Vacation with the grandsons

Very clean and good location to everything. Check in and check out a breeze. Stocked well with utensils cookware dishes. Ample space for the four of us. Beach was wonderful not crowded and the complimentary beach setup was perfect. Only suggestion I have is the partition on the balcony did not close so for those sleeping in the living room had early daylight so curtains would be nice in its place. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Thank you!!

Wonderful family vacation spot

The unit was amazing. Spacious, fully stocked kitchen, HUGE balcony on the fifth floor with an exceptional view. My only complaint is the gigantic cock roaches. Every night they were on the balcony, which is expected I guess, but then we killed two inside the unit. May need to hire an exterminator to keep them disgusting 3” pests out!

Everything was clean and we had all we needed to have a wonderful stay at the beach. Having the two rental chairs and umbrella on the beach was very convenient. Breakers East was conveniently located to plenty of things to do and great places to eat. We would definitely stay there again!

The condo itself is spacious and inviting. There is plenty of comfy seating for all and the beds are like a dream. Perfect bathrooms, large equipped kitchen and easy access to the beach. I will return again next year and always check and see if this condo is available. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach condo, the best I’ve ever stayed in.

Great Location

Great location - closer to the water than most other condos on the shore - it was fun being able to watch dolphins from the balcony every morning. Communication was excellent, answered my questions in a matter of minutes by email. Unit was exactly as described, very spacious for a family of 4. Clean and well stocked, the kitchen had everything you might want. Having assigned beach seating was awesome - no need to run down and reserve your space in the morning. Tennis/pickleball courts were in great shape and we never had to wait to use them. If you've never been to Destin before, just be prepared for interesting driving. Maybe it's worse in spring break season, but you will need to be on your toes and a little more aggressive than a midwesterner is used to.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very nice. Very clean, roomy, nice kitchen, comfortable beds and an awesome view. Loved listening to the waves crash on the beach. The only thing we weren't too fond of was the furniture in the living room and chairs in the kitchen. They were the most uncomfortable chairs and couches I have ever sat on and should be burned immediately (I can't stand wicker furniture) . Other than that, it was a great experience and would definitely rent this place again. Could use a bigger TV in the living room, but that's no big deal.

The cleanliness of the condo was outstanding and had everything you could possibly need. Their were 5 of us ladies for a girls trip, the blender was outdated and not working,I sent a text went to the beach came back and a new blender was on the counter. I'm was beyond impressed!!! Customer service is very important to me and ya'll went the extra mile, I so appreciate that more than ya'll know, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!
