Ein paar Häuserblocks vom Strand und einen Häuserblock von der Stadt entfernt machen dieses seltene Cottage im historischen Viertel von Boca Grande zum perfekten Zufluchtsort. Dieses sonnige Haus befindet sich auf einem übergroßen Grundstück und wurde kürzlich renoviert (zuletzt mit einer brandneuen, schönen Küche, darunter ein Gasherd, ein Edelstahlkühlschrank, ein Spülbecken auf dem Bauernhof usw.). Dieses Haus wurde sorgfältig gepflegt und alles im Inneren des Hauses ist brandneu, einschließlich der Möbel, Bettwäsche und Geräte. Die geräumige Master-Suite und das Bad haben einen eigenen Flügel, der Privatsphäre bietet, während sich die beiden Gästezimmer und das Bad auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Cottages befinden. Genießen Sie den geräumigen offenen Wohn- / Küchen- / Essbereich (Hartholzböden im ganzen Haus), die herrliche Meeresbrise auf der Veranda oder die Privatsphäre des wunderschön angelegten Hinterhofs, umgeben von reifer einheimischer Mango, Kumquat, Kirsche und Schwarz Olivenbäume.

The perfect island getaway

What a charming home in the historic district offering the perfect location for bike rides to dinner and morning strolls to the beach. We had everything we needed and more. The house is spacious and warm filled with beautiful furnishings, comfortable bedding and an inviting kitchen when a stray summer squall calls for a quiet evening in. Susan couldn’t have made us feel more welcome from the moment we booked. We can’t wait to return!

Great Boca Beach House

Lovely stay! We were worried post hurricane, but, our stay was wonderful. Most restaurants open, plenty of fun shops open all within walking distance of this well appointed beach house. Spotless, beautiful linens, great beach reads, beach towels, we had a wonderful stay, plan to be back!

Beautiful island retreat

This was the perfect rental experience! Susan, the property contact, was very helpful throughout process. House is beautiful with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, open kitchen family room floor plan with bonus front room perfect for relaxing. Location of house is ideal - a short walk to island restaurants, shopping and the beach. Looking forward to our next stay!

Charming in Boca

We loved the location of the house, just a few blocks to the beach. We loved our morning walks to the bakery. The house is cute and charming - perfect for our young family (kids 1.5 and 3.5)! Communication with Susan was great. We would definitely return to the house.

Wonderful, charming home. Great service.

Boca Grande is an authentic, Old Florida destination. Great beach, fishing, food, and shopping. This could be one of the cutest rental houses on the island! Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable cottage in fantastic location

We stayed for four nights with one other family and the cottage had everything we needed - comfortable beds, nice master bath, central air in a fantastic location. There were plenty of beach towels and beach toys. We hope to stay here again!

Darling cottage right in downtown Boca!

We love this home! This was our second time staying here, and it was perfect for our group of 6 women. Two-three short blocks to the beach, one block to downtown. Bedding is soft and fluffy; plenty of bath and beach towels. Susan is readily available for any problems--but we didn't have any!

Quaint, Quirky Cottage by the sea!

We came to Boca Grande on vacation for 4 days with our family. We completely fell in love with the Island. It is so beautiful. Great for families! The accommodation was simply delightful, which made the trip even more extra special! Our only criticism was that we didn’t stay long enough but that means we can come back again! Fantastic!

Fantastic!

Gorgeous property, exceptionally clean, and had everything we could possibly need—kids toys, beach chairs and umbrella, bikes, extra beach towels and linens, sunscreen, and place settings for outdoor dining. Charming home in walking distance to town and beach

My family had such a lovely stay at this beautiful home over the holiday weekend. I grew up near Tampa and always came to Englewood beach during the summers. This was our first stay on the island and it was so nice. It was a few blocks walk to the beach and one block into town. We walked to and from dinner and lunch and the Gasparilla inn for drinks. The kitchen was fully stocked with all clad pots and Wustof knives. Susan was very responsive and communicated quickly throughout the entire booking process and during our stay if I had any questions. We will be back to Gasparilla island and definitely recommend staying at Susan’s home!
