Diese 606 Quadratmeter große Wohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer bietet Platz für vier Personen und befindet sich in einem der nächsten Gebäude, das der Gondel am nächsten liegt. Vom eigenen Balkon genießen Sie Aussicht auf die Skipiste. In idealer Lage in River Run Village, nur wenige Schritte von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und örtlichen Festen entfernt.

Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich Haken und eine Bank, auf der Sie bequem den ganzen Tag über kommen und gehen können. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV über einem schönen Gaskamin. Es gibt ein Schlafsofa aus Leder und im Sommer 2017 hat der Hausbesitzer eine brandneue Matratze bekommen. Zusätzliche Bettwäsche und Decken befinden sich in einem Schrank. Der private Balkon ist über den Wohnbereich zugänglich und bietet Blick auf die Skipiste.

In der voll ausgestatteten Küche finden Sie alle notwendigen Koch- und Geschirrteile, um auch unterwegs eine Mahlzeit zuzubereiten. Der Essbereich bietet bequem Platz für vier Personen mit zwei zusätzlichen Sitzplätzen an der Frühstücksbar. Gleich neben dem Wohnbereich befindet sich das komplette Badezimmer mit einem Einzelwaschtisch und einer Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne. Es ist mit Handtüchern und einer Erstausstattung an Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet.

Das geräumige Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player.

Very good location, clean room, annoying issues with features.

It feels like you are going to break it any minute. The bathroom lights are paired with a very loud fan that you cannot turn off. The apartment has WIFI, but the firewall is setup in a such a way that you cannot access most of the web. For example, VRBO and Keystone Resort web sites are unavailable. VPN does not work either. Annoying. The big kitchen knifes are so dull, they barely can cut. Annoying. The hot tub is permanently closed in the building. You have to walk to the next building over if you want a hot dip.

Everything was as described! However, Inside the room was absolutely boiling hot! Your AC was not working. I also read on other reviews for this property the AC issue was also noted. Shame on you Property Manager!!!

Tired place

Though the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the carpet in the main living area was very dirty, and fraying at the seam to the kitchen floor. The main bed seemed new, but hard as a rock, and we like firm mattresses, but his was beyond firm. The sofa sleeper mattress was lumpy. We had family in another building- everything was much better and newer.

Reviewer Comments: The rental went well, it is a nice condo in a great location with a 10min walk to the gondola. The foam bed is awesome and comfortable. The living room is ok, though the TV high up above the fire place is a little awkward. The price was just right for the week. The only caveats, and there is nothing they can do about it, but it's good to know, are that construction is happening just outside and the noise can be annoying as well as the diesel fumes from all of the trucks and equipment. The road is also a drop off point for supplies for the village which means big trucks and diesel fumes during the day. Overall, I would rent this unit again.

Well they had one, they just did not mention that it was closed as well as almost ALL of the businesses in the area, oh and the construction outside of our room was a treat as well. 😕 The price offered was a great value until Summit County Mountain Retreats tacked on $165.63 in additional fees....almost doubling the Price that was offered! 🫤

Great first trip to keystone. Would stay here again. The convenience of being right in the village is the only way to go. Less than 100 yards to gondola. Place was clean, and stocked.

Location of condo was excellent. property management was not very nice when we asked for a 30 monute extra stay but that was ok. Walls are like paper and can hear next door neighbor's conversation. Must be a lot of your tennants in that building because all night was lots of noise with young adults playing loud music and running up and down the halls. price was excellent and now I know why.

Cozy and comfortable

Great location, easy access to everything we wanted to do. If I could change one thing it would be having to find their office to get the envelope. When we arrived it seemed like ALL of their cleaning crews had also. Blocking traffic and parking. For first timers we had no idea where we were or how to locate their vaguely marked door in the strip mall. That was the ONLY negative. Everything else was amazing
