19 Seaside Villas ist ein Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern in Fenwick Island, Delaware. Seaside Villas ist eine kleine Wohnanlage am Meer mit 22 Reihenhäusern südlich von Bethany Beach und nördlich des Fenwick Island State Park. Das Stadthaus ist etwa 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt, der über eine bequeme Promenade und eine Dünenbrücke zu erreichen ist. Es gibt nur eingeschränkten Zugang für die Öffentlichkeit, sodass der Strand normalerweise nur von den Bewohnern und Gästen der Gemeinde bewohnt wird. Das Stadthaus hat freien Blick auf das Meer von zwei Decks. Sie können den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer beobachten, während Sie auf dem Kingsize-Bett in der Master Bedroom Suite liegen. Die Little Assawomen Bay kann ebenfalls besichtigt werden und ist bei Sonnenuntergang wunderschön. **** Kürzlich im Jahr 2019 mit neuer Küche / Esszimmer aktualisiert. Neu im Jahr 2018 HVAC, Badezimmer, Bodenbeläge und frisch gestrichen.

Nice location

Our family enjoyed the stay at this property. It was nice being able to walk out the back door and have the walkway leading to the beach. The beach was beautiful and very private.

Beautiful town house with a view

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The town house is so pretty! It has everything you need just pack your bathing suit and go. A gorgeous Kitchen, lovely bedrooms. Owners let us use their beach chairs which was so convenient. The A/C out put is like the Arctic even on 71. Great if your there during a heat dome. A few steps to a beautiful beach. 5 stars!

Great place to spending quality time with loved ones

My family and I (6 adults and 1 baby) recently spent a long weekend and we wished we booked the entire week! The condo was very clean, spacious, and steps away from the beach. The condo is the first one off the road. The road noise was a bit loud at times but overall it didn’t impact our opinion of the place or our stay. The location was great- a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of Bethany and Ocean City. Vicky, the host, was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Breathtaking Views

Beautifully decorated and having all needed to make our week comfortable we enjoyed our stay very much. There are many stairs which my husband found tough with his bad knee, but the place was worth the climb.

Excellent Beach Getaway

This 3 bedroom VRBO is amazing. It is a very close walk to the beach and the owner has thought of everything you might want/need. The new living room sofa is very comfortable, as are the beds. The decor is beachy and beautiful! The kitchen is very well equipped. We love this home, have stayed 4 times and will be back.

Tranquil Girls Trip

Great place to get away for a Girls Trip! We enjoyed the tranquility and cleanliness of this rental. The interior was very serene and relaxing. The outdoor decks had plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful views- we were spoiled with gorgeous sunrises AND colorful sunsets!. We all wished we had a couple extra days booked, we didn’t want to leave! Thanks Vicky for a great experience, we look forward to coming back again!

Quiet Off-Season Getaway

We have enjoyed staying here for a quiet off-season get away for about 3 years now. Place is always clean, beds comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. The new living room couch was much appreciated. The views are great and you can walk right onto the beach from the boardwalk. The is road noise present but you get use to it. Wish we could afford to stay here during our summer visit too. Ty for having us!

Nice, clean, modern property. A very short walk to the beach was the best thing about this property. There was quite a bit of road noise, especially at night. The town house was the closest to the road in the small development. I wish this was clear in the listing.

An Absolute Amazing Experience

If you are reading these reviews, go ahead and book this place before someone else does. This is one of the best rentals we have ever experienced. Extremely well kept, clean, up-to-date and very well laid out. The ability to have one of the bedrooms be a king or 2 twin really opens this place up to have another couple stay with a multitude of kids (or just kids!). The loft is quite large and could serve as it's own bedroom (3rd floor and not open to common area as so many are) - as well as being a movie/hangout area for the kids. The large kitchen table was great as well as the well stocked kitchen. The views are quite spectacular especially from the master bedroom. Being in between Bethany/Rehoboth and Ocean City gives you access to so many restaurants and activities for all ages. We really thank you for taking such great care of this place and making it a place we will continually come back to (including in the off season). Thank you for a wonderful getaway.

We had a wonderful week at this beach house. Many amenities and beautiful decor. Updated kitchen, comfortable king bed in the master bedroom, nice master shower, great views of the beach from both balconies. I highly recommend this rental.

Perfect Getaway!

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway!

What a great trip this was. The location of this place is exactly where we like to be. We spend time in Bethany and down into OC, so this Fenwick location is perfect! The owner was great, and everything was super easy and clean. The Master overlooked the beach/ocean and the on-suite was really nicely done. Only issues (if you want to call them issues)...the couches and chairs are not that comfy if you plan on laying around watching movies and the traffic being so close because this is an end unit near the road. We were not outside that often during our stay, so it didn't bother us that much. But you really can't sleep with the windows open and hear the ocean, you'll just hear traffic. All in all, this was a great place and we would stay here again. Thanks Vicky!
