Dieses 1930er Jahre „alte Florida“ ist Strandhaus direkt am Strand und ein von nur ein paar linken -kein Treppe auf dem Erdgeschoss, keine Aufzüge - nur eine Geschichte, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad mit Jacuzzi-Wanne und Internet. Das Ferienhaus bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Keine Haustiere und bitte nicht rauchen. Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt für ein Paar, das von Zeit zu Zeit ein paar Besucher haben möchte. Dies ist ein großartiger Ort, um die unglaublichen Sonnenuntergang von Indian Shores Beach von der Veranda und Schatten von der vielen Kiefern auf dem Grundstück zu genießen. Dieses Ferienhaus hat alles was Sie brauchen. Bringen Sie einfach Ihre Koffer und entspannen Sie am Strand! Es liegt an der Buslinie mit Zugang zum The Jolley Trolley und vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Die Hütte ist auch nur wenige Minuten von Clearwater und St. Pete Strände und eine kurze Fahrt zum internationalen Flughafen Tampa.

Peaceful and relaxing!

We had a wonderful 35th anniversary stay here. All the touches in the cottage are so well thought out and welcoming. Has everything you need; we never left the property a few days! Could sit on the porch and see the ocean, which we enjoyed every day!

Amazing beach vacation

If you like to spend the day on the beach, this property is for you!!! It is a stunning private property with gorgeous outdoor views immediately on the water. You feel like you have your own private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. It’s very relaxing and and quiet. I love it, that we can set out the beach chairs in the morning and come in and out of the house as we feel like it without having to pack up and hull our stuff back-and-forth. The property is stunning. The large cottage is more spacious than the pictures show. My two teenage boys, my husband and I were very comfortable. The apartment and kitchen are fully stocked. It’s not the newest, but it is clean, homey and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, bedsheets were good quality. Walking distance from multiple restaurants. Suggestion; make reservations! There is also a small cottage on the same property. If you want to go with multiple families, this is a great spot to be separate, and at the same time, be able to hang out together whenever you want. Communication with property manager was easy and quick. Anytime I want to visit the Tampa area, I will be coming back to this property!

Beachy Charm

This beach cottage is as wonderful as it appears. It is the very best of Old Florida charm! If your idea of a vacation involves hours on the beach with a book and just enough of a crowd for good people watching but not enough to disturb your tranquility, dolphin escapades and incredible sunsets, this is the right place for you. Wonderful Gulf Front Cottage

This is one of the original beachfront cottages in Indian Shores, completely updated, clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with all you need for a fabulous week. My only gripe is the parking. While you are assigned one space next to the only other space available for the smaller cottage behind this one, it is very tight parking. Trimming palm leaves was necessary to see the cars coming south on Gulf Blvd; it was nerve-wracking trying to leave the property safely. Other than that issue, we had a lovely week enjoying the wide patio with the Gulf view, the Australian pines, and beach daisies along the path to the dune.
