Diese gemütliche, klassische Hütte auf der Black Butte Ranch ist der perfekte Ort für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub oder für Gruppen bis zu 8 Personen. Diese 90 m² große Kabine bietet einen effizienten und komfortablen Grundriss. Zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer im Haupt- und ein drittes Schlafzimmer und Bad im halbprivaten Loft. Eines der Hauptschlafzimmer ist ein lustiger Schlafraum für 4 Personen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um das perfekte Familienessen zuzubereiten.

Die Black Butte Ranch (BBR) befindet sich in der Mitte von Oregons Cascade, 2 1/2 Stunden von Portland und 40 Minuten von Bend entfernt. Die Sommeraktivitäten umfassen Schwimmen, Radfahren, Wandern, Tennis, Wandern / Laufen oder Golf auf einem von zwei preisgekrönten Plätzen. Zu den Winteraktivitäten zählen Schneeschuhwandern, Langlaufen oder Skifahren im nahe gelegenen Hoodoo oder Mt. Bachelor-Resorts.

Dies ist das ideale Zuhause, um sich zwischendurch zu treffen oder einfach nur die Sonne im Sommer zu genießen oder den Schneefall im Winter zu beobachten. Das Haus befindet sich im Ridge Cabin-Bereich der Ranch und bietet einfachen (und nahen) Zugang zum Glaze Meadow Recreation-Komplex und zum entspannenden Aspen Lake. Alle anderen Annehmlichkeiten des Resorts sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang oder eine Radtour entfernt, einschließlich Restaurants in der BBR Lodge, im Roberts Pub (saisonal) oder im brandneuen Lakeside Bistro. Wonderful BBR cabin

Our stay was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed going to the Lakeside pool and walking along the many beautiful paths. Would come back!

Wonderful cabin amongst nature

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at this charming cabin. We enjoyed our coffee out on the deck and I awoke early one morning and saw mother and fawn grazing out front. We attended a wedding at the lodge and our location was excellent for coming and going to pre-wedding cocktail gathering near the lodge golf course. Bring your own wine opener; I couldn't find one, otherwise the kitchen is fully stocked. We had some hot days but the cabin isn't bad at night and there are many fans available. We would love to come back!

Cozy cabin & great location

This cabin is so cozy, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and plenty of dishes. It would be easy to gather the family for a meal. This cabin is perfect for a family that wants to enjoy the great outdoors. Firewood is supplied for the woodstove. Very large outdoor space that is mostly private. The location is awesome within the resort ( very close to walking/bike trails & a lake). It worked well for our Ski trip and we would like to return in the summer season to take advantage of what the ranch has to offer.

Ridge Cabin

As suggested in the listing, this is a small, basic but lovingly cared for cabin. The location is a bit noisy, very close to the main road and fire station but we enjoyed viewing the wildlife and relaxing on the deck. Very much like staying at my uncle's place at BBR. Take out your own trash, strip beds and start loads of laundry. Except no resort fees are required when we stay at uncle's place.

Comfy Cabin

We had a great stay at BB at Drew's cabin. It was great having three rooms to sleep in, and a large deck to eat on. The living areas aren't huge but they were big enough for just our family. It was located in a very convenient area - right across from the fire station and near Glaze Meadow pool. Drew is a very kind, helpful, and hospitable host. We left something valuable there and he was kind enough to mail it back to us and was happy to do it. I would stay there again for sure!

We were at BBR for a wedding so this was a easy location to get back and forth from all of the wedding events. Great place for our quick stay.

Great host!

Working with Andrew was great! He was so accommodating and his instructions for check in were easy to follow. The home was perfect for our small family. We enjoyed a beautiful weekend and were able to play on the mountain and head back to the cabin for a break before heading back to play! Loved the fireplace!!

Meeting All the Basics

Andrew provided good information in a timely manner for checking in and responded quickly to our questions. Checking out was simple, a little less involved than some other places we've rented. This cabin met all of our basic family needs. Nothing fancy so the price was reasonable.

Great getaway!

We always enjoy our time at BBR. This cabin provided a great location for all our activities. The cabin was well equipped and while the temperatures were hot the provided fans enabled us to keep the home quite comfortable. Communication with Andrew was great. Looking forward to being back next year.

Mini hiking vacation

We really enjoyed the location and the cabin in the woods feel. The owner was welcoming and receptive to concerns. On the downside, we were unaware that there was a mandatory activity fee per person per day at the resort. For our 3 day stay, that was just over $100 that we did not plan for and which we did not use. Also, the kitchen, in particular was not clean upon arrival. We ended up cleaning several things before we used them. As I previously stated the owner was receptive to these concerns, though there was been no remueration (of the cleaning fee, in particular), to this point.

Wonderful cabin.

Clean comfortable cabin in a great location. Very close to South Meadow pool and the big meadow path. The cabin is comfortable with everything you need. We never did figure out the tv (apple tv) so we just watched movies instead. Good selection of movies and games etc. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

great location & needs a few improvements

The house was in good shape and comfortable except for the stove, grill & deck. The stove top burners/ nobs are loose & a bit unsafe. They don't always turn off the heating element requiring us to pull the element out of the insertion point. (there was a note indicating this on the counter top so it wasn't a new issue) The grill was inoperable and rusted out. The gas tanks were empty as well. This was unfortunate as we planned 3 of our meals around grilling. The deck had numerous nail heads poking out - not great for bare-footing. The owner was very responsive to resolve the issues they could at the the time, but these issues affected our holiday weekend stay.

Great Black Butte Mountain Cabin!!

Great Cabin in a great central location at Black Butte. We found the cabin to be fully stocked with everything needed for a enjoyable and comfortable stay. Great communication from the owner with a easy check-in and check-out process. We really appreciated the flexible check-in and check-out times. Will definitely be booking this spot again in the future.

Not enjoyable

This home is cute. There was quite the check in process for this home. We had to turn on water main from street. Turn on hot water heater so it would full and then turn on heating element to get it got. There were more steps. But this is were we ran into our problem. The hot water heater was broken. It was Cold winter weather. No hot water. We had 2 small children and an infant. The issue could not be fixes. Forcing us to leave our weekend get away for my Sisters wedding. Very disappointing. Im hoping that owner or VRBO keeps there word and we see our redund.

Zu Gast bei Drew Walker

Way back in 2006, three different families joined together to purchase our beloved Black Butte Cabin. All of the families currently live in the Portland area. We met while our children were in a co-op preschool where not only did our kids become good friends, but so did all of the parents as well. Between the three families, there are 9 children and without question, some of the greatest times in their lives have been spent at our BBR cabin.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

For many years before we purchased the cabin in 2006, we had rented different houses on the ranch. So we have enjoyed the ranch for more than 20+ years. It is a great place to visit with so much to do year-round. Our children have so many fond memories of spending time on the ranch. We can't wait until they get married and bring their own kids to the ranch to continue the tradition.

Up until now, we have never rented out the cabin other than to close friends and family. But we're not using the cabin as much as this phase our lives include time away at college and countless sporting events. So we are opening up our cabin for others to enjoy.

Although our cabin may not be huge and grandiose, we love it. It has been lovingly well taken care of since we purchased it in 2006. So come enjoy our cabin, a place we've called home for many years.
