PRIVATER PARKPLATZ AM STRAND, AUFZUG, DACHDECKE, FAHRRÄDER, PING-PONG-TISCH, MAISLÖCHER, STRANDSTÜHLE:
Exquisit dekoriertes 4 BR / 4BA-Haus in einer Sackgasse in einem ruhigen, gehobenen Viertel „Kure Estates“. 3000 sq ft. Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug und im Erdgeschoss "Mini-Master" mit eigenem Bad und Flachbild-TV. Die 2. Etage verfügt über einen geräumigen, offenen Wohnbereich mit Massivholzböden, einem Gaskamin, einem Vollbad, einem 50-Zoll-Fernseher, einem großen Esstisch, einem Spieltisch und einem separaten „Medienraum“ mit 50-Zoll-Fernseher. Die Gourmetküche verfügt über Granit, rostfreie Geräte und ist gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Töpfen, Pfannen, Utensilien, sogar einer Salatschleuder und Gewürzen! Öffnet sich zum Achterdeck, wo jeder unter Marktlichtern zusammen speisen kann und wo Treppen zu einem Oberdeck sowie zu einem Dachdeck führen. Die 3. Etage hat einen sehr großen Master mit einer Tür zu den hinteren Decks, ein schönes Badezimmer mit Whirlpool, begehbarer Dusche, großem begehbarem Kleiderschrank und 36 in TV. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer teilen sich das 4. Vollbad mit Doppelwaschbecken. Deckenventilatoren in jedem Raum. Schau auf der Veranda vorbei oder gehe auf die Dachterrasse, um Sonnenaufgänge, Sonnenuntergänge und den fantastischen Sternenhimmel zu sehen! Kurzer Spaziergang (3 1/2 Minuten) oder Fahrt zu einem privaten Zugang zum Strand und Parkplatz mit Toilette, Außenspülung und Pavillon.

Great place

We had a really nice time at this house for the week of the 4th. The host was very responsive and helpful. I wish the linen disclosure was made further in advance (everything must be laundered before departure) so we could’ve arranged for service through another company. The internet in the downstairs room is tough if you want to do any streaming (only a TV antenna if not). The house has everything you need for the beach and the layout is perfect for a family with different agr groups.

Amazing beach house

Beautifully decorated comfortable house very convenient to the beach, only a 5 minute walk! Home has everything you could possibly need and then some! Bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, ping pong, foosball, corn hole are all provided. Watch the sunset from the roof top deck plus porches on both front and back sides of house. Amazing vacation was had by all!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully furnished and with enough space for a large family gathering. The front deck overlooked the pond and we were entertained by the duck family that lives there. The back deck has seating for dining which was nice. In the early evening there was a nice breeze on the rooftop deck. Watching the fireworks was spectacular from there.

Absolutely Amazing !

Hands down the most amazing place we have ever stayed. The owner is by far the most organized and helpful persons to rent from. You will not have to wonder about where to eat, what to do or how to use anything in the house. He has a manual with anything and everything you need to know. It was SO helpful. Also no matter the age there is something for everyone. My family enjoyed the bike rides. I can’t say enough about this beach house it was over the top and then some !

Nice place and location

We had a family vacation at this house with 9 adults and 1 child. The place was great! The house is very nice. The private beach access was a plus too, being able to avoid the busyness of public access. The owner David is very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend staying here for sure!

Wish we could go back right now!

What an incredible experience. The home is super clean and luxurious. Great location. It's a short walk to the beach but if you don't want to walk, you can load up the car and go take advantage of the private parking that comes with the home. It was essentially a perfect experience.

One of a KIND

This house is absolutely amazing! From the emulate clean house, all the beautiful decor details of this home, elevator to haul our luggage, tons of bikes and toys for the beach, updated kitchen, and peaceful views from all the decks our week vacation was perfect. We stayed the week of July 4th and was able to view 4 different firework shows from the top deck. We had many nights sitting on the big porches playing card games with a glass of wine and relaxing. Very peaceful and upscale neighborhood. I loved taking one of the many bikes around the neighborhood. It was also nice being able to drive and park at the gazebo and being steps from the ocean. You can also walk a short 5 minutes to the beach too. The beach was great. The sand was very soft and many shells we were able to get with our girls. Overall, we had such a great experience in this house and would recommend it to anyone with a family. The owners were very quick to repley to any questions we had and gave so much detail of the area which put us at ease on what to do and where the best places are!! You cannot go wrong with this house!!!!

Great vacation spot

We brought the whole family...3 adult children, two of which are married and one has a young child, and also our teenager. We had tons of room, and immensely enjoyed ourselves. The home is very nice and well equipped. The private access to the beach was a great bonus - within walking distance, but also a few private parking spaces to haul stuff over. The opportunity to relax and be together will be one that we cherish for years.

Great Vacation Spot

Beautiful home and well stocked with all your beach and entertainment needs. Plenty of room for everyone to gather or be alone as needed. The beach is only a short walk but private parking is also provided at the beach entrance. We would recommend this spot to anyone looking to unwind and enjoy time with their family and friends.

Upscale yet Family Friendly Kure Beach Home

Our family had a fantastic week at Lala'sPalooza. We filled up the house with our kiddos and grandparents and had plenty of room to spread out. The owners have supplied everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach; the kids LOVED the array of sand toys! While the house is not right on the beach, it is an easy 5 minutes to surf and sand. The house itself had comfortable beds with soft sheets, I think I slept better there than I do at home! This house is extremely well maintained and clean, the owners definitely take pride in their home and it shows. We will definitely stay again the next time we head to Kure Beach!

Awesome Beach Vacation!!

We had am awesome beach vacation with family and grandkids! The house was beautiful and loaded with great surprises! We have rented beach houses all over and this one was the best! You don't have to bring anything but clothes they have it all beach chairs, toys, movies, games, media room (which my grandkids loved!) full kitchen loaded, grill, bikes, ping pong table, great views on crow's nest. It was a great vacation. We will definitely go back. Owners are very nice and accommodating as well. LOVED IT!!!!!

We are a family of professionals who LOVE the beach and believe Kure Beach is an incredible gem of North Carolina's coast. One day, we hope to retire to LalasPalooza!

We love that our home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac across from a large, open, peaceful pond. Plus, the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Prefer to drive? Our community has a private beachfront parking lot, with a bonus of a restroom, rinse area and gazebo. Especially helpful for visits with children!

That pond is ANOTHER bonus we didn't even realize until we spent our first weekend rocking on the front porch: Turtles sun themselves on the banks. Children often fish. Herons and Egrets stand in the shallow water. Families of ducks waddle around and swim. Sometimes, you will even see fox and deer walking near.
