Wenn Sie im Gebäude bleiben möchten, haben wir Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie für eine Weile nicht ausgehen lassen. In der Lobby haben wir einen sozialen Bereich mit einer Videowand und Satelliten-TV für Sie Shows, Konzerte, Sport oder was auch immer Sie mögen, sowie für WI-FI-Service.
Auf der 7. Etage haben wir unseren Dachgarten mit 2 Seiten, den Entspannungsbereich mit einer beruhigenden Wasserfontäne, wo Sie sich entspannen können, Dampfbad, Sauna, Fitnessraum und einen kleinen Lounge-Bereich mit Blick auf den Berg für einen anderen Blickwinkel. Der andere Bereich hat eine weitere Lounge mit 2 Infinity-Pools, die direkt zum Meer hin ausgerichtet sind und einen herrlichen Blick auf die Bucht bieten. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind hier unvergesslich.

Nice Condo in The Heart of the Romantic Zone!

This is a very nice condo and we really liked the condo's amenities, the bed was comfortable, and was happy to have the washer and dryer and a greatly equipped kitchen. The view from the rooftop pools is amazing and we enjoyed spending many hours up there lounging by the pool, swimming and watching the whales and dolphins most afternoon. Every evening before we went out to dinner, we went to the rooftop to have a margarita and watch the amazing sunsets. This neighborhood is very lively and exciting, and we really enjoyed being in the mix of so many great restaurants and enjoyed meals at Café de Olla, Joe Jack’s Fish Shack and so many others. We will definitely return to this condo or another in this building and recommend it to others.

We loved our stay here. The staff was wonderful and inviting. The condo was very nice. Wifi was great and all the necessities we would need were provided. Rooftop pools were breathtaking! I will definitely stay here again.

Love the Nayri complex and amenities, its location, and staff. Only minor issues we had was getting a Wi-Fi signal, but we were able to get those at other locations.

Great location in the Romantic Zone

My wife and I had an amazing stay. The location was blocks away from the beach, close to several markets, there is a Canadian and American style grocery store near by at the Marcado Ollin, and the rooftop pools are awesome. One of the pools is naturally heated, the other is heated and jetted. The staff is friendly, responsive, and accommodating. In summary we had an amazing visit and would definitely book this place again.

fantastic spot

The area was really great to stay, with many close by amenities, including food, shops, massages, gyms, etc. Very pleasant room, very comfortable bed and sheets. Amazing infinity pool with a great view of the Pacific. Well kept, and great service of workers. Very secure and felt safe.no problems with the room, a/c, appliances, and water worked all well. Will be back for another stay in the future

Ideal Condo in the Romantic Zone

We were excited to be in this central location of the Romantic Zone (Emiliano Zapata). The proximity to excellent restaurants, night life and the beach were exceptional. Equally, the staff here were very helpful in keeping the area safe and quiet. There is some street noise, but once the doors are closed and the AC is on, there's very little you can hear from the street at night. Lastly, the facilities, including the pools and workout area were quite nice and fun to meet other travelers. Overall, this was an excellent find and we look forward to staying here again in the coming year!

Rooftop pools and lounge are amazing

This building is stunning. The entrance is a little too fancy for my taste, but our apartment was perfect and the amenities are outstanding. I love staying in this part of town. Hearing the kids at the school in the morning is a really awesome way to wake up. It can be a little loud at night with the bar on the corner and restaurants right below, but didn't bother us; it dies down pretty quickly. And just shut the doors and you're all set!

Absolute gem of a brand-new condo in the center of Zona Romantica - with all the culture, restaurants, beach, boardwalk within few minutes walk. You have an entire new apartment with kitchen, showers, beautiful living room with auto-shades - but the best part was the rooftop lounge, gym and pool! Two of them! Infinity style - with the best unobstructed view of the sunset and the shoreline. Price was cheaper than hotels nearby and security was utmost - a guard lets you in and out. Christina the manager was great - courteous, helpful and informative. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful, modern, clean and safe place in the middle of it all in Puerto Vallarta.

Perfect Location and Friendly Staff

I was very pleased with the cleanliness, the beautiful decor, the convenience and the security afforded by the property. The staff are a delight. It was so great I even extended my stay for a few more days. It is smack dab in the middle of everything so you can experience all the things the surrounding area has to offer. You actually never have to leave your street if you would prefer not to (though I suggest you walk around a bit given how walkable and safe the area is). On your street alone you will have access to multiple restaurants, clothing stores, atms, money exchanges, spas, pharmacies, etc. just on your street. There are also a variety of bars and night clubs close by, as well as healthcare should you need it. The beach and boardwalk are mere minutes away. 10/10 from me as as a solo female traveller. I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in the area.

Missing Amenities

The unit was missing; coffee filters, no small amount of welcome coffee, kleenex, the bathroom soap, in a dispenser which was useless, one tiny bar of shower soap. The bathroom door had to be propped open. Finally, the photos showing the view very deceptive. There was a very small view of the street. The Concierge did try to address my complaints. The plus side was very a nice bed, large towels and comfortable furniture.

PV Old Town

We booked this unit in July of 2018 and when we arrived we were greeted by this security and the Concierge. We were shown the unit and it was exactly as pictured on the site. Nayri Life & Spa 102, is very central and close to everything. The area is a little noisy but it did not really effect us, even being on the 1st floor facing the street. The roof top is very beautiful and fantastic to watch the PV Sunsets! Over all we enjoyed our stay here and found only a few deficiencies. Concerns: 1) kitchen not set up really well for cooking. Missing some basic utensils, dishes. No pasta strainer, not enough kitchen towels, Dish clothes. 2) No broom or other cleaning items to sweep floors as you do bring some sand and dirt up. All of the soaps and stuff not labelled so you don't know what is what. 3) Sometimes is was hard to communicate, re find the recycle and other requests. Benefits: 1) Location!!! 2) Rooftop pool and area was excellent. 3) Unit was exactly as pictured.
