Mit Flachbild-HD-Kabel-TV, Highspeed-Internetzugang, Tempur-Pedic-Kingsize-Master-Bett, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Badewanne, Dusche, zusätzlichem Murphy-Bett mit Queen-Matratze, Deckenventilatoren und Lanai-Bartresen Mit einem großzügigen Balkon und Wohnbereich gibt es reichlich Raum zu unterhalten oder einfach nur entspannen und relaxen. Aufwachen am Morgen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und Klänge von Ausleger-Kanu-Clubs für das nächste Rennen zu üben und damit unsere schöne Sonnenuntergänge den Atem zu nehmen. Das italienische Restaurant Amici Vista im Kona Country Club ist zum Mittag- und Abendessen geöffnet und liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Wohnung entfernt. Sie können Ihr Abendessen im neuen Kai Lana Restaurant des preisgekrönten Küchenchefs Sam Choy buchen, das weniger als eine Meile entfernt ist. Sie werden mit allem, was völlig entspannt fühlen Sie sich in diesem komplett ausgestattete Wohnanlage benötigen.
Die Besitzer der Einheit Nr. 210 nehmen ständig Änderungen vor, um sicherzustellen, dass die physische Integrität der Eigenschaften erhalten bleibt. Im März 2018 wurden die Möbel im Wohn- und Esszimmer restauriert und mit neuen, komfortableren und helleren Kissen versehen. Sie fügten auch neue Fans hinzu.
Der Speisesaal hat eine neue Granit-Halbinsel und auch Lichter!
Alle alten Lanai-Möbel wurden entfernt und durch einen kleinen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und zwei neuen Liegen ersetzt.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently had the pleasure of staying at Property #210, and we were all truly in awe of the stunning view! It truly made our trip extra special. However, we wanted to share a few thoughts that might be helpful for future families planning their stay.To begin with, we assumed that being in unit 210 meant we would be on the second floor or what they call “top floor” in the ad, but we were surprised to discover it was actually four flights up. While we managed just fine, we think it's important for families with young children or older members to be aware of this ahead of time so they can plan accordingly.Inside the unit, there were a couple of areas we felt could use some improvement to make the stay even more comfortable. For example, we would have loved to have night lights in both bathrooms for those late-night trips! Additionally, we noticed the lack of a first aid kit, which would have been a handy amenity to have. And even though basic pantry items are listed as provided, we didn't find things like salt, pepper, and cooking oil on hand, which would have been really useful for our family meals.We also felt the decor, while charming, could benefit from a bit more coordination to really capture the authentic Hawaiian/Polynesian spirit we were hoping for. We think a few more unique, locally-inspired touches (and perhaps removing some of the more generic decor) could really enhance the overall atmosphere and make it feel even more special.In terms of maintenance, we noticed that some of the appliances and fixtures seemed a bit dated. A little updating or repair in these areas could go a long way in elevating the experience for guests.We appreciate that the property management encourages positive feedback, but we believe it's important for future visitors to have a realistic understanding of what to expect. If we had seen a review mentioning these details beforehand, it might have helped us in our plann

We came for a vacation full of relaxation with little on the agenda, and this was the perfect place to hang out, mix cocktails, and cook many of our dinners at home while enjoying them on the lanai and watching the incredible sunsets. It’s also a short drive to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and sights if that’s more your thing. We also appreciated the eclectic collection of books, CDs and DVDs (when’s the last time you listened to Boyz II Men, I ask? Not recently enough, is the only right answer). The condo and grounds were all well-maintained and peaceful, and this felt like staying in a friend’s home rather than an impersonal hotel room. Two happy thumbs up!

Delightful Stay in Kailua-Kona (South)

Located just South of town. Convenient access off main highway. Top floor, great view. Four-building complex. Large living space including dining and living area. King bedroom and Murphy bed felt like 2nd BR. Overall Clean and well decorated. Attractive outdoor lanai with cooking grill and sink. Completely furnished kitchen and two bathrooms. Also, beach chairs and towels were a great addition. Full laundry was convenient, too.

The stairs are a good reminder to be mindful, to not overpack (there's laundry in the unit), and to be grateful you can still do the stairs! The condo had what we needed to cook our meals, eat them comfortably, and do the dishes. the owners have thoughtfully provided A/C which wasn't necessarily needed every night - but was sure appreciated when needed. Comfortable beds - including the murphy bed with handy screens for making a private space at night. Clean, comfortable and easy to be there. You cannot beat the ocean view. It's so lovely to watch it, and the golfers on the 9th hole of the Kona Country Club teeing off. Friendly, quiet place. Nice pool. Easy to walk down to several beaches and to the boat harbor. There's a fun weekly farmers market with food, crafts and music at the Outrigger down the road. Easy access to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and to golf. We really enjoyed the place. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the third unit at Keauhou Akahi that we have stayed in, and it was by far our favourite. Out of the four buildings at Akahi, this building sits further back, giving this particular top floor unit the best view of the entire complex. Yes, there are lots of stairs, but it didn't bother us. It is very tastefully decorated with a blend of modern and traditional Hawaiian décor. It was super clean. It didn’t come with any spices or supplies in the kitchen but was otherwise very well equipped. They supply a roll of toilet paper and some hotel sized toiletries in each bathroom, but if you are staying for any length of time, you will need to bring your own. The management company sent us the odd text to check in on us which was convenient since we had a small issue with the toilet in one of the bathrooms. They promptly sent a repairman over to fix it. The location isn’t in town and about a mile walk to the closest shopping centre. I knew this and personally like the location of this complex, as it is conveniently located between Historic Kailua town, coffee country and the wonderful snorkeling at Honaunau. We will be visiting Kona again next year and will try to book this same condo.

Lovely Keauhou Location!

I simply love this quiet, small condo complex. I’ve stayed in this complex many times. Such a lovely unit with great views. There’s a very private swimming pool, and you’re close to a Wednesday farmers’ market, grocery and drug store. I highly recommend breakfast nearby at the Kona Country Club. Just a perfect location!

Awesome place to stay awhile, Knutson service is excellent.

I stayed for 2 months and really enjoyed it! The location is excellent and the unit is well situated, very private with great views. I loved walking down to the farmers market and Keauhou bay. Knutson staff are all very helpful!

An amazing ocean view and memorable stay!

Reviewer Comments: This condo is a perfect place to stay if you wanted to either venture out and about the island or just stay locally and see the amazing sights. The property description, location, layout was accurate as described. I am particular about cleanliness and this condo was clean and well-maintained. There is so much to see...I would suggest not to over book on expensive adventures, we choice three, one sports fishing day, Big Island Snorkeling and Sailing Adventure were outstanding, ( we saw some whales, too). To my disappointment the Whale watching trip was cancelled but we made up for it with other wonderful experiences. Ho’okena Beach Park excellent snorkeling adventure!! And don’t miss going to Kaloko-Honokohau National Historical Park (lots of turtles to view). We made it around the whole island over our eight day vacation! Don’t miss out on exploring, north point, Hilo, and the volcanoes! Truly amazing island filled with welcoming islanders. Two negatives... the fellow who cleaned the pool each day woke us up at 7:00 am with his leaf blower ( could he either use a broom or wait until later to start?? The WiFi didn’t connect to the internet. Neither of these negatives would deter our recommendation to stay at this condo. Mahalo!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time at this property! It was nicely equipped with everything we needed. The property managers were extremely responsive to our needs. There are 35 stairs to the door which was no problem for us. It was pretty hot when we got there but cooled of quickly when we opened things up and turned on the fans. Beautiful view from the lanai. There was a very nice grocery close with wonderful fresh produce and seafood to get what we needed for meals. Would definitely stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice older unit. Great view. Top floor with lots of steps which made it difficult for us (seniors) to get our stuff up and down again. Had to pretty much empty suitcase and bring things up piecemeal. Same with our food.NO air conditioning so it was uncomfortably warm even though the days were cloudy.
