Good location, clean apartment.

SIAN is right on the beach, building has pool, game room, parking, laundry and everything else you may need. Apartment was perfect for our family of 4. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Worth it

It was worth every penny. Comfortable and clean. Plenty of room so you don't feel cluttered. Valet was prompt at retrieving vehicle.

Just What We Needed

The condo was exactly what we needed, enjoyed the location, quick beach access, and the gym. Condo was spacious and comfortable. From the description, I was disappointed in the view. Condo needs attention to a few things….unable to take a bath due to the drain, rug rolling up on edges(trip hazard), kitchen could use more glasses….Had to call owner one time, but very responsive and took care of the issue immediately. Was taken by surprise of the extra costs of parking and access to gym, pool and beach areas. Overall, nice place, and would visit again.

ROACH INFESTED CONDO!!!

Absolutely the worst service from day one!! Communication with property owner was non existent!!! Property manager was cold and responded every 5 to 10 messages!! Request for towels was ignore for 2 days!! Roaches in my room, dead ones in the cabinet!! Couldn’t even use the plates or silverware roaches in shower, bathroom !!! I have 5 videos, pictures and requests to fumigate was handled with a shoulder shrug and a reply of what you want me to do!! My daughter had to stay with family while I had nowhere to go but suffer the filthy infested room!! Shane on them!!! No response to text or calls for at least 24 hrs each tine this was by far was my worst ever experience!! I have pictures and videos of dead and live roaches throughout the condo!

Overall okay

Nelson was amazing with communication which is so refreshing! On our part we were expecting a hotel type of vibe but it is more residential. No amenities as far as carrying bags to the room and beach towels. There were a lot of roaches in the kitchen we had to leave the lights on and throw out the snacks. The definite plus is the pool, it’s rather small but very cute and the beach is right outside.

Not Quite What We Expected.

My husband and I needed a little getaway and we've always had such a good time in Fort Lauderdale, sooooo. With it being kind of last minute, we really appreciated Nelson's fast response time. He provided us with all the necessary check-in info and his property managers contact information. The thing that really sold us on thid property were the multiple reviews about the cleanliness of the condo, but unfortunately that wasn't the case for us. There were roaches everywhere in the kitchen, especially all around the sink and coffee pot; mold on the refrigerator and freezer, and the chairs that are there for guests to use for the beach were filthy. The cleaning staff must've forgotten about wiping down the tables because there were crumbs all over both the dining and coffee tables. There was a stain on one of the couch cushions as well but we were able to just flip it over. The location wasn't bad, especially if you're just looking to relax on the beach or in the pool. The condo has a private pool and is literally right on the beach. There was a pizza place and a 7-11 across the street and Walmart and Padrino's (Cuban food) is a 8-10 minute walk. I thought I was going to be able to attach the photos but I guess I can't, so I hope this review was descriptive enough.

Enjoyed our stay!!

This condo is in excellent condition and is located directly on the beach. The restaurants, shops are all close by. We had a wonderful time and would like to return. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, from booking to check-out!

Good location for the beach, not true on property details

This location has a short walk to the beach, but the property listed a washer and dryer. This is not within the unit itself and costs extra. Also, when staying here, expect to be told to "take the service elevator" frequently. You may only enter the main lobby if dressed and ready for a night out. Otherwise, they push you to the back elevator. No restaurants close and an uber is required frequently. The condo was decently clean, but not quiet. We had to call the police the first night there as the neighbors were screaming between balconies. Simple walk to the beach was the main perk.

If you like a little piece of NY in FL, Hollywood is for you.

This bustling property is close to the ocean and has a pool. If you want a chair by the ocean it is $20 a day. You can expect to hear sirens and traffic throughout your day and night by the pool. Everything you might do on vacation outside of going to the beach or pool is an (expensive) Uber drive away.

Great location right on the beach!

The communication was great! The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. We cooked everyday and the Walmart is a short walk away to get your groceries and booze. There is also a liquor store next door to it. Wifi worked without issues and we both worked on zoom a few hours each day. We had a great trip!

Warm-Winter-Weather Get Away

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at the property. The property was neat and spacious for 2 people. One of the lamps didn't work in the bedroom, therefore it made for dimmer than expected lighting, but that really was our only complaint.
