Tolle Lage! Das Hotel liegt im eklektischen uptown Gegend. Genießen Sie unsere geräumige und einladende Wohnung mit Küche und Bad. Queen-Size-Bett und Luftmatratze für eine dritte Person.
Sehr kurzer Fußweg (100 Yards) zu Geschäften, Restaurants, Französisch Bäckerei, Fahrrad- und Motorrollerverleih sowie in der Umgebung. Der Strand ist auch nur eine kurze 10 Minuten Fahrt entweder Vilano Strand oder St. Anastasia State Park.
Dies ist ein großartiger Ort, um das Auto zu parken und nicht fahren wieder, bis Sie zu verlassen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was Sie brauchen. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein komfortables Doppelbett. Das Badezimmer ist für die Dusche oder Badewanne ausgestattet. Unsere Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Sofa und Platz für dritte Person Luftbett. Die Wohnküche ist hell und sonnig und umfasst Esstisch, Kühlschrank und Herd. Die Küche ist eine sehr einladende und glücklich Raum, der alles Notwendige für Mahlzeiten zu Hause oder einfach nur eine einfache Tasse Kaffee hat. Sie finden die Wohnung sehr sauber, sicher, rauchfrei und bequem sein. Der Fernseher in der Wohnung nur spielt Netflix, die Richtungen für den TV sind in der Ferienwohnung. Es gibt keine Gebühr für einen der Filme oder Shows auf Netflix.

Not Quite There Yet

The apartment seemed clean. The sitting area and bedroom were just fine. The kitchen and bathroom need work and therefore didn’t feel as clean. Kitchen has a nice counter appliances like coffee pot, toaster and microwave. Sadly, cabinets housing dishes and the like were pretty inadequate and appeared not clean. Bathroom , kitchen and sitting area need curtains for a greater feel of privacy in the busy area. The outside of the apartment house and entrance to this apartment were extremely unappealing. The location was quite good. Communication with the owner was fine. There is lots of potential here but not quite there yet.

Good location, great price local to all destinations

On the down side to the cute old house , there was work being done on the house painting and basic upkeep when we arrived we did arrive earlier than expected , and very noisy upstairs during the night .we were woken up by a loud bang at about 4:30 am . Be warned shower is for shorter people. I'm 5'5 and it was perfect boyfriend 6'3 lol! We enjoyed the little fireplace heater cozy and much needed with the 40's weather we had . The kitchen was cute and useable everything was provided including coffee and creamer THANKYOU! We enjoyed our visit and once the repairs are finished we would love to stay again once it warms

Great stay!

Perfect one bedroom apartment, convenient to downtown St. Augustine and a quick jump over to Vilano Beach. Safe neighborhood and walking distance to the adorable Juniper Market and other local businesses. We really enjoyed it!

See the lights

The place was easy to find, convenient for walking all through town quaint and comfortable. We met with our daughter for a Christmas trip before heading to Minneola as we have never visited St Augustine. It is an older property showing a little wear but maintained and clean. Thanks for the stay.

Quaint Fixer Upper

A quaint fixer upper! The manager was prompt and friendly. Our apartment had privacy and was very clean. It appeared they were fixing it up so there was a broken window taped over. Also, no hot water for a comfortable shower. It worked for us on a quick getaway as we used it as a place to lay our heads after sightseeing. Can't wait to see this place when it's all done being updated!

Nice place

Honestly was a little worried after seeing the last review however. This place was everything but that. The outside although outdated takes you back to true st augustine history. The inside was clean and ready for us to spend time in. All amenities were as described and photos accurate. Would definitely stay again.

Be careful when you book!

This property was not at all what was advertised. I'm not even sure it is a real place. The accommodations were very dated and shabby and did not match the pictures at all. The owner apologized and gave us a discounted rate but we were not very happy with what we paid for. You may want to ask some extra questions before you choose this property.

Perfect location

Had a great stay. Apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. Loved having access to the bikes. The location is ideal as it is only a few blocks from the historic district. As some have noted, you can easily hear the upstairs tenants walking in their apartment and occasionally hear muffled voices (as I am sure they heard ours) but these occur at reasonable times of the day and did not interfere with sleep. Carl was great to work with an I would definitely stay here again!

Cute apartment, close to everything!

This apartment is really cute and less than a five-minute walk to the St. Augustine Vistor’s Center, parking garage (not that you’ll need one being so close!) and trolley stop. The apartment has a comfy bed, full kitchen with cookware and other accoutrements, and cold air conditioning. My fiancée and I were here for our engagement photos and would love to come back in the future! The only negative about the apartment is that it is a first floor unit and the neighbors upstairs are Centaurs. If you are an early riser, then this should be no problem as you can typically hear their hooves clomping around about 7/7:30 AM. If you like going to be early, however, please note that the loud clomping does not usually stop until around 11/11:30 PM. The air conditioning does drown it out a bit, so you might not even notice. Other than the footfalls of Mr. or Ms. Centaur upstairs, it is a comfy, quiet, and convenient place to stay!

Stay was really nice

Cute little place and was perfect for a night away. Place is super close to everything and a fast walk downtown. The place was super clean and the bed was really comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The place on the outside needs a little love but the inside was really good.

Perfect for my stay. Would stay again if in St Augustine.

Small, cozy apartment that was perfect for our overnight stay for my nieces wedding on Ponte Vedra Beach. Carl was excellent to deal with and had very quick response time to any questions I had.

Great location!

This is a very clean, spacious, comfortable rental with a great location. Perfect for a quick getaway to St. Augustine and a very easy walk to the historic downtown area. The apartment is nice, but the exterior is not what you might expect. It is a hidden gem within a large, unassuming house.
