Whooping cranes festival

Visited for bird watching vacation. Very nice set up, well maintained. Comfortable beds, most places have too soft mattress. These had a good vision comfor while not smothering you in marshmallows.

Great for family with littles!

We really enjoyed this rental; the place was great for a family with little kids and it felt very private and secure. The house was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the pool in the late evening; it was very relaxing after a day at the beach! We could just walk out the back gate to the pool swim and come back to our private patio to get dry, had a great experience here!

Reviewer Comments: Each year I go down to Port Aransas and stay at a different location. I really did enjoy my stay at Good vibes. Loved the location. The place was very nice and clean. I travel with little kids and so this location is nice because I don't have to worry about strangers being around my girls. I definitely plan on booking with them again for next year's trip. The only thing about the location that bothered me was that I had to request the information to know where I was going. I have booked with corday escapes before but this was the first time that I literally was asking texting for the directions of where to go to right before I left Austin. Thank you it was lovely!

A beautiful getaway

We loved this house and location so much. The proximity to the ocean and town was perfect. The house was so clean and cozy. It had everything we needed for our trip! We decided last minute to extend our trip by a day and it worked out beautifully. We’re already talking about booking it again next year and years to come!

Everything Great Except for the Beds

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful condo with a lot of comfortable space. It was perfect for my family of four. It had lovely decorations, board games to play, and the amenities. The pool was nice and the location was close to everything. The only negative were the beds. They were absolutely awul. They were hard, the sheets were like paper, and the pillows were flat. No one in the family got good sleep because of this. Hopefully the owners see the reviews about the beds and replace them. If it wasn't for the beds, the place would be perfect.

We have stayed many places on our annual beach trip and good vibes only was the best place we have rented yet! 10 stars!! Very clean! We had a leak we noticed when we went to wash a load of clothes but a quick call to the emergency line and they had a maintenance person there quickly. Turned out to be a clogged A/C line. Technician was very pleasant and got it taken care of quickly. They called to check on us the next day as well. That didn't effect our stay at all- things happen :-) Only thing I would suggest is a better way to get into the pool with the playground as those codes expire and we had a hard time getting in.

Comfortable and Clean

Although there were only 2 of us, this place is spacious enough for 6. Beds were comfortable, place was clean. We did not cook but the kitchen was well appointed with most everything you would want to cook.

Also the two papers that were in the house with check out Instructions had 2 different temperatures listed for check out. One said 75, the other said 78. That was a tad confusing.

Very pleased

Property was clean, nicely decorated, furniture was clean and in good condition and it was stocked with basics ( dish soap, tp etc) enough for a weekend stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We didn’t explore to see if there was beach access from the property; but beach access is readily accessible from pretty much anywhere in port A. We would stay here again!

The thing we enjoyed the most was the privacy every unit has. The grandkids loved the pool and it was only a few steps away which was very convenient. Absolutely lovely!

We completely loved our stay at this property! The rental was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient for getting to other activities on the island (beach, restaurants, etc.) The cottages area was very quiet with a nice pool area just a few steps away. The whole experience was absolutely lovely!

Cute but uncomfortable master

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and matched the pictures. We loved the pool that's right outside the patio. Loved all of the cute decorations. The only things that we didn't like were the beds...especially the master. The bed is hard as a rock and the sheets were even worse! The sheets felt like they could cut you if it bent! I don't know if I've ever encountered horrible sheets like that before. The other issue is all of the light in the master. You have the big bright light on the TV that shines when turned off, the light coming in from the bathroom French doors and the light from the patio door. Needless to say, we didn't get any sleep here. So to sum it up, we absolutely loved how cute, clean and well stocked the home was but improvements are needed in the master. We also appreciated the tv's being setup with all of the channels and apps!

Nice and quiet vacation home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property is fantastic, on the marina side of the island and closer to the ferry end of 361. The property was very quiet and the people staying there seemed to keep to themselves. The unit was fantastic and we didn't go without. The patio was great to sit out on and relax. The amenities were fantastic and we really enjoyed the two pool options. My only wish would be that one pool be designated for adults only but if you time it right, there weren't even too many people at one time any way.
