Dieses Haus bietet alles von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis zum eigenen Dock am Mullet Lake, dem fünftgrößten Binnensee in Michigan. Unser Eigentum hat 100 Fuß des sandigen Strandes mit privaten Boots- / Jet-Skiliften. Bootsfahrer lieben die Möglichkeit, unseren 4.000 Pfund schweren Bootslift oder einen optionalen Liegeplatz zu nutzen. Genießen Sie die Abende auf dem zweistufigen Deck mit Blick auf den Mullet Lake. Nippen Sie an Ihrem Morgenkaffee, während Entenfamilien süß vorbeischwimmen. Ihr Bootszugang zum Indian River und / oder nach Mackinaw City ist unkompliziert und macht diesen Urlaubsort im Norden von Michigan sehr begehrt. Traverse City, Harbor Springs, Charlevoix und Sleeping Bear Dunes sind während eines Tagesausflugs leicht zu erreichen. Genieße Nächte auf dem Deck oder Tage am Ufer. Angeln, Schwimmen und Bootfahren sind die Hauptattraktionen von
Haus ansehen. Drei leicht zugängliche Parkplätze vor Ort verringern den Aufwand bei An- und Abreise. Hauptebene verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer; Leiter zugängliches Loft mit 3 zusätzlichen Betten. Das Haus ist mit einer Kaffeemaschine, einem großen Backofen, einem großen Kühlschrank und einer Mikrowelle ausgestattet, sodass Familien- oder Gruppengerichte zum Kinderspiel werden. Das Grillen im Freien ist ein Vergnügen mit dem eigenen, mit Erdgas versorgten Gasgrill. Unsere Bewertungen haben wiederholt die Sauberkeit und die Leichtigkeit des Aufenthaltes im Lake House zur Kenntnis genommen.

Summer at the lake

We had a great time at the cottage. Plenty of room for our group. Sandy beach, large deck, and accommodating house worked well. We traveled with little ones and the laundry room and spacious closet provided extra room to set up a pack and play. We will be back!

A Great Week at Mullet Lake!!

This was our second trip to this property. It is a great location and provides many amenities for our family. We enjoy being on the water and the easy access to bike trails. We look forward to staying there again. We had a great stay!!

We came up for my mom's memorial service and the house was perfect. There were even flowers on the table welcoming us. Our granddaughters were so sad to leave...they now say Mullet is their "happy place!"

Great for couples getaway

This house was perfect for our 3 couples getaway. Great location on the lake with easy access to the boat launch. Kitchen was well stocked and bedrooms were all comparable with space and bedding. Carpeting needs to be replaced, but the house was generally clean and comfortable. A/C is just 2 window units, which was okay since it wasn’t very hot while we were there. Deck area and furniture was fantastic. Owners were extremely responsive and helpful - would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Place

Place was clean and spacetious for our 8 person group. Enjoyed the sandy bottom of the lake for swimming. Gorgeous view of the stars at night. We had everything we needed at the house with the kitchen and laundry. Great place and we'll definitely come back again.

Pleasant vacation.

Water very nice. Property manager easy to communicate with. Plenty of seating on deck area for visitors and for lounging in the sun. The only negative things I can say about this property is that cottages are very close so there isn’t much privacy or rustic feel. Also, instead of carpet throughout the cottage it would be much cleaner to have tile floors or something that could be more thoroughly cleaned.

Topinabee Lake House

Comfortable knotty Pine home on beautiful Mullett Lake was great! It accommodated our group of 5 fishermen first class. We enjoyed all the house had to offer us.Mullet Lake is truly one of Michigan’s exceptional place to visit!

Amazing!

Our family rented the house with another couple. Children aged from 6-15. Everyone enjoyed their stay! The house was clean and well taken care of. Upstairs loft is perfect for kids. Property owners were always accessible and quick to respond. We wanted to have a bonfire one evening and within15 minutes we had a fire pit, wood, newspaper and a lighter delivered :). The view of the lake from the deck is spectacular! Would highly recommend and we look forward to renting again.

The view is everything

You can’t beat the location of this home. The view of the lake is amazing. The kids enjoyed the large area to play in the water and riding bikes on the nearby trail. The deck area is large and seating is plentiful to enjoy the lake views with a morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail.

Family vacation

We had a great week on Mullet Lake! The lake house was very nice with enough room for our family of 5. The 2 level deck looks out at the beautiful lake. We brought our pontoon and it was very convenient to park it right at the house! The lake is sandy in front of the house, which was nice for playing in. The location of the property is convenient to many points of interest. We went to mackinaw island, tubes on the sturgeon river and went to some wineries, all of which were within a half an hour drive! Lisa, the property owner is very easy to get ahold of and responds quickly to questions. This is a great property, I would definitely rent again!

This cottage worked very well for our extended family. The view of the water is great from cottage and deck. Plenty of space to spread out in the living room. We rented a boat and checked out Mullet and Burt lake. We hope to rent again.

Had a great stay at the View House! Burt and Lisa have a wonderful property on the beautiful Mullett Lake. Their home is clean comfortable and equipped with everything needed to enjoy our "up north week"We brought our 19 foot power boat and took advantage of the hoist provided with the rental. The location was perfect for boating, as we were close to the sand bar and Indian River. The shallow,sandy bottom lake front area was perfect for floating and swimming. There are many things to do in the area but because we had such great weaher we spent most of the time just relaxing at the View House.

Great family reunion

Had a wonderful stay with my siblings and their families as we laid my father's ashes to rest at mullet lake. The cabin was spacious and well appointed, couple of small issues with the sliding door not locking and one of the umbrellas needing to be rigged to stay open, but other than that it really is an excellent place for a large family stay.

Perfect get away weekend for the summer’s end.

We really enjoyed this cottage. Clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. We had a great weekend on the lake and the use of the lifts were perfect for our jet skis. I especially loved having morning coffee while watching the sun rise from the deck. Thanks again.
