A relaxing week

We had a relaxing week at the beach and the condo was perfect. The beach wagon and chairs made it very convenient for our days down in the sand and the building amenities we well taken care of. Would definitely stay again

Great place to stay

The penthouse was everything we wanted for our vacation. Everything we needed was provided, including specific instructions on parking, unloading, the area and where to find groceries. I would definitely recommend this place.

Family Vacation

This property is actually one of the few I have ever stayed in that the pictures don’t do it justice. Condo and property are very clean and well stocked. Pools are nice. There is a little walk to the beach, but that was better with the wagons at the condo.

Beautiful condo w/ great views!

Was able to book last minute when we had to scramble to reschedule or vacation due to hurricane beryl. The owner was so sweet and helpful. The condo was perfect, beds were super comfortable and the seating area was.perfect for the family.

Mrs. Powers was outstanding. I messaged her a couple times during my trip and she was quick to help me, plus give me more advise. The condo itself was very clean, and very spacious for my wife, three children and me.

Absolutely Perfect!

We had the best time at the 7th heaven condo. When we walked in the door everything was spotless and decorated perfectly. I was shocked to see all that Sherrie provided for her guests. We brought a wagon and chairs, but that was a great courtesy to have there already. Everything we needed was there. We will be back soon!

A very nice place that was clean and enjoyable with great views. In my opinion, the term Penthouse is a little grandiose but other than the listing (title), we really felt this was a high quality place to stay with good security measures in place.

We can’t say enough good things about this property! The owner contacted us ahead of time to ensure that we understood the check in process and where it was most convenient to park. She was kind and made sure we had her phone number if we had any questions. The property is so clean and she has extra amenities that were not listed. There were beach chairs, beach toys, a wagon, beach towels, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, extra Kleenex, Q-tips, curling iron and so much more. We will definitely stay here again and it is well worth the price. She is very trustworthy and also has other properties. Oh, and the furniture in bed were so comfortable.

Fabulous

Sherrie was great to answer any questions that we had both before our stay and during our stay. She was quick and really helped us. The condo was clean and well stocked. The beds were soft and the sheets felt great. TVs in all rooms. The deck was great and spacious! Recommend coffee out there in the mornings! The pizza and BBQ across the street are the best... We loved the amenities at the resort and the beach is great!!! We will definitely be back! 5 stars for sure!

Amazing!

Sherrie is the most amazing host. By far the cleanest and most well kept condo we have stayed in the past decade. My 9 and 12 year old girls couldn’t get over the decorating and small touches that made it feel so special. The kids loved the indoor pool on cooler days and while we had a thunderstorm. Quick elevators, carts for hauling bags, great covered parking- the best!

Exceptionally clean and well maintained condo complex. Our seventh floor unit was spacious. The balcony was a favorite spot to relax. If you are planning a vacation to the island, I would highly recommend staying here.

4th of July Week

Be there if you can for the 4th of July week. We stayed for a week. Have the expectation of rain coming and going, it won't ruin your time of you have that expectation. The owner of the property was great. Everything was set up easy to do. The owner will even call you and answer any questions you have. Would recommend for a weekend getaway or a long stay.

7th Heaven Retreat

Let me start with the owner, Sherrie. She provided the best communication, flexibility and info about the trip. It was our first visit to that area and she was extremely helpful. 7th Heaven is a wonderfully relaxing condo with views to match. It had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. As for Dauphin Island, it is a much slower pace and less crowded area than some of the other more well-known beaches nearby and we loved that. Since we were there around a holiday weekend, our only minor complaint is that the local restaurants are not really great at handling the somewhat larger crowds that were around on the weekend. Everywhere we ate was good, just had a bit of a wait. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the area and especially at 7th Heaven.

Unit was very well equipped. Even had beach towels and beach toys to use. Loved the deck- it was decorated with pillows and rugs and lots of beautiful furniture. Beautiful property. We’ll be back.

Wonderful Place

My wife, eight year old daughter and I stayed here for a week in mid April for school break. The apartment is lovely and comes with everything you could need including beach toys. Sherrie was a wonderful host - her welcome packet arrived weeks in advance and had everything we needed in it to get started. The proximity of the apartment to the beach and having the choice to go to the pool were great! And the view! Also, the building is located just across the street from decent restaurants, a very good pizza place and the Island’s best ice cream. Highly recommend this apartment and Dauphin. We will be back!

Perfect Vacation

After visiting and vacationing on the Island for several years we realized that Holiday Isle was the best-of-the-best. It is a secure gated complex with indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, a hot tub, a grilling area, a gym with a view of the Gulf, tennis courts, unloading with no steps and on and on. We knew Holiday Isle was first-class all the way and decided that first-first-class would be a condo on the seventh floor, penthouse level. We are thankful and happy to share this beautiful condo and views with our guest.
