ERSTAUNLICHE OZEANANSICHTEN !!! Diese Bilder wurden im März 2019 aktualisiert. Dieses neu renovierte Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern am Strand bietet einen herrlichen Meerblick und liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Gemeinschaftspools. Das Deck ist ein Komposit, also keine Splitter! Der offene Wohn- und Küchenbereich im 2. Stock bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Wasser sowie eine verbesserte Küche, entspannende Möbel und eine geräumige Terrasse. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem Vollbad, einer geräumigen Terrasse und einem Fernseher. Das zweite Schlafzimmer auf dieser Ebene verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Vollbad direkt vor der Tür. In der ersten Etage finden Sie einen verspielten Wohnbereich für Kinder, 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Vollbad. Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über 3 Einzelbetten und das zweite über ein Etagenbett. Es gibt auch ein großes Bad zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern. Beide Fernseher sind HD-fähig und im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Soundbar und Bluetooth-kompatibel. Es gibt auch einen Kühlschrank auf jeder Etage dieses Hauses. Lost Colony ist der dem Strand am nächsten gelegene Komplex in ganz Port A. Amazing place!

This house is amazing! It exceeded our expectations, the view was spectacular and just as the pics show. The entire home was very nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything you need and then some. We will definitely book this house again for next summer!

Family reunion

Fantastic home. The property was spacious and well supplied with everything we needed for our beach reunion. You can walk to the beach in minutes. The house is located in a small gated nice neighborhood. It was perfect for our gathering. We had a ball and would definitely rent this home again.

It allowed for all of us to have our private space with separate bathrooms while having an awesome open common area with living , kitchen and dining . The views were outstanding, the walk to the beach on the boardwalk was so easy. We would definitely rent this unit again. It was super clean, lots of hooks and towels and very thoughtful in the decor. One of the better rentals we have stayed at in the area!

Weekend stay at the beach

We booked this home for a long weekend in Port Aransas for a cousin reunion. The property was beautifully decorated, clean, and in the perfect location (easy 4-5min walk to the beach). We will definitely be back! One pointer- make sure to bring bug spray- mosquitos on the ground level outside are vicious. We had a small maintenance issue upon arrival but the rental company was extremely prompt and professional and arrived with a solution in ~15min. I highly recommend this property for a chill weekend on the beach.

BUT THE VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR, KITCHEN HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.BEACH WAS PERFECT, POOL WAS ALWAYS PRETTY CLEAN. MY FAMILY AND I HAD A GREAT TIME.

The location, literally just steps away from the beach, is fantastic. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking needs. Only one suggestion: if you aren't an early riser you will be here. Three of the 4 bedrooms face the east and the window coverings (blinds) in our opinion aren't enough to keep the sunlight out. Other than that, a great place and we will be returning!

Great Summer Vacation

My family takes an annual beach vacation and this year we went to Port A. This rental was great. It fit both my parents, my sisters family, my niece and nephew, and my daughter and I comfortably. Great location, we were only 5 minute drive from convenience store and 15 minute drive to town. The view from the balcony was very pretty. Weather was perfect and beach access was easy. Only thing that went wrong was the lock on our door stopped working, but we called and in 20 minutes they had techs out to fix it for us. Other than that it was a perfect rental. Would recommend you staying here.

Great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was clean and there was plenty of room for my parents, my sisters family, and me and my daughter. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away from the house and the pool was nice. The nearest convenience store was about a 7 minute drive away and the city of Port Aransas was about a 15 minute drive. My family loved the home and it was one of the best vacations we have had. The only thing bad I can say is that the lock on the front door stopped working, but we called and there were tech's at our door in 15 minutes and the problem was resolved soon afterwards. So even that is only a small hicup. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

Port Aransas 2018 - LC13

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is furnished well. The large upstairs living room is very good , however, it will host 10 people and there are 2 parking places by the house. The beds are small except for the one King in the upstairs .... and for my family - TV were a problem. There are only 2. One in the living room upstairs and one in the small living room downstairs. They do not have cable , so you must have streaming service such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. We have a little baby so somebody had to keep him inside a lot and would have been really nice to have a television in the master bedroom at least and the beds were very uncomfortable except for the master room. Overall, it is a nice place.

Unsafe Rental

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, I wanted to start off saying that the location was amazing! We were very happy with the view from the balcony's and the short walk to the beach. We were also happy with the amount of bedrooms that were offered in this house. However, the condition of this house is unsafe, outdated, and falling apart in some areas for the price that you have to pay. I would say you're pretty much paying for location, not for a nice house. The bathroom and bedrooms downstairs had electrical issues and we were getting shocked in the shower and when using the bathroom sink. I would bet that we are not the first to complain about this issue. We had to make sure no children went near this bathroom. Also, door knobs kept falling off the doors to the balconies. Most of the showers leaked water all over the bathrooms as well. The showers are the size that you would expect in an RV, not in a house. Overall, we had a great time, but would never rent this house again. Also, when you sign all of the paperwork to rent you think that you might have the option for a late checkout or early check in if you pay a little extra. However, this option is not applicable during the summer months. I feel like this should be communicated better because I'm assuming most guests are renting in the summer months. The management company did make it right by us by refunding one of our nights stay due to the issues we encountered, so I would probably rent from their service again. But this house really needs to be reviewed for safety before being rented out to guests again.
