Layout and location, nothing else is good.

The layout and location of this property are great, everything else is not. No soap is provided, the towels were rags, carpet was dirty, no lightbulbs in bathrooms, broken door handles, pool not heated, the list goes on. We were desperate when our other VRBO cancelled last minute so we booked this place. Would not recommend unless they did some serious updating and provided basic amenities.

Manager double booked this property and canceled day-of

The property manager of this rental was extremely uncommunicative and they double booked the property using a service other than VRBO. My party of 20 was left scrambling for new accomodations after the property manager canceled our reservation on the day of check-in despite booking 4+ months in advance. Sonoma Resort, where this rental is located, is nice enough for big groups, but I would advise against booking this particular rental.

Beautiful house but needs work

The house is gorgeous, but bathrooms needs to be cleaned better (showers have mold spots on edges), a toilet was dirty, patio chairs needs to be updated (one broke while a guest was going to sit down. Roaches found, broken beds, broken door handles, water filtration in 1 room. Overall the house needs some TLC before get worse. For the nightly price charged these things shouldn't be like this.

Great floorplan, horrible management.

The house’s floorplan had a great layout with 14 bedrooms and many en-suite bathrooms. The living room and dining room worked wonderfully for the amount of people we had on our trip to fit comfortably and be together as one large group. Unfortunately, the floorplan was the only good thing about the house, due to the poor house maintenance and horrible communication from the owner. Various doorknobs, bathroom towel-hangers, and appliances were broken. The kitchen was understocked in utensils, cups, and plates considering it was a house made for 14+ guests. The upstairs carpeting also looked in need of refreshing. The hot tub did not work, even though guests are charged $99 for use of it. We tried to contact the homeowner but got no reply. We have also now asked for a refund of this fee, but again, no reply. Romelia is terrible at communication, so do not expect to have your questions answered in a timely manner or even at all. Also, be careful about where you are parking your vehicles. Parking on the side of the road outside your house will result in your car being towed, yet parking on the other side of the road will not. This was information that was also not communicated to us by the homeowner. We will not be booking this house again and would encourage others to look for different places to stay.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE PLEASE!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE. I’M BEGGING NOT TO, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I booked this home since February 2022 for this Mother’s Day weekend for 20 guests and the host her name is Romelia she canceled my reservation less than 24 hours. She claims due to COVID. What’s is she serious??? I was furious 🤬😡Thank God I found another home the same day. We drove by this house later that day and saw it’s full of cars in the parking lot, so she has the nerve to cancel my reservation and booked it to someone else that’s crazy to me how could you do such a thing. I tried to reach her and she never responded regarding the situations. She has poor communication when I emailed her she takes 4 to 5 days to respond to my messages. Romelia I wish you read this review, I want to tell you karma is a b🤬tch I hope you know that.

Nothing "Luxury" about it

Checked out today and couldn't wait to do this review. First let me start by saying this home has the potential to a wonderful home if the owners make the necessary changes. The home is very spacious and accommodates large groups like ours but that's the only positive. This home needs a lot of work done. All the walls are filthy and in need of painting. The carpet is gross with numerous stains throughout. The sheets are badly stained. All of the furniture in the common areas need to be replaced. One of the showers did not work which is an inconvenience because we rented this home due to it having so many bathrooms. There are a lot of other issues but too many to list. Communication with the owner is lacking. I had to reach out to owner to get check in information which I didn't receive until a few hours before heading that way and even then the details were very vague. Sent a message about the shower not working never received a response. If you do choose to stay at this home be sure to take pictures of all of the damages just in case to ensure you receive security deposit back

House need work It was the worst house I ever stayed in in Orlando.

The house has so much stuff wrong with it that was broken water backing up in the tub and bath room sink tape on the kitchen chairs doors broken hole in wall beds broken (in the twins bed rooms), swimming pool over flowing hot tub not working water back up out the ground in front of the house Garage door broke. It was the worst house I ever stayed in in Orlando.

Overall we had a great stay !

We had a great stay. The house was beautiful. There were a few broken things in the house we spotted like stair rails some portions of the kids beds were broke. The heated hot tub did not work but other than that we had a great stay. I would definitely be open to staying here in the future again !

It is what it is

The house is big, good size rooms. The house need some maintenance. Stair railing coming off the wall, dirty wall, dirty pool, grill is not what was pictured, stains in the carpet, stain bedding and not enough towels. The towels seem to be random and miss matched. Overall the house was able to hold 18 people and plenty of space. There were a few nights of the house up the street having teenage party but overall the neighborhood was quite.

Enjoyable Family Memorial Day Weekend

The property had more than enough room for our family & was very clean. Their were a few minor flaws but nothing that couldn't be fixed. One major stair rail problem which caused an accident, but the hostess came right over to see if she could assist us with a solution. Overall a beautiful spacious house & very pleasant hostess. Will definitely rent again & refer anybody looking for accomodations for large gathering please by all means check this one out. Great place.

Spacious House

The house is very big and offers two large living room areas; one downstairs and one upstairs. There were a few issues but they were taken care of very quickly. Furniture in bedrooms is limited but they share that is advance and some is dated. Overall, we had a nice stay for our business meetings.

Perfect Stay

The house was advertised, great location, great property. Yes, there were a minor issues such as loose doorknobs, and dimmed lightbulbs, but overall it was perfect. House was clean when we entered. Only issue was the entrance at the gate, but that was quickly resolved. Would definitely rent at this location again.
