Die Under the Gondola Guest Suites befinden sich direkt unter der Gondel auf der Skipiste. Unsere beheizte Hintertreppe führt Sie vom Haus herunter, um nur die Straße zu überqueren und zum Fuß des Berges zu gelangen. Skifahren / Wandern / Bike-In ist genauso einfach. Wir sind hund und kinderfreundlich. (Sorry, keine Katzen) Dies ist ein Nichtraucherhaus mit WLAN im gesamten Gebäude. Es gibt eine Waschküche vor Ort für unsere Gäste. Unsere Sleeping Giant Suite ist gemütlich und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die vorbeifahrende Gondel und den Sleeping Giant. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 4 Personen und verfügt über einen Küchenbereich mit Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler, jedoch ohne Backofen / Herd. Es gibt einen großen Gasgrill draußen auf dem überdachten Balkon, an dem ein Herd angebracht ist, für zusätzliche Kochmöglichkeiten. Töpfe und Pfannen sowie Grillutensilien sind vorhanden. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV und einen Wandkamin. Mit einem Queensize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und einem ausziehbaren Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist dies eine großartige Option für eine Familie mit 3 oder 4 Personen.
Wir wohnen im Hauptteil des Hauses und bieten 4 private Gästesuiten zur nächtlichen / wöchentlichen Vermietung an. (Es gibt keinen gemeinsamen Wohnraum.) Ein perfekter Rahmen für eine Mehrfamilienreise, die zusammen reisen, aber jeweils eine eigene Suite und ein eigenes Bad haben. Wir sind haustierfreundlich mit Dampfschiffen. c und sehr herzlich zu Hunden. Es gibt einen gemeinsamen eingezäunten Hof, der unsere Gästesuiten umgibt. Derzeit bietet der Steamboat / Hayden-Flughafen HDN, United Nonstop-Verbindungen nach Houston und Denver an. Der Winter bringt viele weitere Nonstop-Flüge mit sich, darunter der neue Jet Blue-Service von Boston, Ft. Lauderdale und Long Beach, CA!
Gehen Sie die Hintertreppe hinunter und über die Straße, um auf einem präparierten Zugangspfad zum Basisbereich ein- und auszusteigen. Es ist ein Nachttarif von 200 USD mit einer Pauschalgebühr von 30 USD pro Hund und Haustier zuzüglich Steuern.

Great Spot, Pet Friendly
Great host on site who was friendly and communicative. Dog bowls for food and water were laid out and dog waste bags were provided. 5 minute walk across the street to the slopes. The unit we stayed in was up two flights of stairs that were snow and ice free.

The best!
Second year staying at this location and once again loved it all so much. Our dogs had a blast playing in the snow, Robin is so great, parking easy and no stress, ski in/ski out to Steamboat Gondola! Our kids leave early on their own and are tired from skiing all day/night. We haven’t had to get back in our car (the real vacation!) We have been spoiled with fresh snow. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Stay
Had a great stay at Under the Gondola. Place was exactly as described and pictured. I have a 4 and 8 year old and the place was big enough for the four of us and all our ski gear. For skiing it is a short walk across the street and a parking lot and down a little hill to the ski access point. For experienced adults it is easy to cat track in and out to the main run, which leads down to both gondolas and the Christie. For the littles we had to walk out a bit on the trail to get down to start the day, maybe 5-10 mins, but getting back we could ski to the parking lot. Grill worked great for making breakfast on the side burner. Place is very clean. We walked the trail a couple of times down to the main ski village for dinner. Communication and the hosts were great. Overall a really great stay and we will be back.

Excellent ski vacation
The location is excellent with easy access to the ski slopes and the base area. Our suite was comfortable and very clean. Robin, the owner, is kind and welcoming and had thought of everything we would need, right down to water and food bowls for our dog. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back again.

Fabulous ski in ski out room!
We stayed in the Sleeping Giant unit and loved waking up to the gondolas spinning! It’s a 2 minute walk to the groomed run and the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and charming. Robin was a terrific host and was very helpful throughout our stay. Will absolutely be returning!

Great stay
Our family had a great time here. Very comfy and the location was perfect with quick access to the slopes. Awesome that they allow pets. Hosts were very responsive (although did not need much :)). Only suggestion would be black out curtains in the living area for our kids who were sleeping on the pull out couch. Definitely will come back and highly recommend. Thanks Robin!

Perfect Dog friendly place to stay in Steamboat
We just returned from a long Labor Day weekend vacation where we stayed at Robin’s beautiful property in the Emerald Suite. Robin was very communicative around check in and stopped in to say hi and provide us with cozy blankets one evening while we were enjoying the outdoor fireplace. The place is well acquainted with all the necessities, has an enclosed yard for the dogs, and the property is in a central location, very close to the resort and only a short drive from town. Definitely a great place to stay in Steamboat and we highly recommend!

Conveniently Located and Simply Elegant
I have stayed at Under The Gondola twice and I will definitely return. I stayed in Sleeping Giant. It is a simple one bedroom with a pull out couch if needed. The unit is very clean and well furnished. Everything you need. There is a nice balcony with a grill. The location is fantastic. You can walk to the Ski Village and you can drive to town 5-10 minutes away. Robin is a fantastic host who makes sure you are satisfied and have everything you need. She is very responsive and kind. The whole experience was simply elegant. I will be back.

Wanted to Move In Permanently!
Everything was great about my experience here except please install a lock on the gate from the driveway. As there’s no AC in the facility, it was 78-80 degrees inside at times, so I wanted to leave both sliding doors open, but then I didn’t feel safe —because anyone could have gained entry to my living quarters while I was sleeping as there was no lock on the bottom gate. Also, less importantly, the yard was shared with another family’s two dogs and our dogs didn’t always get along. The other family kept closing my dog into our balcony, against my wishes, as if only they were allowed access to the yard, though the yard is a large reason I paid to stay here. This was frustrating! Lastly, why was there a towel in the gap of my door leading into the main house? I picked it up only to find it reapplied later. Weird.
