Dieses malerische 2 Br, 1 Bath-Cottage am Seeufer befindet sich in einem familienfreundlichen Verein an der Südwestseite des wunderschönen Higgins-Sees. Der See ist frühlingsgespeist und klar mit sandigem Grund, so dass Kinder (und Erwachsene) im Wasser spielen und schwimmen können. Das Ferienhaus ist komplett eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein französisches Bett. Es gibt ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer und ein Doppelschlafsofa im Wintergarten. Bettwäsche ist möbliert.
Das Bad verfügt über eine Wanne / Dusche-Kombination. Handtücher sind möbliert. Bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Strandtücher mit.
Die Küche verfügt über einen Elektroherd, einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle, eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Toaster. Geschirr und Töpfe und Pfannen sind inklusive. Es gibt einen großen Essbereich in der Küche.
Deckenventilatoren befinden sich in den Schlafzimmern, im Wohnzimmer, in der Küche und im Wintergarten. Es gibt WLAN zur Verfügung. Unser Verein ist eine rauchfreie Umgebung.
Dieses Haus ist sauber, hell und freundlich dank der vielen (neuen) Fenster.

Charming cottage

I absolutely adore this cottage and how it’s decorated. It is set up perfectly for our family. The kitchen was perfect for our needs as I cooked for my family every day there. Check in was super easy as well as check out. This is our second year here and we will return again as long as we can book in time as this books up fast.There were times (especially weekend days) that the shared dock can get very busy, but that did not affect us and our enjoyment of the property.

Up North Tradition

We have stayed at this little cottage 3 times over the last 7 summers and we always have a great time. Our mom actually stayed here as a kid before my grandparents built their house which is still right down the road. The host is always available and communicative and the residents in the area always make us feel welcome. You can’t find a better location and the price is just right. The only complaint we’ve had is that it gets too hot in the west side of the cottage in the afternoon and evening. They have added a portable a/c which helps. Otherwise, it is always a great stay.

we had a wonderful stay at Jerrys place! Everyone in the community was kind and welcoming- our kids were able to play with other kids! We enjoyed keeping our boat in the water and we loved having the basketball court. thanks for a great stay in a beautiful location!

Great stay!

This is our second year staying here, and we are already booked for come back next year. You couldn’t get a better location! The cottage is clean and provides more than enough space. It sits right on the water with beautiful views and access to the lake, especially if you have a boat moored. Jerry communicates very effectively and all of the people we met/talked with on the property were very friendly and helpful as well.

Higgins Lake Gem

This was our second year at the yellow cottage. It was a perfect week for our getaway. The cottage is so cozy and comfortable. Very clean. The kitchen is well stocked, which was great because we cooked a lot! Enjoyed the beautiful view. Never have seen such a beautiful lake! Great for boating and swimming. Very nice dock. Easy to get in and out of the water with the stairs. Hope to come back!

Great little cottage right on beautiful Higgins Lake. Property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Was awesome we could tie our boat up out front of the cottage! Jerry was great to work with and responded very quickly to any questions. Would 100% book again!!

Great cottage for resting and relaxing but if you want water it is right in front of you.

My husband and I came up to rest and relax. We enjoyed watching the watching the water and being in the water. The people are so nice and friendly. The cottage is beautiful, decorated cute and very clean. We can’t wait to rent from them again. Best experience highly recommend this cottage.

Great value

The cottage was very clean and accommodated our group of 4 adults nicely. The owner was amazing to work with. It's located within a community of multiple family members housed in mobile homes. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The only drawbacks were having to moor your boat and there is a recreation building underneath the outdoor "patio" roof which is surrounded by fencing/gates. It obstructs the view of beautiful Higgins Lake. I would highly recommend this rental and may return next year.

What a lovely waterfront cottage! We were very impressed with how clean and bright it was. It was very comfortable, especially when we had 7 adults there for several of the days. Many of the comforts of home were there, especially in the kitchen, where we did a lot of cooking (and eating!) Loved being able to have the boat we rented moored in the harbor. The swimming area off of the dock was truly a plus. Loved it. Everyone we met, was so friendly and welcoming; we really felt at home. Any questions or issues that came up were promptly addressed. We definitely want to return and would certainly recommend it for families.

Great, relaxing week

Great swimming for little kids and adults. Nice and quiet neighborhood with lots to do for our 8 and 3 year old grandchildren. Cottage was so cute and had everything we needed.
