Dies ist der Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen. Gorgeous Sunset Beach auf Treasure Island hat Meilen von weißen Zucker Sandstränden und glitzerndem Golfwasser. Eines der am besten gehüteten Geheimnisse an der Golfküste. Die Wohnung ist ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad im Erdgeschoss. Neu renoviert. Nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und vollen Zugang zum Pool. Wäschemöglichkeiten sowie Grilleinrichtungen und eine Terrasse im Freien sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Sie sind zu Fuß zum weltberühmten Caddys Beach Restaurant.

Wonderful condo near beach
This was the perfect place to stay for a short get away with my daughter. Very clean with a great location. Condo had everything we needed plus more. Could see beach from living room. Beach and beach access point is right across the road. There were even beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler for beach days. Grocery store, restaurants and shops are nearby. Will keep this one on my list to stay at again.

Owners very friendly and quick to get back with us. The condo is absolutely amazing!!! You can see the Beach from the room and that was a definite plus. I can’t say anything bad about our trip. All the pictures that were posted on VRBO is exactly what it looks like. Very clean when we arrived.

Sunset Beach is our favorite vacation spot. This time, it was extra special because of the unit we stayed in. It was clean, well decorated and so close to the beach. We loved it and hope to make it our go-to place when we're at Sunset Beach.

We loved this unit and it’s proximity to the beach. Less than 30 yards away with the beach access. We actually enjoyed the ocean and watching the waves from the inside of the property.

Disappointed
The condo's front door opens onto a parking lot. Across the street is a large building blocking the gulf. Not picturesque at all, despite the many beautiful photos provided for the listing. In other words, the photos do not depict the location of the condo. The condo's bedroom window looks out onto a back alley. The condo itself gave off a musty, stale perfumed smell. Wifi and tv did not work. AC filter was dirty (we found a clean one and replaced it for them). Finally, we found a large dead cockroach in the kitchen. We took pictures of both the AC filter and cockroach. The cockroach was the last straw so we left after only spending a few hours there, requesting a refund but were denied because the hosts said we should have allowed them to come and clean the property after we had checked in and show us how to use the wifi (we know how to use wifi). Very disappointed that our short vacation became no vacation, but there were too many problems to stay.

Great place for a get away to the beach. The condo was easy to get to and the place was totally equipped with all that is needed for vacation. It was literally a one minute walk to the beach. We loved our stay and will book again in the future. I recommend this place

This was our second vacation at Harbour house. The unit was perfect for me, my wife, and three daughters (5,4, and1). It was clean, up to date, and felt like home. The location is impossible to beat. you’re close enough to the action if you want to partake, but far enough away to not have to deal with it.Check in was easy and smooth. The beach is beautiful and barely any crowd. It’s perfect for kids and families. Having access to the Sunset Chateau pool is an added bonus. I can’t say enough positive things about the whole experience. We love the area, the views, the condo, the atmosphere, the people. everything. Book this place with complete confidence that it’ll be an amazing experience

We'll Be Back!
We had a fantastic stay. Location, location, location. Ground floor condo with a VERY short walk to a great beach. The condo was excellent. The pictures didn't show the updated appliances, which was a nice surprise. My wife and I were very comfortable. We had friends come by to visit to hang out and spend some time in the 87 degree ocean. Alison was was very quick to respond to the few questions I had We will stay here again in our next visit to the area!

Amazing location
So the location was pretty fantastic. You just walk right across the small street and you're at the beach, and the beach is AMAZING and not too crowded. The apartment is small but practical, which was fine but here are a few suggestions that would have made our stay top notch: Have an extra kitchen island stool. It was 3 of us staying there, so we had to "create" a stool out of the coffee table and sofa cushions for the 3 of us to sit around the kitchen island to play games. Also, the place needs more hooks to hang all of your wet bathing suits and towels. Those two small details would have made our stay better. The bed could use better sheets and comforter as well. All minor things, but small details matter! Also, the pool that we had "access" to, we didn't use once because it was full of kids the entire time, belonging to a huge condo across the street. I will definitely return to Treasure Island, as I fell in love with this beach!!!

Beach and Ocean View - Unit 24
Sunset Beach Unit 24 in Harbor House Condo’s was absolutely perfect. A beautiful view of the Gulf and beach from the second floor patio. The interior unit had everything one would need for a long weekend stay to a month or two stay as well. Rooms were nicely appointed and decorated. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach needs were also available. Each morning was spent either on the patio or in the dining area watching the waves and surf. Less than 100 steps to beach and with an available outdoor heated pool as well, this property is second to none in the Treasure Island area. We will be looking to utilize this unit again in the future. Thanks again to our hosts Randy and Alison, and Tiffany. All were super with answers to questions and advice about the area.
