Three suggestions for the owner-replace the 2 swivel chairs (they are very uncomfortable and low to the ground), buy a Keurig for the kitchen, and have the house keepers windex and wipe the plexiglass on the balcony before arrival of new guests so you can see the ocean. Exceptional property Beautiful beach

Everything about this property exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, stylish, perfect location, great amenities and wonderful management team. Beaches and pool in property were clean and managed very well. The only slight negative was that beach chair rentals were packed together tightly as the property management transported guests from other properties to this properties beach access, but the beach is why we are all here so this is somewhat expected. We will be back!

As a repeat renter in this area, I was also pleased with the communication from the management company and the general condition of the property. We stayed near the end of the season and the refrigerator is about to go out. We almost lost all the food we bought because it doesn't work well when you fill it with groceries. The place was tidy however, the tables and ceiling fans were dusty. All in all, as rentals go, this was a good one. The management company was accessible for our needs. The bikes were in great condition. The beach was minutes away. There was a closet full of beach chairs and toys! Wow! That's a surprise bonus. We rented chairs but it would be very easy to stay at this location and be on the beach early with beach chairs. The bedrooms were spacious. We would happily stay here again. Thanks so much!

Great Girls Getaway

Our trip was great from beginning to end! The property was clean and comfortable with beautiful gulf views. The property management company was very responsive when we contacted them making sure we had everything we needed and I love their app! Probably should give a little more instructions on initial access to the gated community but the security officer was very helpful. Loved that we had access to games and puzzles too. We would definitely stay here again!

The bikes that came with the rental were in good condition and we used them to bike almost everywhere we went. The only down side of the unit is the beds. They were uncomfortable and squeaky to say the least. The furniture in the unit was very nice, just need some mattress updates and it would be perfect! Beautiful condo but crowded beach!

Beautiful spacious condo and LOVED the ocean view. Overcrowded beach though. People start putting up their chairs on the beach as early as 6 am. If you are looking for a quiet beach this is not the place for you.
