Eine zweite Etage Garten Stil Eigentumswohnung. Betreten Sie das offene Konzept Wohnen, Essen und Küche. Die Küche im Pantry-Stil bietet einen Geschirrspüler, eine Mikrowelle und einen Elektroherd mit einem selbstreinigenden Ofen. Der Essbereich verfügt über einen geräumigen Tisch mit Platz für acht Personen. Vier zusätzliche Sitzplätze stehen in der Nähe der Küchentheke zur Verfügung. Der Wohnbereich umfasst eine große Wickelcouch, einen Flachbildfernseher mit DVD, eine Klimaanlage für die heißen Sommertage und den Genuss eines Gaskamin für die kalten Winterabende. Das großzügige Hinterdeck ist durch eine Schiebetür im Wohnbereich zugänglich. Das Schlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, Flachbild-TV und eine Klimaanlage sowie ein angeschlossenes Bad und eine separate Schiebetür zum hinteren Deck. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, Fernseher und eine Klimaanlage, während das dritte und letzte Schlafzimmer zwei Etagenbetten und einen Fernseher hat. In der Halle zwischen dem Hauptschlafzimmer und den restlichen Schlafzimmern finden Sie den Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und ein zweites Vollbad.

Forest Ridge 5-6 liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Forest Ridge Club House entfernt, wo Sie den Innenpool, den beheizten Außenpool und die Tennisplätze genießen können.

Der Pool und der Fitnessclub sind möglicherweise aufgrund mechanischer oder physikalischer Wartungsarbeiten für kurze Zeit nicht verfügbar. Bei Nichteinhaltung der Clubregeln kann der Eintritt verweigert werden.

Relaxing stay, great location and amenities

Loved that there was air conditioning in all rooms, beds were comfy and the proximity to the sports center and amenities.

Perfect Location

The condo was a great location. Close to all of our favorite local attractions. The sports club was an added bonus to our stay! Gorgeous views! Definitely will visit again. Wish the kitchen was a bit more equipped but overall sufficient!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo had the cheapest furniture in the bedrooms. It was falling apart and stained. The master bedroom mattress was so horrible that I thought it was a blow-up mattress. The spreads and blankets appeared to be at least 10 years old. The remotes for every single Tv were not working correctly. The rug throughout the condo was filthy. The condition was sad for a high-end rental resort. You could get better accommodations at Motel 6. Skip this unit.

Comfortable unit in great shape with A/C in all rooms, located a quick walk to the pool. Easy access to all the restaurants along Main St in town (less than 5 min drive) and to the highway into Franconia Notch. Would definitely look to stay again next time we're in town!

Clean and comfortable stay

This property is in a nice location and the space has a great layout. Very clean. Mattresses were comfortable. We were pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great Place! Spectacular Views!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I knew we would have a great stay from the moment we booked, since a phone came shortly after booking to ensure everything we need would be taken care of. Our stay was over Columbus Day weekend so it was busy as ever in Lincoln but we were prepared for that. Our place was better than described! Very spacious and the views were awesome and full of color! The only downside was the portable air conditioners were still installed and the window vents were still in which made the very drafty. The temperature a night got to the mid 30's while we were there so two of the bedrooms got chilly at night. I'm sure if it were warmer there wouldn't be more concern. Extra blankets heled but it's a detail that was probably overlooked.

Our visit

The place was very clean and neat. When we arrived, it was very hot and the portable air conditioners were not running. It took a full 24 hours to cool the place off. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was no umbrella on the patio as pictures. It was very close to the tennis courts and club house/pool and that was great. If you are looking for basic, no frills space, you won’t be disappointed

Great Location

Located within minutes of everything yet tucked away enough that you feel like you are in the mountains. Unit could use some updating. Stains on carpet, furniture chipped, deck boards need tending. Master bed looked like it had been sat on before we arrived. But the amenities were great for 3 couples. TV and A/C in every bedroom and LR. Beds were extremly comfortable. .No noice heard from neighbors. Kitchen had everything we needed. We'd go back.

The condo was in excellent condition, beds and linens were clean and comfy, air conditioning in every bedroom and main living space, kitchen was well stocked, coffee machine (auto drip) worked well, indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained and staff was always checking on conditions and cleaning up in the pool and exercise areas. Grounds were beautiful and our dog thoroughly enjoyed the daily walks around the pond. We will definitely stay again!

Lincoln 4th of July stay

We had a great time in Lincoln and staying at this condo. Very close to everything. Condo was spacious and very clean. We would definitely stay again! They also pet friendly which is great - we were able to bring our Boston terrier with us - so that is a huge plus for pet owners!

Nice Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed getting together with family (kids and dogs!) in this relaxed setting. It is close to restaurants and stores, but a bit up the hill so feels farther away than it is. We were able to use the indoor pool, which was a huge draw for the kids but it was definitely NOT 82 degrees! The front desk person said it was but it was very chilly. Still fund to swim, but don't rely on the "heated" pool too much! There's also tennis and a great bike/running path along the Kangamagus.
