Dieses haustierfreundliche Strandhaus mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern bietet Platz für 14 Personen und ist nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Geräumiger Wohn- / Ess- / Küchenbereich mit Flachbildfernseher, DVD. Moderne Küche für ein Familientreffen ausgestattet!
Die erste Etage (mit eigenem Eingang) verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett, einem Schlafsofa und einem eigenen Bad. Der zweite Stock verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten - die sich ein Badezimmer teilen. Die dritte Etage verfügt über das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem brandneuen Flachbildfernseher, einem eigenen Bad und einem eigenen Balkon! Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer neben dem Meister, das ein französisches Bett, ein Schlafsofa und ein eigenes Bad hat.
Waschmaschine / Trockner sind im zweiten Stock. Es gibt einen wunderschönen eingezäunten Hof, den ein Welpe lieben würde! Unsere Haustiergebühren betragen nur 10 USD pro Tier und Nacht. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse mit Propangrill und eine wunderbare Sitzecke unter dem Palapa. Kommen Sie und genießen Sie Ihre eigene Oase! Bringen Sie Ihren frisch gereinigten Fisch mit nach Hause und grillen Sie ihn zum Abendessen! Family spring break

It is a lovely home. Definitely how it is described. Nice and close to the beach. It was very clean. It would be a 10 if we didn’t have a few issues. There was no hot water when we arrived. Called management and they came out quickly. Then the refrigerator didn’t work. Management sent out a spare. The front door knob needs to be replaced It has cut a couple hands. We paid to have pool heated. It was nice and warm when arrived. The children had a blast in it. But each day the pool got colder and colder . Called to have it fixed.

Good location for a beach Family vacation

The location was great. We had golf carts delivered to us and had enough parking for 3 trucks and 2 golf carts. The place was clean and pool was nice. Our only issue was the first floor was unusable due to a horrible mildew and mold smell. We ended up putting the folks planning to stay down there in a hotel up the street as there wasn’t enough room for 3 more to sleep upstairs comfortably. I wouldn’t plan to use the downstairs two rooms until they clean it up and get that smell out. In addition the floor in the master needs repair as it’s got a dip and broken tiles. Even with that, it was a nice house and great location. Everyone had a great time and that’s all that matters!!

Making Memories

Very nice and spacious house. It does need a trash can outside by the pool. It also needs more towels. Not everyone uses one towel for four days. Over all a really nice house.

There was a soft spot in the bedroom floor on the third floor that was concerning. That issue had not been addressed in two years. But a new slider was constructed in the apartment on the ground floor and a new fold up bed added. We won’t return because we are not confident in the owner fixing the flooring. Location to the beach is great.

Annual Family Trip - Barefoot Dreams

Propane Grill not provided even though it was an amenity listed in the description. Upstairs air conditioner not that great. Good house/not maintained well

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house overall was perfect for our family of 14 and the location was good. The pool was nice and bigger than we thought. The cleanliness and maintenance of this home was poor in my opinion . The pool was dirty when we arrived. Several pillow cases looked as if they had not been changed. There were ants all around the pool area and trash that looked like it had been there a while. There were some loose boards on the deck and the downstairs bedroom smelled like mildew so much we had to buy air fresheners to try to hide the smell. When we arrived the trash had not been picked up yet and the kitchen was lacking some items . We did not receive enough towels for 14. I called about all of our issues and they did bring more towels and pillow cases right away, but they were not helpful about the dirtiness of the pool/bugs and trash all over until I had my husband call and then it was taken care of right away.

Only minor complaint is that we were planning on grilling a few nights and unfortunately the grill it states to be on property is in terrible condition and we weren’t able to use. Great property

This property had everything our family needed. The onsite pool was an added bonus. The beds were fine, but the pull out sofa bed was very worn. Luckily little kids were sleeping on it, not adults! The linens were very stiff from a laundry service but clean. If you have a large group, saying, I would recommend bringing additional bath towels. Overall, our experience was good and we would definitely say here again!

First the ac did not work then pool heater broke and couldn’t fix it also downstairs smelled like mildew. The property manager was very responsive but the whole reason we got pool is because we wanted pool heater due to weather. We got a full refund for pool heater days. Just will not be booking here again.

Family Time

We had a group of 9 adults and 3 kids three and under. Overall the property was great—-close to the beach, clean, great property management, especially over a holiday weekend/week. I gave it 4 stars because the kitchen could’ve been better equipped—-there was not enough silverware or glassware for 14 people ( my in-laws stayed at a hotel but ate with us). In addition, one does not need 20 knives or plastic bowls or frying pans, but some Pyrex to store leftovers in, etc… Also I needed to buy the right kind of coffee filters and there was no tea kettle. But, overall, the property was very good and spacious and we had a fabulous time!

This place was so roomy! We had a big group come for a friendcation & there was a whole bunch of kids! It was like half a block from the beach! The house stayed so cool! It was so nice and clean! We’re definitely going to be back!

SO..THE DOWNSTAIRS AC WAS DRIPPING DOWN THE WALL AND ON TO THE FLOOR. WE CALLED MGT AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND MAINT...THEN I SENT HER PICS OF THE WALL WITH THE WATER BUBBLE AND WET FLOOR SO THEY KINDA GOT AN IDEA...THANK GOODNESS MGT CALLED AND SAID "I'M GOING TO MOVE YOU..WE CAN'T WORK ON THIS WHILE YOU ARE THERE....I WAS SO GRATEFUL! EVEN THO WE HAD TO PACK UP 3 CARS..WELL VRBO STILL WANTS YOU TO PAY A $555 SERVICE FEE IN A HOUSE THAT WE WEREN'T ABLE TO STAY IN...OVER ALL NOT HAPPY WITH VRBO...HOUSE WAS NOT WORTH THE AMT...GET RID OF THE KNEE HIGH WEEDS, MILDEW ON TABLE UPSTAIRS ROOM SMELT MUSTY AND SHEETROCK WAS MUSHY IT'S BEEN GOING ON FOR AWHILE...

We have this place booked again for Labor Day weekend. It’s close to the beach, great room for parking and nice pool. It was even better when it included the Go Cart but I heard they did away with that 😞. That WAS the cherry on top. Especially using the Island Outfitters shout to them and their service with the carts. Please bring it back!!! Overall it’s a great house for large families. Port A Escapes has always been great with any issues and easy check in and check outs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay here. last was 5 years ago. We love the house and the pool and location but this stay was very disappointing. I think house has sold. House was run down and not being kept up with. Showers were difficult to get a steady stream. Upper balcony not accessible boards on railing were not nailed down in places the grill was absolutely nasty snd should be thrown away. Pool area was unkept landscaping looked bad and the outside shower required to get in pool did not work. House could just use some maintenance.

Barefoot Dreams a keeper!

This is a perfect house for large groups, 14 in our family. The open floor plan of the main living space comfortably fit all when we gathered esp for meals. Beds were very comfortable. One issue was the bbq grill was very dirty we did not use it but would have liked to. Skillets & bakeware were very worn. Overall great house, beautifully decorated, very close to beach, nice outdoor areas, pool was clean. We had an enjoyable time & will definitely return.

Very Responsive

My grandaughter (age 3) kept saying, " I love this house!" Great accommodations and very close to the beach which was great. Nice fenced yard for the dog. Some minor issues were promptly taken care of which was impressive. Would recommend.
