Dieses komplett renovierte Art-Deco-Gebäude befindet sich an der 918 Ocean Drive zwischen der 9th Street und der 10th Street in der Mitte des Ocean Drive. Umgeben von Restaurants, Clubs und dem Strand direkt gegenüber. Diese Eigenschaft ist zu Fuß überall in South Beach entfernt.

Die Wohnung, die ich anbiete, ist eine von nur 5 direkt am Meer gelegenen Wohnungen im Gebäude.

Der Balkon vom Wohnzimmer bietet eine Front Row Seat für die tägliche menschliche Parade auf Ocean ultimative Menschen direkten Blick auf den Ozean und South Beach.

Es gibt zwei bequeme volle Sofabetten im Wohnzimmer und ein Queensize-Bett im separaten Schlafzimmer.

Diese Wohnung ist ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Preise sind deutlich niedriger als alles vergleichbare in der Nähe dieses Standortes.

Für größere Gruppen habe ich auch das Studio nebenan, welches zwei weitere Einheiten im selben Gebäude erlauben würde.

Hotels in der Nähe gehören The Breakwater, The Edison und The Congress. In der Nähe Bars und Restaurants gehören Fat Dienstag, The Clevelander, Mangos, Larios, Wet Willies und so viele andere --- nur einen Block von der Versace Mansion.

South Beach Experience

Initially, it was the warm weather that attracted us and the fact that their was a night life easily accessible without having to drive, a beautiful beach view....and lots of easily accessible amenities. However, the noise was not so.ething we were prepared for, so it made actual sleeping an issue. The night life doesnt shut down until 5 am....and the after parties are just as loud....lolol. GREAT LOCATION FOR THE YOUNGER GENERATION!!!

Be Warned

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for five days. The vey loud music coming from the nightclub downstairs made sleeping impossible. The whole apartment shook with the vibrations and thunderously loud music from afternoon till at least 4:00 am every single night. If you are planning on getting any sleep do not stay in this apartment. Please read all reviews before. Several people have said the same thing. I regret not reading enough of them o see the warnings.

NEVER AGAIN

As we were unfamiliar with South Beach, this location seems to be in the perfect spot. The place is run down and not clean. Our sheets had stains on them and when we showered the tub would fill with water. My husband fished a decent sized hairball out so it would slowly drain. Yuck. If you plan on going out until 3am or later everyday, this would be a great spot for you. Otherwise, you will get ZERO sleep as the whole place vibrates from the bar directly below you. The music is so loud, we went and purchased ear plugs but it didn’t help at all. Our stay in Miami was horrible mostly due to no sleep and these accommodations.

Great Place!

My wife and I stayed during our anniversary, the apartment is clean and the property manager communicated everything to us! The live music underneath and next door can be really loud at times so be warned but the food & locations nearby make it a great place to stay

I enjoyed my accommodations. If I were 10 years younger, I would have enjoyed easy access to the night club in the building. I really appreciated being directly across the street from the beach!

We stayed Thurs to Monday

The place is a great location, easy beach access, and clean but the apartment is very loud from the club on the first floor that is open until 5am each night. It is a quiet restaurant during the day with good food and drinks but turns into a club after 10pm and the music vibrates every fixture and makes sleep impossible until after 5am each morning. Online it says the apartment sits above a restaurant not a club. Again great location but way too loud.

Location! Location! Location!

If you want to be in the heart of Ocean Drive this is your place! The apartment is very clean but old. The hallways and such aren't the greatest but once you are in your nest it's the best! Small balcony looks out the ocean side. The bar below has the sweetest bartenders. Yes it's thumping til 3am but we were never asleep before then anyway! The people watching is amazing ❤️. The communication is excellent and he's very detailed with check in instructions and such. Would stay here again!

Loud is an understatement! The whole room vibrates...

This property should come with a warning. "Do not expect to sleep between 10pm and 4pm."The floor and walls vibrate from the heavy bass and loud music being blasted out of the club in the same building, directly below the apartment. Do not fool yourselves, this is no small inconvenience. The music starts early afternoon and gets steadily louder and more intense. The DJ starts at 10 pm every night. From 10 pm -3pm, you can not even be in the apartment without the cheap earplugs management provides. I want to stress it's not just the noise but the heavy vibration as well. We had to find a new room 2 days into the trip -no help from management.

Oceanfront & Nightlife

Cozy accommodations! This is an excellent place to stay if you would like to be right in the heart of the nightlife and ocean drive strip. Wake up to early morning sunrises just across the street! NOT recommended if you cannot sleep through loud music, which plays until almost 3am, even on weeknights. But if this is your scene, this is an excellent place to stay. Clean, and has everything you need for an enjoyable trip to the beach.

Location, location, location

We stayed for 8 days while attending a Bills/Dolphins game. You’re overlooking Ocean Dr in the middle of all the action here. Right next to Mangos, it was loud, but you know that going in. Great condo

This was a great property and location… was not told there was no parking and had to pay $175 to park car down the street. The condo is above a restaurant turn nightclub… so the entire place rocked and vibrated every single night until 3am. We enjoyed it but was not aware of all this…So if peace and quiet is what you are after… this is not for you.

Ocean Drive Condo with Balcony in Art Deco district

Spent 9 nights in this very nice, spacious and nicely furnished condo with great balcony view of the Lummus Park and the ocean. Unique architectural style of the building is eye-catching. The unit by itself deserves 5 stars or more. However, the surrounding noise very late into the night from the restaurant directly below and the night club next door opened until 5 AM made the stay much less enjoyable for me as I prefer to go to sleep by 2 AM, have a good 6-7 hour rest, hit the Starbucks around 9 AM and the beach by 10 AM. I stayed on Ocean Drive 4 times before so I pretty much know what to expect going in, but this time the relentless 'pounding' noise from those two places until 4-5 AM every morning, which rattled the entire living room and bedroom, made my routine impossible. Noise ordinance does not seem to apply to these two establishments, All they have to do is turn down the volume a couple of notches late into the night, but there is nobody to enforce it. Left two messages with noise ordinance hot line, but to no avail and nobody called me back. Consequently, I recommend this condo and location mainly to those who like partying into wee hours of the morning and don't go to bed until after 5 AM. Otherwise, there are much quieter places farther south on the strip and that's where I stayed in the past and will stay in the future,

Perfect!

All I can say is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This property is right in the heart of South Beach. It was just as advertised; Clean, comfortable, & inviting. Lee was excellent with communicating and was always quick to respond with answers to any question you may have. My husband & I will DEFINITELY be staying here again!
