Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und macht Ihr Kocherlebnis wie zu Hause. Die Küche verfügt über alle Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, Granit und echte Hartholzschränke. Direkt neben der Küche befindet sich das halbe Bad, so dass es für Ihre Besucher bequem ist. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über komfortable, moderne Möbel, einen Flachbild-TV und Zugang zu Ihrer privaten Terrasse. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für vier Personen und verfügt über einen einzigartigen Tisch mit Fliesen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein großes Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbildfernseher, einen privaten Zugang zur Terrasse und ein eigenes Master-Badezimmer. Das Master-Badezimmer verfügt über eine aktualisierte Kacheloberseite und eine geflieste begehbare Dusche. Draußen finden Sie Ihre Terrasse mit reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten, während Sie sich zurückziehen, was sie sehr privat macht. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar oder Sie rufen den Dunes Buggy Shuttle an, einen saisonalen Shuttleservice auf Abruf, der kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Lovely condo!

This property was clean, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The private patio was a pleasant outdoor spot in which to relax, and the community pool was just steps away. We appreciated the starter kits for kitchen and laundry essentials and sun care too. When the coffeemaker stopped working after one use and I notified the rental office, a new one was delivered within 24 hours.

Cozy Cottage

Thoughtfully designed and comfortably furnished, this sweet 1st floor cottage is perfect for mid-range stays on HHI. It seems much larger than it is, and the new ghbors were very friendly. We loved the outdoor patio and appreciated the slightly elevated toilets and fully-eqiupped compact kitchen. Walking distance to many restaurants & adjacent to walking & biking paths, golfing, kayaking, tennis - all the things the island has to offer.

One bedroom apt

Loved staying at this cute one bedroom apartment. We have stayed there for the past three years. And will stay again. My only complaint was the dishwasher was covering the clean dishes with food stuff. When we looked at the filter, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in six months. It was GROSS! So we cleaned it. Please have the cleaning staff check it at least once a month so that guests can have clean dishes when they stay there. And not have to clean the filter ourselves. Thanks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As usual, our rental experience was wonderful. We did however thoroughly clean the unit before we moved in. On arrival, we found the effort to be rushed at best. Rugs were found tossed outside the front door and the regimen of dusting and vacuuming was sadly lacking. In an age where staffing cleaning crews is very difficult, we chose to simply insure the proper cleaning to our own satisfaction. We would suggest that a deep cleaning of the unit is long overdue.

Lovely one bedroom villa

We come to Hilton Head every year to celebrate our anniversary. This was the first time we rented a VRBO. We are so glad we did. It was a very comfortable space, the bed was firm and we liked that it was on the first floor. The location was great. We brought our bikes and enjoyed the lovely bike paths. The pool was a nice quiet place to read and relax. We will definately stay here again next year.

Lovely & very comfortable!

Very accommodating owner! New king bed installed during our April 2021 visit. Kitchen has updated appliances and a comfortable seating area. Full size dining room as well. Powder room was large and spacious and a great feature. St Andrews Commons is a calm and quiet area, with lush foliage and a delightful, secluded outdoor garden/seating area at the villa. En-suite tub/toilet area is a tight squeeze. Perhaps adjusting the door to open out, rather than in, would greatly improve the set-up. Full size laundry room much appreciated. Guest services on the property very helpful instructing us on use of Roku TV and cable. There is also a DVD player and a selection of films to view. I would definitely stay here again on another visit to Palmetto Dunes.
