Willkommen im Lido Breeze im schönen Sarasota, Florida. Diese Ferienimmobilie verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer und zweieinhalb Bäder. Schlafmöglichkeiten für acht Personen mit einem Kingsize-Bett, zwei Queensize-Betten und zwei Einzelbetten. Kabelfernsehen ist in jedem Schlafzimmer sowie im Familienzimmer und auf der überdachten Veranda verfügbar. WLAN mit Glasfaserverbindung ist verfügbar.

Zusammen mit einem privaten Pool ist die überdachte Veranda 400 Quadratmeter groß mit einer echten Tiki-Bar, Eismaschine, Kühlschrank und Spüle.

Das Haus ist einen halben Block vom Strand und sechs Blocks von St. Armand's Circle mit über dreißig Restaurants.

Eine Kaution in Höhe von 450 USD ist im Voraus zu hinterlegen und wird innerhalb von zehn Werktagen nach Abreise erstattet, sofern keine Schäden entstanden sind. Dies kann per Post oder Überweisung erfolgen.

Tropical Storm Debby Did Not Get Us Down

Beautiful property. Very considerate owners. They had everything labeled and the owner maintained communication and checked in on us because Tropical Storm Debby made us be stuck indoors for 3 days. Fortunately they have a big pool with pool activities and we loved the backyard setup! Thank you for our incredible and amazing experience.

Large Patio with a Pool ... Wonderful Trees

Spotless, well equipped kitchen, large bedrooms. We spent most of our time on the patio, eating, reading, using the pool, taking a nap, many times me lying on a chaise lounge looking up at a palm tree. Wonderful setting !!

Great location with awesome pool and tiki bar!

Excellent location central to Lido Key. Walkable to St Armand’s circle and to the beach. Great backyard pool and covered tiki bar! Great spot for our family, plenty of space and gathering areas. Would definitely return!

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful home in a perfect location. One block to the beach and about 1/2 mile from St Armand’s Circle. Or stay right at the home and enjoy the heated pool! Everything you need for beach/play is provided for your use! My family and I had an incredible week in Lido Key!

What an amazing find! 4 couples able to stay at a great price w/o stepping over each other. Amazing location within walking distance to beach and St Armands Circle. Beautiful house with every amenity you'd need.

Great Place to Relax

Lido Key is a special place and this home is a great place to stay. The outside back patio is top notch. The hosts have really optimized the indoor space. It’s clean and organized with everything labeled. Really made the stay effortless and they had great communication.

Total Relaxation

This place checks all the boxes. The house has everything you need - plenty of towels, beach chairs, cooler, ice machine, fully stocked kitchen, but the pool and lanai take the cake. My whole family just loved it. The beach and St. Armand’s Circle are both very short walks. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable and relaxing

We had great weather so the covered outdoor living space was where we spent the majority of our time, very nice. Four bedrooms made it nice for us to have family and friends to stay with us and the outdoor space served very nicely as a great gathering place. Only minor disappointment was no outdoor grilling, other than that a very nice place. Thanks Bill.

Tropical Beach House

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful and spacious property close to Lido Beach and St. Armand’s circle. In town for a family wedding, the house was perfect for the five of us (all adults). Inside, the house was clean and comfortably furnished. Construction noise and sawdust from the house next door was the only downside, leaving the patio of the lovely outdoor pool and bar area with sawdust on our arrival, but that only affected us for part of the stay. And once swept up, we enjoyed the lovely covered patio and the pool. We would love to stay here again!

We loved the pool and outside area, but the bugs were a problem. Great location to the beach and St. Armands. We would definitely stay again. The construction next door was a disturbance, but that won’t be forever. The big three level unit going in takes away the privacy in the pool area. That’s a shame since it’s a beautiful pool. House was furnished with everything we needed.

Lido Beach House Christmas 2021

House location is awesome, half a block Lido beach and a short 10 min. walk to St.Armonds Circle. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels, soap, TP, kitchen ware etc. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The outside backyard pool/tiki bar space is a dream. The only thing that would have been nice would have been access to the bbq, however that was not a deal breaker by any means.

Fun for a group, great location, fabulous Tiki bar, pool, patio

Great place for a group to get away. Close to beach, shopping, food, etc. Back yard with pool and Tiki bar is fun. No local TV access at all even though there are 7 TVs mounted around the house. If you don't have Hulu, etc, you don't get anything. Cleaning was not good when we got there (floors were dirty and couch had crumbs on it), but overall a very great stay!
