Best ever balcony views!
The views from the balcony - and the sound and the sea air - were perfect! And we could watch the sun rise each morning from the kitchen window or elevator balcony. Each day we took advantage of the direct access to the white sand beach which goes for miles and is very quiet by this building. There was always a convenient covered parking space, and the elevators are the most responsive and quick that I have ever experienced. Also have grocery and luggage carts in the garage. The saltwater pool was always 88F and very clean, and we were usually in it all by ourselves. The apartment was as described and pictured.

Great location
Located in a great area, close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The condo was very clean and was perfect for our vacation. There is a great view of the Gulf and beach. We enjoyed the pool, it was never very busy so there were always chairs available and plenty of room in the pool. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Great Ocean Location
Property was in great condition and it was in a wonderful area with a great view of the Gulf Ocean. We greatly enjoyed our stay and Carol was wonderful to work with throughout the process. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Month in Clearwater
It was very affordable and comfortable with spectacular views of the Gulf. I enjoyed working on the porch, listening to the beach & birds and watching the sunset every evening. Building security was great without being oppressive and the property manager was friendly and easy to work with. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance made this a truly memorable month.

Quiet and Serene Break
If you don't like the crowds at Clearwater or st. Pete beaches this is the perfect place to be. Quiet and beautiful. While the condo could use an update or two and there was an issue with the dryer the owner was so accommodating to every request we had, we easily overlooked the esthetics. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Condo with Spectacular View
We enjoyed two months at CBC 9-C. The condo is lovely. The view of the gulf is magnificent and complemented with a wide practically private sandy beach. The salt water pool is great, though sometimes a bit cool. Thecondo balcony allows for wonderful sunsets. The condo interior is tastefully decorated with some really nice art work. Those who prefer a minimalist interior design might be uncomfortable with all the pillows and small pieces of decor -- but we were not bothered by that at all. We just stored some of the excess decorative pillows in the closet. The two TVs work fine with a standard cable system offering; there is also Roku and a DVR player. WiFi works well with easy access. The manager -- Carol -- is friendly and helpful, and readily available by phone if any issues arise. Cooking and dining facilities and equipment are more than adequate. The dish washer works very well, although the dishwasher door takes some getting use to. While we were there, there was very little general condo maintenance going on (which can often be a problem with renting Florida condos). We did experience some maintenance issues with elevator renovation and repair but there were accommodating work-arounds. The HVAC worked fine, although in January and February we rarely needed either AC or heat. The condo building has many permanent residents who request that everyone follow a fairly exhaustive set of rules -- but that was no bother to us. The rules help insure a comfortable vacation for all. The permanent residents were always extremely cordial to us. Security is outstanding and the security officers were always kind and considerate. Parking is limited and can be a challenge -- but we never were unable to find a space. The 9-C condo is very roomy and comfortable. All the bathroom fixtures were in good working order, and the showers have great water pressure and plenty of hot water. There are four outside gas grills -- which are cleaned regularly. They work fine once you get them lit -- which is something of a challenge. We were initially disappointed that we were unable to receive postal service at CBC but we were able to adapt to that inconvenience. The mattress on the king-sized bed will need to be replaced in the months ahead but is acceptable. Overall, we recommend this condo and will be happy to return in the future.

Disappointed
When we arrived, the condo hadn't been cleaned yet after being vaccant for a week and it smelled dusty. Then the cleaning woman came and asked us to leave for a couple of hours so we went out to eat and shopped for supplies. After we returned, it didn't look much different, so I proceeded to wash the towels and sheets. The unit had a magnificient view and was well stocked with necessities, however it was not updated except for a newer refrigerator. The other appliances were at least 30 years old. The dishwasher door did not have a spring and fell open, the fan in the hall bath did not work, blinds in the bedroom did not close, lamp base in livingroom was broken, big hole in blanket, the kitchen blinds were filthy, the chair in kitchen unstable, kitchen floor tile missing grout and wobbly. I reported all of this to Carol who thanked me and said she would fix the problems. Overall, it was a nice place, but seriously stuck in the 80's. The building was lovely and well kept. I would stay at Crescent Beach Club again, but not in that unit.

Our Second Stay At This Condo Was As Good As Our First
We stayed here for six weeks for a second time. Everything was as we left it the year before except things were freshened up with a lot of new paint and also new dishes in the kitchen. The pool was refurbished and converted to salt water which is very nice. Balconies were nicely refinished and the entire building was repainted in that unique “Florida Pink” which is a highlight on that strip of Gulf Boulevard in Sand Key There was no sign of any damage from the previous hurricanes so widely reported in Florida. The beach was in good shape and the weather co-operated again. Our view over the Gulf and the sunsets were as spectacular as ever. We had a few communications with Carol to let her know that things were great and that we would like to stay again next year. We feel at home here with all the features this condo and the surrounding area have to offer. Thanks again Carol for another great memory.

Great view and great condo
We stayed at this condo for the month of February. The condo had all the necessary amenities , and was very clean The building is well maintained and secure. The large balcony has great views for watching the dolphins We enjoyed the pool which is a salt water pool There is a fitness room , hot tub and billiards table. Trolley stop is in front of building. Would definitely return

We had a great time at this Condo. We stayed six weeks and will do it again.
Sand Key is a great area and Crescent Beach Club is central to it. The amenities offered by the building include a large pool, hot tub, full gym, library, parking and full time security at the gate. There is also a special barbeque area that offered super equipment and a spectacular view while you grill your favorite food. The beach is vast and not over crowded. Inside our condo we enjoyed all the comforts of our home. The unit was clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment and all the necessary utensils. There was even a start-up supply of basic paper products and cleaning supplies. The main dining area is large and can accommodate four people. It is directly off the pass thru from the kitchen. An additional informal eating area offered a view of the front street side with it’s own sitting area facing the inland water way. The bedroom area is roomy and comfortable and the private ensuite and walk-in closet is large. The living room offered lots of furniture and a large screen TV. We specially enjoyed the ability to record our favorite shows for later viewing. The most notable area was the large comfortable patio area where we enjoyed many meals. We could see the entire beach area. The water views and the sunsets were amazing. The owner of this unit is very friendly and approachable. She communicates promptly and reacts very quickly to any of our concerns. We plan to stay here again next year and hopefully more years in the future.

First, the good news . . .
Apartment is located directly on beach, with beautiful views of Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. New refrigerator was great. Owner's manager was responsive every time I contacted her. That said, there is much room for improvement. I was greeted upon arrival by bugs on kitchen counter and in master bath. Manager had exterminator come out within a few days. Decor was dated, as is shown in photos. What is not evident in photos is the stained and peeling wallpaper throughout the apartment , the peeling paint on the master bathroom ceiling, the stove, microwave, and dishwasher that were identical to ones I had in my house in the 70's. Dishes, silverware and glasses were plentiful and chipped, mismatched, and looked like they came from garage sales. Lighting in the living room/dining area was so bad that I purchased my own lamp so I could see to read at night. Baseboard was cracked and loose in MBR, paint was chipped, tile in kitchen floor was loose and rocked when stepped on. The closet in the MBR was used for storage of several tables, limiting the space available for clothing; but I still had sufficient space for my clothing even with the extra tables and wall art. The kitchen cabinets appeared new, and there were appliances and utensils galore. The Formica countertops were separating from the wood underneath them, and that wood was rotting. The exterminator told me that this rotting wood was the cause of the bugs in the kitchen. This could be a great vacation rental if the owner invested in renovation and redecorating. I would return in a minute if it were re-done.
