Very nice home for families!

The house was very nice and in a great location for Disney parks and restaurants. The bed rooms were nice. The kitchen needs some plastic cups and a little updating on utensils. Our biggest was the pool. It was so dirty due to a tree that hung over the screened in pool area. It was full of tree dirt, pollen, etc. no one wanted to swim in it which was a shame because that was one of our higher things on our wish list. We did go to the community pool which was nice. I know the pollen was Mother Nature but the tree should definitely be trimmed back. We also had a squirrel that found its way in the pool area. We got it out but it was a struggle.We had a great vacation other than that. One more suggestion… it would be nice to have an instruction book on items regarding the house. We had to search for towels, none in bathrooms, they were in a closet. No chalk for pool sticks. Not darts for dart board. A broom for patio would be nice too!

Easy Stay in Windsor Hills

Had a good stay in this home. There was a good amount of space and enjoyed the pool. Home was very clean. Could have benefited from a few more blankets and extra furnishing, but we managed well. When we did have a minor maintenance need, the communication and resolution was excellent!

Family Vacation

This house is located in a great area, close to Disney and a Walmart. The community pool and park is very nice! The house was nice, but lacked some simple up keeps. Damage soffits when we arrived, very limited kitchen supplies. The games in the game room were very worn the air hockey table didn’t work.

Our Hurricane Away Stay

Hurricane Milton was on his way. We reached out to Chai and he had availability for this house. He was great, Any questions or concerns we had he was able to help us right away. Even after the storm my son wanted to jump in the pool after the hurricane and he came same day to clean the pool for us. He was a great host. Thank you again Chai. Hoping our next book will be a vacation instead of a run away from hurricane trip. Keep up the great work.

Vacation too short

First of all we got to the property and the code wouldnt work i call the host and he immediately fixed the problem the house was wonderful very clean and nice we got there on sunday and was to stay till Friday we had such a wonderful stay friday came and we forgot what day it was we got up friday morning and drove to Clearwater fl on the other side of tampa the host called us to say you suppose to check out today it was shocking but he was so nice about it we got in so much traffic coming back but the house keepers was so nice the host was so pleasant he said no worries i understand so all this to say the host was wonderful the house was beautiful the housekeepers were understanding and the vacation was too short 5 stars all around 😀

Perfect house for 2 families and great location!

This house accommodates 2 families of 4 perfectly! There is plenty of room and the pool and hot tub are awesome! The property does have some wear but it’s still perfectly lovely! Would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place to stay and enjoy Disney and all that’s in the Orlando area!

Great Vacation Stay for Disney World

The vacation home was clean and had 1 bathroom per bed which made it easy to shower when you have a family of 10 after a long day. Chai was easy and quick to communicated if we needed anything. The pool was the best part, since we mostly used the pool. 5 Star rating for me!

Nice pool and spa.

I enjoyed the stay, the spa and the pool are nice the rooms were cleaned if you have a group with more than 4 cars it's probably best to find a different property due to resort parking restrictions. But other than that it was an all around pleasurable experience, the host is easy to communicate with and Judy one call away he even allowed us some extra time to clean up come departure time, wonderful home.

Nice house but not kept up well

First of all, it was very easy to communicate with the manager. We had trouble getting into the house with the code that was given. I called him and he immediately answered and helped us get in. During our stay, we had other things that came up and he was typically quick to respond through text. While the house was nice, it has not been kept up well. We were asked to initially look through the house for things that could be broken or could come back on us against the deposit. There were so many minor things that it was hard to know what to even let him know about. We were not upset by these things but just wanted to be sure we were not blamed for it. On the second day, our pool and spa heat went out. We contacted him and he said he would be over first thing in the morning. He did not come until around 12. While this was not his fault that it happened, it was extremely disappointing for us since it was too cold for all of the kids to then swim in for the week. The pool and spa were very important to us to have at the house. We also had to chase squirrels out of the pool area multiple times because there were so many tears in the fencing over the pool. We also arrived to only one lounging pool chair and were told one had broken. It took 2 days to get another chair. The kitchen had very minimal items and we did not feel was adequately stocked. There were no hot pads to use, no grill tools even though we paid to use it for the week, and only one covered dish.

Great home in a great location

The home is well kept with plenty of space. It is within 20 minutes of the 4 Disney Parks and 30 minutes of the universal parks. The host was helpful and responsive. We loved our stay!

needs work

We required a pack and play for a 12 mo old. The listing specified that there was a pack & play at the house. I re-confirmed in writing with the Owner how important it was and re-confirmed that it was there. Upon arrival - there was no pack & play. We arrived late so had to go to Walmart to buy one. Tried to work with the owner to have him reimburse us and we would leave it in the house - but he was not willing to accommodate. Also - MANY things broken in house - was constantly taking pictures of it all so would have proof we were not responsible.

Very disappointed

In summary we were very disappointed in the filth of the home as well as maintenance of it. Globs of hair found in drain, fridge drawer broken, terrible dishwasher. Pool table was disgusting and dirty and air hockey table is corroded literally. 14 towels for multiple family members and you had to wash them daily between pool/showers. In addition no pot holders for oven use, no kitchen towels and not enough drinking glasses for guests. There were like 5 of them. We had to buy our own cups. In addition we fought off squirrels in the pool area and mosquitos cause there were tears and rips in the screens. We spent a lot of money for this rental. It was worth maybe half.

Awesome property!!!

Communication with the property owner was very smooth and timely. The location of the property is in a very nice gated community and literally 2 minutes away from Walmart, which is a huge plus when you are traveling with kids. We enjoyed the pool everyday and the rooms were super clean and comfortable.

My family have lived in central Florida for over twenty years. We love everything that central Florida has to offer: Beautiful weather all year round, the beaches, the Disney parks, the Seaworld parks, the Universal parks, and all the many wonderful amenities that is within one hour drive from central Florida. When we are not busy with work or extended family functions, we like to come out and enjoy all of what central Florida has to offer with our three children. We are locals. We live in central Florida. We are not hundreds or thousands of miles out of state or out of the country. We are just a phone call away if you need anything or if anything is wrong, we are able to come right over and fix it or find someone who can fix it right away. We take care of our vacation home as our home. We frequently visit it to make sure it is clean and we go through every sheet, towel, and dishes to make sure that the house and everything inside the house is in pristine condition at all times.
