Plumbing, couch and balcony chairs were in poor shape. Bedroom window was broken and taped up.

The online picture of the condo must have been taken years ago. Aside from the floor tiles everything else needed to be updated.

Birthday trip

The apartment was clean, well located and had a beautiful view for the sunrise. The only thing I didn’t like was going to the next building to get the key fob and wrist bands. Other than that, great experience!

Amazing view

The property was great! It was clean, had a full kitchen, and plenty of towels. There are beach chairs and a small ice chest in the closet as well! Check-in was fairly simple, just make sure you get there between 9 and 5pm to get your parking pass and keyfob for building access. You do have to pay for parking. 1-7 days was $100. We had one little hiccup with the door keypad not working and Alec was there to resolve the problem within 10 mins. Overall our stay was amazing. This is probably going to be our go to spot whenever we come to Miami!

Great Location, Fantastic Condo,

Wonderful stay. Great views! Very modern and clean. Not a speck of sand. Clean marble floors. Having a comfortable bed and drapes helps you sleep in later. Bring a couple of towels if you want. Pictures don’t do it justice. If I could I’d buy it! We will stay next time we come. Thank you for having us.

Great place to stay right on the beach!

Very nice. Balcony was an awesome view. Bed was amazingly comfortable. If i had to nit pick, i would say my wife wished for better soap since we only had our carry on items. Great little food spot/cafe in the resort. Gas station very close. Walmart near by. Excellent stay and met our needs very well!

Great view

Great location and view of the beach. The check in process was quite long and a bit complicated. Great room and location but the unit needs some minor repairs. No soap or shampoo and an antique coffee maker with no coffee grounds. Only 2 paper thin beach towels. With a few of these things corrected it would be awesome.

Amazing stay!!

This was by far one of the best vacations I’ve had. The price was surprisingly reasonable and the condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and the view was absolutely stunning! Alec was so sweet and accommodating. There’s a little cafe downstairs that’s makes a mean passion fruit smoothie💕I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Thank you Alec for everything! It was not my first time to rent a property in Miami through VRBO but the current stay was one of the best. 100% match from the listing details to the actual property. The Alec-property manager was so cooperative for the whole process and did all possible to ensure pleasant and enjoyable stay for his quests. Great stay right on the beach

My boyfriend and I had a great time at this condo. It was very clean, spacious and quiet. The king bed was so comfortable too! We didn’t cook much but if we did the kitchen would have had everything we needed. We loved the view from the balcony and how quick and easy it was to get to the beach. There are beach chairs and an umbrella provided in the unit, but you can also go to the building office and purchase day passes for the resort’s lounge chairs and umbrellas that they set up for you ($25 for two chairs and an umbrella from 9am-5pm). It’s a quick drive or Uber to restaurants and bars on the Hollywood boardwalk. The gym was nothing fancy and sometimes the elevators get busy around peak times, but all of that was fine for the purposes of our trip and we never had any issues. The café downstairs was also a nice convenience. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing vacation!

Birthday Celebration

This condo/apartment was absolutely lovely!!! The place was very clean and well managed! The view from the balcony was beautiful and provided for wonderful sunrises and sunsets over the beach each day. The pool area was really nice as well and the private beach access was a total plus! The beach chairs and umbrella were also great to have on hand. Alec was an awesome host and ensured that our was stay was better than we planned. We look forward to booking this place again for our next stay in South Beach!

Great view

My husband and I had a great stay at the property. The check-in process was challenging and there was a fire drill that lasted two days but was no fault of the owner. I would agree with the other comments that it would of been great to have fresh towels so I would recommend bringing a set of your own. Other than that, the view and access to the beach and pool was great.

Decent stay

Location is good but check in process is quite complex specially if you reach after 5 PM as the office remains closed after 5. We could not secure access cards and could not access the beach and it’s difficult to move around the property without the access card. Also lot of hidden charges like $75 (minimum) parking fee, access cards fee $60.

Quick girls trip

Overall this was a good place to stay. The floors were super clean but we had to get cleaning wipes for visible grime on the light switches and doors. Be advised that there are many, many building rules posted everywhere you turn; such as no pool floats, no drinks in the pool, no luggage in the lobby, etc. The linens leave a lot to be desired. The “washcloths” are actually microfiber cleaning cloths and the towels are thin and mismatched with an overwhelmingly strong fabric softener scent. The parking fee was listed as $75 but we were charged $100. Good things were the quick response of the host when the door lock stopped working, the beach chairs/umbrella/cooler, and the AMAZING view!

October get away

The pool and ocean and pool deck furniture were excellent. The unit itself needs a deep cleaning as there is "dirt fur" around all of the HVAC vents. The bed was incredibly soft and noisy every time you moved. The view from the pictures is slightly misleading as the direct view out your balcony is the top of a concrete parking garage however to the left or east is the view of the pool and ocean you see in the pictures.

Beautiful ocean front

The view from the balcony and being ocean front was Amazing! The pool and outside area was very nice as well. The condo was clean. I would like to suggest, however, having more towels. Also, the sheets I could tell were not fresh, they weren’t dirty, but just stale. It should also be mentioned that there is a $30 fee for the fob to get into the building and a parking fee as well. It’s just nice to know before booking that there are additional expenses. The host was responsive. The location was nice with restaurants and shopping close. Overall I would recommend it because being ocean front and having easy beach access was great. Thanks for having us.
