Das Barbizon ist seit langem eine der besten Hotelalternativen in South Beach und liegt perfekt zwischen der 5th und 6th Street, direkt am Ocean Drive.

Geräumige und eines der größten Studio Grundrisse im Gebäude.

Eine der RUHIGSTEN Wohnungen am Ocean Drive.

Vor der Haustür befinden sich viele Restaurants, Bars und Leute, die South Beach zu einem der begehrtesten Orte der Welt machen. Und gleich gegenüber liegt South Beach.

Das Gebäude selbst ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und sicher. Münzwaschmaschine und Trockner sind auf jeder Etage vorhanden; und eine Rezeptionistin ist von Montag bis Freitag tagsüber verfügbar.

Die Einheit, die ich anbiete, befindet sich im zweiten Stock auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes. Es ist ruhig und hell, mit Blick nach Westen, blauem Himmel und ein paar kleinen Läden in der 6th Street. Da es sich an der Ecke der 6th Street befindet, ist es auch privat, sodass die Gäste die Vorhänge offen lassen können und sich nicht um Nachbarn kümmern müssen, die in die Einheit schauen.

Das Studio verfügt über kostenfreies WLAN, Kabel-TV, CD / iPod / Radio und all die kleinen Dinge, die eine Reise von zu Hause aus angenehmer machen. Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirr, Tassen, Besteck usw.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It has everything you need and we appreciated that it was also quiet in the midst of Ocean drive. The queen size bed is on the soft side (memory foam) and the sofa bed is very firm, but we made it work.There was an electrical issue during our stay that was taken care of the next day. Lee is very responsive to anything that is needed and easy to communicate with.

This location is in walking distance of everything in South Beach and if it's too hot out, you can Uber anywhere. Nice apartment, has a fridge, microwave, and other amenities to be comfortable.

Awesome stay!!!

The property was exactly like the photos! Great location, great price. The only thing was we had sort of a bug problem, but it wasn't enough to dissuade us from staying there again. Lee was amazing too and very easy to deal with. It's a no frill place that was PERFECT for us and we would definitely stay here again!!!

Great little apartment right above the spot to be! If u don’t kind bass massaging you to sleep then this place is the place to be! 5-10 min walk to anywhere cuz ur smack dab in the middle of south beach!

Great location!

The place was great, I'd definitely go back and also recommend it to friends. There was a stale cigarette smell coming from somewhere (the building's A.C.?), but after a couple of minutes it's unnoticeable. We also bought a lemon scented candle at the nearby CVS. Nearby Puerto Sagua restaurant is a good place for breakfast and other times you don’t want to spend a lot on food.

Fun Girl Trip

The property was very nice. Lee was very good to communicate with us. When we first arrived to the loud music at the bar/restaurant in front of the building we were a little nervous but we did not hear the noise in the apartment at all. The location is by far the best part about this apartment. Right across the street from the beach, close to a liquor store, grocery store, CVS and Walgreens not to mention a large variety of restaurants and night time entertainment. 2 blocks from the free trolley or bus routes. The apartment had beach chairs, beach mats, beach towels and an umbrella. Such a bonus!!! The only thing that I would say could use improvement is the access to the building was sometimes hard to get into, and the hallways are so dark that it made it hard to get into the room at night. Easier access would be great. The halls were noisy when people would come and go. Some of this may be due to the oldness of the building. With that being said, that is part of the appeal of the building and why we chose it. The sofa bed was a little hard but that seems typical of sofa beds. Overall I give this property and Lee a 5 star rating and I would stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great location/great price!

The unit is very cute! All the basics you’ll need for a vacation in South Beach. The beach chairs and umbrella was a nice extra bonus. The location is fantastic with just a couple min walk to the beach. Lee is very responsive and answered any questions I had and made it very easy to check in and check out. The building is super quiet so when you want to get away from all the hustle and bustle you have a nice place to rest up for the next day, this place is great!

Well lets start with the stove top that would not turn off , so we used the breaker, the toaster oven would not heat control, 1 see thru towel per person for the whole week, are you for real! bldg manager said for me to use the back stairs to take garbage out, so filthy, so filthy so filthy someone clean the stairs otherwise the location was great

Great beach access

If your looking for a quick access to the beach this is the property to get! It’s a perfect size for two people, it’s a 2min walk to the beach, and right on ocean drive! A couple things that made me rate this place a four out of five stars, was the noise level and the cookware. The walls are very thin, you can hear neighbors and shooting coming from outside. So if you are looking for peace and quiet at night this may not be the place for you. As far as the cookware, I was a bit disappointed with it. Since we were staying for one week, we wanted a good kitchen that came with the right utensils and this place had old cookware and the knifes to chop food we’re rusted. Besides for that the kitchen was a perfect size for what we needed. I would also recommend getting hooks for the bathroom, there was limited space to hang up towels, along with counter space for the bathroom. Overall, this place was cozy and perfect for two, just needs a little bit of updating. Thank you for the stay!

Excellent location within a short walking distance of everything you need.

Super easy check in and secure access to the property. Lee responded immediately to any questions or needs. Staff was personable and friendly. Directly across from the beach access and just at the end of Ocean Dr, so the tourist area was close but still quiet at night. Would definitely recommend.

Fun Spot with Lots of Activity

Was a good location, very busy with tourists, beach and touristy restaurants etc. Unit itself was very nice and mostly quiet. Building was very low key but no issues. Lee was very responsive with my couple of questions. Its not fancy, but location very good and unit clean and comfortable. I was doing some work there during the day and was good for that as well.

Relatively quiet 4 being in all the middle of the action.

Nice and airy studio. Plenty of room. The security guard holds the door open for you when u enter or leave the building. My only recommendations are a toaster, dish towels, some garbage bags. Thanks for a great stay

GREAT STAT-GREAT LOCATION

Very spacious Studio.....great location right across the street rom the Beach. Walking distance to everything. Location at the back of the building made it quiet at night, which was something we were worried about from what he have read about South Beach and Ocean Drive.
