Dieses geräumige Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und Meerblick befindet sich nur einen privaten Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt. Es bietet drei Schlafzimmer und 3. 5 Bäder. Zwei private Decks bieten einen schönen Blick auf den Strand. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich im dritten Stock und bietet viel Privatsphäre, während die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock sind. Dieses Stadthaus bietet Platz für 8 Personen. Master hat ein Kingsize-Bett mit renovierten Master-Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche. Das untere vordere Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad und das untere hintere Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten (voll) mit einem Flur-Badezimmer.
Die zweite Etage bietet ein Familienzimmer mit 55-Zoll-TV und einem Esstisch für acht Personen. Die Küche ist komplett mit wichtigen Geräten ausgestattet, um Ihr Budget zu strecken. Es gibt auch ein Halbbad auf dieser Etage.
Brandneuer Pergo-Bodenbelag auf allen drei Etagen und Treppen. Dieses Stadthaus bietet auch eine Garage für ein Auto.
Der Seawinds Komplex bietet zwei Tennisplätze, einen Pool und eine Sauna, einen bewachten Haupteingang und einen privaten Zugang zum Strand.

Fantastic Ocean Front Condo!

The condo had spectacular views of the ocean and was exactly what our family was looking for for a beach vacation to St. Augustine Beach. The condo was clean and supplied everything we needed included some great beach chairs, toys etc. We will definitely be back!

Great stay on st augustine beach

This condo was directly on the beach. Great views and the sound of the surf all day and night. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood! Everything was great. The only reason I would not give it a 5 is that the master bed on the third floor, was extremely hard. Fortunately, there were other beds to choose from. The pool is not heated so was not usable during our Feb. stay.

Very nice and well equipped

This unit had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 week stay. The owner quickly responded to any questions we had. The 3 floor was a bit warm, but there is a ceiling fan and a nice Dyson fan that certainly helped. Shopping and eateries were nearby. The view of the beach was wonderful. We will stay here again.

Nice place.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. We had 6 adults and two young kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. The upstairs main suite did stay on the warm side. Made it a little difficult to sleep well at night. The garage was full of beach items. It was really nice to have the two beach wagons and the eight beach chairs. We did not use the pool, although it did look nice. The walk to the beach was easy. The townhouse is three levels so if you or someone in your group doesn’t do well on stairs, this may not be what you’re looking for. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect

Beautiful location and beautiful home. Perfect for multi family gatherings. Always hesitant and bring own beach equipment because you never know if whats provided is enough or good and I should add for others what these homeowners provide is more than enough and in great condition and good confortable chairs not cheap ones many provide. Also the upstairs master bed topper was so amazing for my back I just ordered one for myself 😊 Thank you for sharing your home with us I hooe to make it back there one day!

Clipper North - 5 stars!

We loved our stay at Patty’s condo - Clipper North! She was so easy to communicate with, and quick to offer recommendations and field all of our (mine) endless questions! It was so convenient to be right on the beach. She had everything you would need: chairs, wagon, bikes etc. The layout was great for our family of four, who all want separate sleeping spaces. :) It was close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It was an easy drive into St. Augustine if you want to go explore and/or shop. Highly recommend!

Place was clean, view was phenomenal. Upstairs bedroom did get a little warmer than rest of house but has fans which helped. Great location gated community! Will absolutely stay again.

Beach stay cation!

We lived in Tallahassee for many years and always vacationed at St Aug beach. We had stayed at Seawinds condos at least five times throughout the years. We all now live locally and the kids (27 and 29) wanted to relive our great times! We had a great stay and it was a wonderful mother day present for my wife!

Renovated Ocean Front Condo

What a perfect place! We had 5 ladies staying for a week. The condo was impeccable, spotless, ,well equipped, with gorgeous views of the ocean on the back decks. The boardwalk to the beach was directly behind the condo.The drive to downtown St. Augustine only took about 15 minutes and there were plenty of places to park. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants the best of “both worlds “… peace and serenity by the beach, and a vibrant downtown scene with great restaurants, bars, and opportunities to take historical tours. Bravo!

Vacation With Friends

Loved the condo, it’s been tastefully updated. It was clean and well stocked. There were three couples, loved that each couple had a private bathroom. Loved the location, the beach was a short walk away, restaurants and shopping close by. The owner Patty was easy to reach and quick to respond.

Nice for the Price!

The condo was very well equipped in the kitchen and it was a good find for 2 couples. With nicely upgraded bathrooms the 2 things lacking were the quality of the mattresses and the worn cushions on the sofas. We are an older clientele so these things are a little more important these days. Thanks for an overall great stay!

Fantastic view

I picked this place to celebrate our first anniversary because my wife loves the beach and this place did not disappoint. Great ocean views from the second and third floors. We could hear the waves while having breakfast in the very well supplied kitchen. They had everything we needed and then some. We had a great time. Highly recommended!

This property is AMAZING!! Very beautiful and spacious inside and what an AMAZING view!! Any time I had questions, the property manager/owner was responding very quickly!! The kitchen was very equipped and plenty of towels and extra pillows and blankets available! We would definitely rent again!

Great place

Our group of 4 absolutely loved this condo. It was easy to locate and super clean when we arrived! It had everything we needed for a great 4 day stay. The balcony on the top floor was great, especially for catching the sunrise. We had a mostly private beach, although it was a little chilly during our stay. I did get the wrong code for the beach gate but o messaged the owners and immediately got a response for the right code and had no other issues. It’s super close to all the local attractions. I would definitely recommend.

My family and kids loved going to our place in St Augustine growing up and now vacation there on their own. I bought this unit in 1992 and have recently renovated it. I try to visit as often as I can but it only happens a few times a year. I live in NJ full-time.
