Große 2.800 Quadratmeter Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmer und einem 3/4 Bad im Obergeschoss bietet Platz für Ihre Familie. Ausreichend Betten für 18 Personen, bevor Sie die ausziehbaren Betten und Matten im Keller für 4 zusätzliche Freunde für maximal 22 Personen ausziehen.

Das Obergeschoss verfügt über 4 volle Betten, die 8 und ein 3/4 Bad schlafen können. Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, und das Master-Bad hat eine große, ovale Badewanne und eine separate Dusche. Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über 3 weitere Schlafzimmer, die sich ein Badezimmer teilen. Der fertige Keller hat ein großes Sofageschirr mit Liegen, um Filme zu sehen oder Spiele auf einem Großbildfernseher zu spielen. Der runde Küchentisch bietet Platz für 10 Stühle.

Extrastühle und Klapptisch mit Tischwäsche sind vorhanden. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem Eckgrundstück, auf dem problemlos 10 Fahrzeuge abgestellt werden können (2 Einfahrten, 1 vor, 7 an der Seite).

The Big House Delivers

We really enjoyed the house. It accommodated our large family. We had 10 adults and 8 children stay there and still had room. The hosts were wonderful. The location is a definite plus as well. We will definitely keep this home in mind for future use.

Perfect for our large group

This was exactly what we needed for our group of 15 adults and teens during our trip to Lubbock for a football game weekend. The house had enough room for our group to spread out and feel like we weren’t on top of each other. Carlos was great. I can’t say enough good things about this house. Loved it.

Great house for a large group!

Property and location were great for our large group in town for a retirement party/football game. Hosts were accommodating and we had everything we needed for our visit. Comfortable beds and lots of room to spread out. Our only complaint was the AC never seemed to keep the house as cool as we would have liked.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Home met our 4 family needs. Kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Parking was sufficient and easy for big groups. Beds were comfortable. Safe neighborhood and easy access to most of Lubbock. Carlos and Sara were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and responded quickly to any questions we had. Will stay there again.

Great place to stay

We were in town for my daughters wedding and this house did not disappoint. The house is spacious and provides lots of space for socialization with family and friends. Lubbock House

Me and my sales team stayed in this spacious abode for a week and a half. It had plenty of space for us. There were a few bugs we had to kill in our 1st couple days, but it is summer time and after I informed our host he came out the following day while we were out working and inside and outside the house. After that we had no issues. Excellent host for an excellent property!

Great VRBO in Lubbock!

We have stayed at this property twice now and have loved it. There is a lot of space to spread out, it is very clean and comfortable for larger groups. It is located to all shopping necessary and the neighborhood is nice and quiet! I highly recommend it.

Big House Didn’t Disappoint

This is our 2nd time staying at this home. On this trip it was to celebrate our sons Grady from Tx Tech. This home couldn’t have worked out better to accommodate all 17 of us. More than enough room for a post graduation dinner & relaxation. Located close to H‑E‑B Wal-Mart & several restaurants. A short distance to Tx Tech. The home owners once again had excellent communication with us prior to arrival & during our stay. Will definitely stay here again if the need arises for us to visit Lubbock again.

Our Thanksgiving Home Away From Home

We were very thankful to have a home that would handle all of us. It was helpful to have three floors for us to spread out a bit. The pack n play was a nice touch as was the foosball table in the basement. Also a great location for us.

Family Wedding

This was a wonderful property. The Big House was exactly what it says. Plenty of space and room for a large family to get together and stay. We were there for a wedding with lots of family being from out of town. This worked great for the family to come and go and hang out. Lovely host. Family gathering

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Pleanty of room for our extended family to spend the weekend. We had 9 adults and 3 teens and everyone had their own beds. Teens enjoyed the downstairs TV and foosball. We cooked large family meals and were impressed by the well-equipped kitchen with lots of pots and cooking utensils. Would stay here again, owners are clearly thoughtful of their guests' comfort.

Zu Gast bei Carlos & Sara Grano

We lived in this house before downsizing to a home half the size. We opened our guest home in 2018. Carlos finally retired from his job of 32 years to become the linen washer, bed-maker, and concierge extraordinaire. He works the rug shampooer, vacuum cleaner and mop like a boss. I still work full-time, not ironing 20 pillowcases each turnaround. We decided to marry 2 months after meeting each other, and have been married 25 years. We had to cancel our own anniversary celebration in April due to COVID, and understand other families' disappointments. These are tough times for everyone. Our takeaway is to appreciate our loved ones while we can. Time in each other's presence should not be taken for granted.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

I wanted to work and live in Lubbock after our son required and received excellent medical care in UMC's Trauma Center, SICU and rehab, due to a work-related accident. My gratitude runs deep. When it was time to buy a house, we knew this was THE ONE as soon as we walked in. This large home could accommodate the needs of our large family at the time. Then, after major life changes, we downsized. Now we hope other large families enjoy this beautiful home.

I like the large kitchen/dining area with lots of counter space. I liked the basement, because even though there were enough beds for everyone in the bedrooms, the grandkids opted to sleep on a blanket on the floor in the basement. So I suppose this could be the designated slumber party room.

I appreciated that our visiting family (enough to fill a bus) did not need to park down the street. This is a nice, quiet vicinity in South Lubbock.

The square footage. This home is the largest home on the block, and one of the largest in this family neighborhood. It is 1 block to a school yard with kid's playground, softball backstops and football goals.. The speed limit on this street is 30. Kids ride their bikes, runners jog, and people walk their dogs. It's nice. The nearest grocery store is a 2-minute drive. Easy access to major streets UNIVERSITY and INDIANA.
