Ihr Ferienhaus verfügt über 5 geschmackvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer: Das Haupt Master König Bad hat eine Dusche stand, große Badewanne und Doppel-Waschtisch, und verfügt über einen direkten Zugang zum Poolbereich. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Kingsize-Bett und das Bad hat eine Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination mit direktem Zugang zum Poolbereich. Beide Master-Schlafzimmer haben viel Stauraum für Ihre Sachen. Das dritte Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Zentrum des Hauses gelegen und verfügt über ein Doppelbett. Die beiden mittleren Zimmer sind wunderschön mit einem Paar von Einzelbetten in jedem dekoriert. Wir stellen auch 2 sprengen Matratzen, wenn Ihre Partei hat mehr als 10.

Die schönen Pool und Spa Gesichter Südwesten genügend Wärme in den Wintermonaten, sondern halten die Gegend viel angenehmer an sonnigen Sommertagen. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Pool und Spa Heizung wählen. Der Wellnessbereich ist eingebaut und verfügt über einen Wasserfall in den Pool, die eine angenehme, entspannende Erfahrung bietet fließt. Der Pool verfügt über Privatsphäre Zäune auf beiden Seiten und die Rückseite ist öffnen sich auf eine schöne Natur zu bewahren.

Wanted More Sun Area

We had a good time. Stayed for 12 nights. The best thing was the hot tub as it got hot like bath water. The back of the house faces Northwest so we were not able to lounge in the sun around the pool until about mid afternoon. Although the grill was available for us to use there was no propane in the tank. We probably could have filled it but wasn’t sure how much we were actually planning to use it. All three doors to the pool area had alarms. You needed to press a button about 5 ft up before you opened the door and it needed to be closed within 7 seconds or the alarm would go off. This could not be disengaged even though there were only adults here. The annoyance of these grew as the days went on.

Beautiful home in nice neighborhood. We loved the private pool and hot tub. So nice to have all bedrooms on the main floor. Plenty of seating for all. Good location to Disney attractions.

Depends on what you are looking for...

Our family knew that we wanted a quiet place to recover in between trips to the park, and this house fit that need. You can expect 15-20 drives to the parks, and forfeit some benefits of staying on Disney properties. But for us, the quiet location with the pool access next to the wildlife area was what we wanted. To balance out my review, you also need to know that staying in this home will require you to stock some household items such as paper products. It is not well stocked, so we spent extra to provide some basic household items for our week. While that is inconvenient, it was not a problem. The pool alarm went off several times during our stay, but apparently I am the only one in our group that it affected. If you want the full Disney experience, then plan for that somewhere else. But if you want a nice, clean, and quiet place not far from parks, attractions and a large number of restaurant options, this is an excellent house for families just wanting to hang out together.

Spacious house

Perfect house for us staying as a family of 5. House is clean and spacious and in a good location for Disney as well as the other parks. Convenient for getting to shops and restaurants too. We found the games room/garage very good with our 3 teenagers. Nice quiet neighbourhood and lovely aspect onto trees at the back. We loved listening to the frog chorus each evening! Owner was quick to respond to all our questions. Would recommend.

Wonderful vacation

Perfect Disney Vacation. Takes about 20 minutes to get to the Disney Parks parking lots. Better than most value Disney resorts can do. The house was very clean. Had everything we needed. Was pleased it was all on one level. Very nice washer and dryer and the hot tub were actually hot! We loved the large soaker tub on the master suite. I didn't ask about everyone else's bed but the one in the master was very comfortable. Would be glad to stay there again. Another great perk is there are a ton of door dash options that deliver for free which was so nice when we would come back for nap and lunch in the middle of the day.

Long Weekend of Golf

Overall worked very well for six guys there to play golf. Plenty of room, bedrooms, bathrooms, layed out well. Pool and hot tub a plus, the kitchen was a little bare, but we weren't there to cook gourmet meals.

Great Place!

This property was a perfect place for our entire family to come and visit us! It is a great location for any of the FL attractions and shopping for groceries or souvenirs. There was a lot of seating for meals and relaxing, the pool area was amazing, and there were linens and dishes enough for all. To make the property even better was the host and the management company she has working with her. They responded quickly to any inquiries and made any adjustments immediately. We would stay again!

Our family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Andrea was wonderful to work with. Property was great and as communicated. My only suggestion is I have a disabled adult son who had difficulty getting on and off the toilet in the master bathroom. It would be a great addition to have a hand rail to hold onto when getting off the toilet. Also a hand rail at the steps for holding onto for getting in and out of the pool. I am in my 60's and had nothing to hold onto for getting in and out of the pool.

Loved this property

We had an amazing stay, it was convenient to the parks, restaurants and Walmart. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and game room and they are already asking if we can stay at this house next year. The house is perfect for larger family’s and the owners answered our questions within a few minutes.

What a great, refreshing vacation!!

This was a wonderful experience for our family. The house looked even better than the pictures. It was large, inviting,, and comfortable. The owner was very warm and accommodating. She responded immediately to the questions we had and the one time we needed assistance someone was there to help us in 30 minutes or less. We loves it here!! The pool and yard and the view were amazing. There was also a park right up the street . There was something for everyone. The teens loves the game room with the pool table, air hockey, and foosball table. We hated to leave, and wanted to stay longer!! We will go back there again. Andrea, the owner was so wonderful.

The house is nice. The furniture is dated and needs to be looked at. The couch has parts that ate worn and black flakes stick to you. The pool was very nice. The privacy of the pool was a huge selling point for us. Overall it was a nice property to stay at.
