Dieses Haus liegt nur drei Blocks vom Virginia Beach Oceanfront entfernt. Mit vier Schlafzimmern, drei Vollbädern und einem Schlafsofa bietet dieses Haus bequem Platz für 10 Personen (12 mit einer vom Eigentümer bereitgestellten Luftmatratze). Vier Queen-Betten und eine Queen-Ausziehcouch im Erdgeschoss. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über Flachbild-Kabelfernsehen und WLAN. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Holzböden im Essbereich und Fliesen in der Küche und im Wohnbereich. Zwei Sofas und ein großer Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Player und Digitalkabel laden zum Entspannen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag am Strand ein!

Elf Fahrräder (8 Kreuzer, 1 Tandem, 2 Kinder), Liegestühle und Strandspielzeug stehen Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthalts zur Verfügung. Es gibt zwei Grills, ein Propan und eine Holzkohle. Eine große Außenterrasse im Erdgeschoss ist ideal zum Kochen und der zweite Balkon ist der ideale Ort zum Sonnenbaden.

Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze abseits der Straße für bis zu 6 Fahrzeuge.

Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich direkt neben der Küche. In diesem Raum befindet sich auch das Vollbad im Erdgeschoss sowie die Fahrradgarage.

Diese Unterkunft ist ideal für einen Familienurlaub, einen Rückzugsort für Paare oder eine Mädchenwoche am Strand. Wir freuen uns auf Sie!

Family friendly home

House had many things to make a family vacation enjoyable even on bad weather days. Tv in every bedroom board arcade and lawn games and pool and ping pong. Having the bikes was great as well.had a great time

Perfect home for a nearby family wedding

We had a fabulous weekend! We used the bikes to ride up to the Virginia Beach Art Show on Friday. The home was the perfect size for our family as we prepared to attend wedding festivities both Friday and Saturday night. We actually walked to the wedding as it was only a few blocks away! We were also able to have extended family over for an impromptu brunch. Lots of room both inside and out for gathering. Highly recommend!

Family Summer Get-a-way

Our family lives in different parts of the country. Each August we select a place to stay that everyone can get to so that the multi-generational family (ages 6-50) can reconnect and make memories. This property was perfect for us. There was plenty of room on the first floor to gather for meals and play games. The outdoor area offered shaded and sunlit options for seating and convening. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The detail that was slightly unusual, but not an issue at all, was that out of the four bedrooms, 3 had direct hallway access and the other could only be accessed by walking through another bedroom. Once again, not an issue for us! The VIBE District was more than we expected! Short walk to the beach (perfect), quiet street, and just a street or two over there were plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, a farmer's market on Saturday, and quite a bit of night life. Something for everyone! I would definitely recommend this property!

Emerson’s Cottage is a winner

We had a wonderful mini-vacation at Emerson’s Cottage. It is a great house in a convenient location. The owners have lots of nice touches and amenities - modern appliances, Keurig coffee station, arcade and board games, lots of bikes, ceiling fans in all rooms, TVs in all rooms, etc. The outdoor space is well appointed too with a sofa, chairs, and a dining table big enough for 8. The yard is set back from the street so it is safe for little ones to run around. The communication with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend a stay at EC! DB

Love family reunion

Great location, comfortable environment and household amenities, useable kitchen for preparing our own meals. Lots of great photo ops to save the memories. Back Bay Wild Life preserve was my favorite. Kids loved the ocean.

Perfect Hom

This is a perfect home located in the Vibe District. It was within walking distance of several amazing restaurants and coffee shops. It was also a short walk to the beach and the Virginia Beach Sports Center where we spent the majority of the weekend. The house came with almost every amenity that you would need for a beach vacation including multiple decks to hang out on, a beautiful lawn to play games, bikesmto ride around town, and boardgames to play inside the hosue. The most popular hit of the weekend were the two old school video game machines that provided hours of fun for our boys throughout a rainy weekend. We would definitely stay at this house again the next time we have a small group in Virginia Beach

Nice house in perfect location

The house is near to all the actions. Bikes is really nice. Kids are happy with all the games in the house. Beach is within walking distance. The house have some beach toys for the kids, beach chairs. We can go to the beach in the morning, stay for few hours, go home for lunch + nap, and when the sun is not too hot, we go back again, The next day, its repeat :)

This was a wonderful home filled with everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation. The house was equipped beautifully including a fully functional kitchen and bbq. The location is great. Perfect beach house!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, clean, well equipped home. All the beach supplies & proximity to the water were terrific. We enjoyed the kitchen/living space, outdoor space, air conditioned patio. All 3 generations absolutely loved the arcade games & board games. The bikes were awesome! The electronic security locks were very convenient & the hosts were easy to work with.

Nothing short of perfect!

We had an amazing time and the owners were spectacular. We fit 11 People comfortably. If there were any issues, there was an immediate response and was taken care of within an hour or so. So close to the beach (3 short blocks), chairs and bikes to use, beach toys. House was fully stocked!! We also had a gender reveal for our family there and the owners were so kind and sent us a congratulations basket!!! The house exceeded our expectations - thanks to the wonderful owners of Emerson’s Cottage!!

Our weeks stay was just like home only at the beach The house was very comfortable. Close to the beach which our family went every day. Bikes were a definite plus. Beautiful home!

The owner Brandon was very responsive and welcoming. The house was very clean and I loved the reusable water bottles they provided for every bedroom, to cut back in single use plastic. The laundry and bikes were a great amenity and the outside space is so cool! Highly recommend this home to anyone!
