eclectic, relaxed, friendly, and so close to the beach!

We love the location of this home! We can ride bikes to the beach to catch the sunset every evening! It's so close to everything, including the Mercato shopping center with lots of shopping, a movie theatre and many wonderful dining choices. It's also just a few short blocks to Whole Foods, Publix, Trader Joe's, and lots more restaurants!
