Dieses Haus ist ideal für zwei Familien, die die Kosten teilen möchten. Mit zwei verschiedenen Wohnbereichen ermöglicht es jeder Familie ihren eigenen Raum. Das Townhouse liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von Settlers Green, dem neuen Home Depot und dem Christmas Tree Shop entfernt. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von North Conway. Schneemobilwege können direkt vom Parkplatz aus befahren werden. Mt. Cranmore ist 5 min. Fahrt. Storyland ist nur 15 min. Weg. Black Mountain und Wildcat sind ca. 25 min. Weg.
Das Stadthaus ist komplett mit luxuriösen Möbeln und Geräten eingerichtet. Es gibt 4 Fernseher und 2 HDTV-Flachbildschirm. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt.

Great Location

This condo was in the perfect location to all the amenities and to Cranmore for skiing. It was the perfect size for a large family (we had 6 adults and 4 kids). Communication with the owner was always easy and all questions answered. i would stay again. also the condo was very clean.

Black Friday Special

Right in the heart of the shopping are in North Conway. Convenient to everything in the area. The townhouse is very spacious and was the perfect retreat for the 11 of us. Will look to book again in the future!

Overall excellent

Location was perfect, complex was super quite, plenty of space for 2 families. A few things that didn't work (remotes and tvs in the bottom level), which were a bit annoying but overll great place.

Ski weekend with friends

We rented this property with two other families for a ski weekend. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and two separate living areas making it easy for the kids and adults to hang out. We would recommend this property and would stay here again. The location was key for restaurants and shopping and only a short drive to several ski resorts and other winter activities.

North Conway

Quick weekend getaway for a family wedding in Fryeburg, Maine. This townhouse met all our needs. Multiple levels, bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy for us all to get ready at the same time. It is very conveniently located near many beautiful scenic spots, as well as outlets , and restaurants. Quick response from owner when we accidentally locked ourselves out. I would recommend this townhouse and would rent here again if in the area.

Great Vacation

Even before we checked in, the owner responded to us quickly with any questions we had. Once we were there, it was a great week. Location is perfect, house was clean, neat, and had everything you needed. We had 10 people--grandparents,adult children, and grandchildren and everyone loved it. There was nothing you could want that wasn't there and the location is central to everything. We did Storyland, Santa's Village, White Lake, shopping, North Conway center, and the poool. Wonderful time!

Family vacay

Accommodations were perfect for my family and gave everyone their own room and privacy. Different levels were great , although stairs to the lower level needs a railing. Although paying for a cleaning fee was not particularly clean , dirty silverware put into the drawer , rugs not vacuumed . Great location , overall my family , kids ranging from 1 to 8 and their parents had a great stay

Great winter base.

All in all, a terrific stay - convenient, great price, terrific and easy communication, and a comfortable, spacious base. The only downsides are a lack of lighting makes reading in the living room difficult, but I realize not everyone cares about that in a vacation home. It was also hard to get ventilation in the winter so it got hot and musty fairly quickly.

We've spent several years coming to N. Conway prior to purchasing a home there. Our children loved being able to hike, ski and visit the local attractions. We still take family trips up there several times a year and look forward to retiring up there as well.
