Mein luxuriöses 3000 4 Bett / 3. 5bath Stadthaus ist Zuhause süßes Zuhause in der Mitte von allem. Mein Platz ist ideal für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit Kindern und ist fünf Minuten oder weniger vom Barnes Hospital, Cortex, Forest Park, Washington University, St. Louis University, IKEA und all die unglaublichen Geschäfte und Restaurants eines der St. Louis 'Lieblingsviertel: Das Central West End.

In meinem modern gestalteten, neu gebauten Haus finden Sie rostfreie Geräte, Restaurierungs-Hardware-Möbel und hochwertige Armaturen, ganz zu schweigen von einer erstklassigen Kochküche, einem Whirlpool und einer Master-Dusche mit zwei Duschköpfen.

Ich liebe meine Nachbarschaft wirklich. Ich bin nur die Straße von den Museen und Jogging / Radwege in einem der größten Stadtparks der Nation (Forest Park), gibt es unzählige unglaubliche Restaurants in der Nähe. Es gibt auch viel Nachtleben, sowie ein brandneues Whole Foods und das sehr schöne Straub's Grocery nur wenige Blocks entfernt. All dies und es ist immer noch schön und ruhig in der Nacht.

Es gibt viele kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor meinem Haus. Wenn Sie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen möchten, sind die Haltestellen Taylor @ Olive NB / SB etwa einen Block entfernt.

St. Louis hat jetzt auch zwei Bike-Sharing-Unternehmen. Lade die Ofo- und / oder LimeBike-Apps herunter, um das nächste verfügbare Fahrrad zu finden.

Family fun

This set up was ideal for two families taking a quick spring break getaway. The neighborhood is adorable and only ten minutes from all the museums and sites. I’d recommend this to any family. We especially loved making dinners in the large kitchen. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. 10/10 would stay there again.

Great for a Family Get Together

There was plenty of room for our holiday family gathering and the spacious kitchen with ample counter space was great for preparing meals. The location was very convenient to Central West End shopping and restaurants and the zoo. Communication from the host was very good and we would stay here again.

Great home with a lot of room

We were in St. Louis for a Cardinal game. The home is conveniently located and is a short drive to the ballpark. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room to stretch out. The kitchen is big with a large table for gathering as well as an island. The bedrooms were very nice and roomy. We will certainly stay there again as a family.

So many pluses, just a few minuses

Spacious 3 story duplex with a great city view from its rooftop patio! Its 4 bedrooms and spacious open floor plan on the main level were perfect for our family reunion. The half bath off the living room made it easier on the old folks. Management was very responsive when I contacted them about a shortage of plates, glasses and utensils. They took great care to make sure we had what we needed quickly.

Saint Louis zoo trip

Loved the inside of this place. Plenty of room for the whole family to rest and or vist. Easy access and the Host was very polite in answering any and all questions. The only thing I’d like to see would be some ceiling fans to move the air, but can’t make them all happy lol would I stay here again? MOST DEFINITELY

Our stay at this property was great. It was perfect for our girls trip. The property is spacious and everything was clean. The communication from the management company was great. We didn’t need anything during our trip but they made sure to let us know they could be contacted with any issues or concerns. Property was conveniently located and a short drive to everything we wanted to see during our stay.

I brought a family group of 7 people. 1 who is 86 years old and 2 who were 91. The rest of us were between 29 and 65. The management allowed me early check in which was awesome! The great thing about this property was the size. It is very nice inside and spacious. 4 separate bedrooms with bathrooms. The kitchen is large and the upper deck is nice. But keep in mind that it is accessible only after navigating up 2 flights of > 15 steps each and it is attached to one of the bedrooms so you have to have someone in that bedroom who doesn't mind a parade of people walking through. The curtains/ blinds in the top floor bedroom did not work; we could only open one small section. We found lots of broken blinds in a drawer. Unfortunately, we were only given 1 small roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The TV did not work the entire time we were there. I contacted the host very early in our stay but it was never operational. Other supplies were adequate; Whole Foods within walking distance. It was clean. The bathrooms are definitely NOT handicap accessible. In fact, they are truly a fall risk. Nothing to hold onto. No bars, no shelves. Shower / tub floors slippery with no non-skid surface. So, if you need a large place for lots of people with good access to central west end; this is the spot for you. Spacious and good location. If you need toilet paper, safe bathrooms, and TV, this is not the place for you.

Adequate

Just adequate, lots of space, poorly stocked kitchen, not spotless but average cleaning. Dirty baseboards, dirty carpet, dust on shelves and under the beds. Not enough towels for everyone and we ran out of dishwasher soap. Air conditioning worked really well!

Wonderful spacious, clean and comfortable property. A great place to stay and see the city!

Property was even better than expected. The communication with the renters was excellent and very prompt in replying to questions. The home was very clean and modern and had everything we needed. If we ever return to St Louis for a visit, we will definitely stay here again!

Great house for extended family/friends stay

This house was perfect for our family of 4 and 1 more family of 3! We rented for Spring Break and it was close to all the great attractions that St. Louis has to offer. Communication with owner/rental company was fantastic!! Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a long weekend/week in St. Louis!

Spring break

Actually is bigger than the photos look which is a new one for me. Large kitchen and dining. Plenty of space. Beds for 8. We did lots of things within 1/2 hour drive. Lots of street parking or one car basically fits in two car garage. It is tight. Would rent again. Management was there within two hours of an issue and fixed it.

Great Stay

Really nice place for a family stay in St Louis. Updated amenities, comfortable bedrooms, bright bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen. Close to everything. Excellent managers with great communications. Nothing left wanting and would highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.
