Das neue und moderne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 2 Balkonen, Full-Size-Bad, separate Küche und Essbereich, in einem Wohngebiet in der Nähe von St. Lazarus Platz, innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Larnaca Blaue Flagge (top-sauber) Zuschlags Strand, Palme Promenade, Hauptstraße, Designer Shops und Markt; 8 min Fahrt zum Internationalen Flughafen.

Die 1. Etage voll ausgestattete Wohnung hat eine separate Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, zwei Einzelbetten, großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, zwei große überdachte Balkone (22sq. M) mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenbank und zusätzliche Tabellen. Der Home-Entertainment umfasst Satelliten-TV (über 800 Kanäle von drei Satelliten), DVD-Player, CD / Kassette / Radio-Player, Musik-und Video-Bibliotheken. Das Gebäude ist mit einem Aufzug und sichere Zugangssystem ausgestattet, in einer Wohngegend, weit genug vom Verkehr und der Einkaufszone, einen guten Schlaf zu haben. Perfekte Stadtwohnung

Hervorragende Lage, ruhig und doch sehr zentral. Gute Ausstattung mit Parkmöglichkeit und zwei Terrassen. Wunderbarer Aufenthalt und sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr zufrieden

Gute und große Ferienwohnung; kein Luxus, aber alles da um den Urlaub zu genießen. Sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter, der uns aus der Ferne zahlreiche Tipps gab und nachfragte ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit sei. Hervorragende Lage, ruhig und doch mitten in der Stadt.

Alles Tool

Wir (2 Erwachse und 2 Kinder) waren von 26/7-21/8 in diesem Apartment. Es ist einfach toll ,2 separate Schlafzimmer Große Wohnzimmer Küche mit Allem 2 Trasse Ost West Seite. Du hast immer Schatten und immer Sonne. Gebäue ist neu und Sauber. Klimaanlagen sind Modern, Bethwäschen und Tücher Sauber. Und vor allem nette Vermieter. In Zukunft werden wir noch mal da hin.

Apartment with a central location and a caring owner

We have had a good stay, a good equiped kitchen. The living room also has good furniture. The single beds in the second bedroom are rather narrow for an adult. We were unlucky that the weather was extremely cold in March, so we had some problems with the heating and hot water. But Alex is a great owner and he tries to solve it all quickly and neatly

2nd Stay

This was our 2nd stay at this apartment which is situated in an quiet area but very close to beach and town centre. We were there for 5 weeks and during that time we had a couple of problems but the owner sorted them out quickly. Only thing missing is having the use of an oven. We would definitely return again.

Spotless apartment in quiet backwater

Just back from a week in this great apartment, which, though in a relatively quiet area of Larnaca, is only a few minutes' walk from the central sights and Finikoudes Beach. We found the apartment to be very clean and well equipped. Before we arrived, the friendly and professional owner, Alex, was very communicative, provided much useful information and helped us book airport transfers. Although we decided not to rent a car, we found it quite easy and cheap to use the local and intercity buses - for sunny days out in Lefkara, Nicosia and Agia Napa. In summary, we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a stay in Larnaca.

Comfortable apartment in quiet super location

The apartment was as airy, spacious and comfortably furnished as indicated in write up and photos. Cleanliness and living conditions very satisfactory from mattresses and bed linen to kitchen facilities and verandah furniture. Location is in a quiet residential area yet literally 5 minutes on foot from the centre of Larnaka. Our landlord, Alex was honest, very available and delivered as promised. Pleasant and relaxing trip in ‘out of season’ Larnaka. Staff in restaurants and shops are friendly giving a ‘feel safe’ atmosphere while walking around the clean streets, busy promenade and semi-crowded sandy beaches. Sightseeing and bus rides to other cities are very affordable. Tour around Larnaka on the bus is basic but ‘fair value’.

Comfortable apartment in an ideal location

Lovely apartment with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable home from home holiday. It is ideal for both the Mackenzie Beach and Finakoudis promenade area's without the need for a car - unless of course you want to explore other area's on the island. The owner Alex is very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for him - thank you Alex for all your help. I can highly recommend this apartment, you will not be disappointed.

Holiday in Larnaca

This apartment is in excellent condition, is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The owners are very helpful and our deposit was refunded promptly. It is in an excellent position, fifteen minutes from the airport but no airport noise, five minutes walk to town or the beach. It is a very quiet location near to St Lazurus church and there is ample easy parking if you rent a car. We stayed for two weeks in June and one week in early November. The weather was hot and sunny even in November. We were very pleased with our stay and have every intention of returning soon. We would highly recommend this apartment and fully endorse all previous reviews.

A great stay!

We stayed here for a week. The owner was very helpful, always responded quickly to queries and our deposit was returned quickly. The apartment is in excellent condition with everything you would need, and in a very convenient location - just a 5 minute walk to the promenade and there is also a small cornershop just around the corner. There is also internet down at the promenade (Replay cafe charged 0.85Euros for 15 minutes, Alexander restaurant has free WIFI) We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Long overdue recognition!

My husband, daughter and I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment 30-8-08 - 13-9-08 having had an absolutely wonderful stay and holiday. This late review is the result of an oversight restored to mind when reviewing old email booking correspondence during p.c. file maintenance! We were welcomed at the apartment by Jim who kindly showed us round explaining where everything was and volunteering contact with him should any questions arise after his departure. We opted for inclusion of a Welcome Pack which was well supplied and much appreciated given our late night arrival and need for a snack, tea and coffee! The apartment was like 'home from home' with everything you could need provided. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and ideally located for our holiday with extended family staying at the sea-front, 10 minutes walk away. The apartment offers 1 double room and 1 single room (with 2 single beds) with plenty of storage, a good size bathroom with bath and shower, a large lounge with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and two good sized terraces. Set in a quiet residential area this apartment provided the ideal resting place close to the shops, beach and historic sites including the spectacular church of St Lazarus where our niece was to be christened during our 2 week stay. Being so centrally located made ease of getting to the church (5 mins walk away) and for meeting and spending days/evenings with Greek relatives living in Larnaca. We couldn't have been better located for the occasion. The christening celebration concluded at a beautiful restaurant on the beach a short drive along the coast. Larnaca beach is lovely as are other beaches in the area. There are shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and clubs too. The airport though only 10 mins drive away does not impede on the apartment - we slept well as the local area is quiet residential and doesn't suffer aircraft noise. The booking process was made very easy thanks to owner Alexei, who we found utterly courteous and helpful. We'd spent holidays in other regions of Cyprus and our visit to Larnaca was a first. We sincerely hope it will not be our last and know exactly where we hope to stay when we do return. We highly recommend this apartment for its amenities,level of comfort, location and owner.

Price was good, apartment was better

I was surprised by the size of the flat (apartment), as so many flats in Cyprus these days are tiny holes in the wall. We booked this flat along with our in-laws, yet had more than enough space to not get in each other's ways. The rooms were sufficiently large, with a big kitchen, and 2 balconies (front & back) . The balconies were very comfortable and a nice size (so many these days are cramped and unusable). The location is perfect, the neighbours are quiet, and it's just a short walk down to the "finikoudes" promenade area by the beach. I would have absolutely no reservations about recommending this flat to others.

A Perfect Stay

Me and my son spent 3 weeks in the apartment and were very happy with how clean and spacious it was. It's situated in a quiet part of town but within easy reach of the shops and beaches. We love Cyprus and the apartment helped to make our holiday very enjoyable. Thank-you!
