Genießen Sie die spektakuläre direkten Eigentumswohnung am Meer vom Balkon auf Hilton Head Island! Es ist renoviert und mit neuen Möbeln aktualisiert. Wir haben Management-Service vor Ort.

Unsere Ein-Zimmer-Dachgeschoss Villa am Meer liegt im Ocean Dunes Gemeinschaft. Die Wohnung gehören eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatte, Unterbauspüle, weißen Shaker-Stil Küchenschränke, Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine, Herd und Spülmaschine.

Pocket-Türen öffnen, um das Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer wurde renoviert; hat ein Queen-Size-Bett, Kommode sowie einen Schrank für alle Ihre Sachen, separate neue A / C-Einheit, Deckenventilator und Jalousien für die Privatsphäre.

Die Wohn / Esszimmer-Kombination hat auch eine neue A / C-Einheit mit einem Queen-Size-Schlafsofa, Esstisch mit Stühlen sowie Hocker für zusätzliche sitzen, 32 "Flachbild-TV mit integriertem DVD-Player, Kabel und WIFI.

Das Badezimmer wurde mit einem neuen Waschtisch, einer neuen Toilette, einem Schrank für Toilettenartikel und Kohler Zubehör umgestaltet.

Unsere neue Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu fünf mit einem Queen-Size-Bett im Schlafzimmer, ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer und auch ein Etagenbett im Flur zwischen Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer.

Zu den Einrichtungen gehören Pool am Meer, Babybecken, Aufzug für einfachen Zugang, Waschküche, und BBQ Grills. Ebenfalls erhältlich ist die beheizten Innenpool und ein Fitnesscenter im Club des Spielers befindet.

Ocean Dunes Gemeinde befindet sich im Herzen von Hilton Head Island. Es ist eine kurze Strecke von Coligny Plaza mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants, Minigolfanlage und einen Wasserpark.

Top Notch

Our unit at Ocean Dunes suited us perfectly. Clean and comfortable - always a priority. Location, mid-island is perfect. We love to bike and this location allows us to reach just about any chosen destination without getting in the car. Excellent ocean view from the fourth floor with comfortable rocking chairs on the balcony. Kitchen is generously stocked, as are linens. Communication with owner was easy and timely. Loved our stay and plan to return. Absolutely no complaints.

Description of property not accurate

We were trying to find a place with a hot tub. This listing said it had a hot tub, but when we checked in he said it did not have a hot tub. He ask were we saw that it had a hot tub listed, so I went back to find it and he had taken it down. My husband and I both saw it. Did not like the dishonesty about him. We ended up staying though because it was already late.

Beach Beauty

We were thrilled with this cute small 1 bed 1 bath for the 2 of us. It was perfect for us we could make breakfast in unit shower and sleep all we needed then out ALL DAY at Pool or Beach right there. Worked out Wonderful for us and Owner Jenny was fantastic to work with. So honest; helpful and prompt in responding to all my crazy concerns!!!! Hope to come back again next year to stay here.

Beautiful! Will be going back as often as I can!!

This villa is the perfect place for 1-3 people. Everything you need is there but the view, pool, beach, etc is the reason to be there. Much more affordable than the larger properties surrounding with the same view and access to beach! Owner is great with communication! Coin laundry right outside the door is convenient and not taking up space in the unit!

My wife and I loved the condo! Amazing view on the beach and the pool was great to relax at. The location is walking/biking distance from shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

A fantastic getaway!

We have stayed in Hilton Head several times over the past 3 years for tennis tournaments. This was our favorite condo we have stayed in so far. The layout made it seem much roomier and it had everything we could need. The view is outstanding, the pool was wonderful and proximity to the beach was perfect. Thank you!

Great Stay!

Pros: Condo was a perfect size for two people. Two adults and one kid would have plenty of room also. It was small but well organized and didn’t feel crowded. The location was great! Easy to get to pool and beach. The pool was really close to the beach and there were bathrooms near the beach. It would have been nice to have a shower at the bathrooms, but there was only a foot wash. The beach view from the condo was great. It was easy to get bikes to the bike path and to the beach. We used the beach access between our condo and the Hilton for the bikes so we could wash the bikes with the hose there. We rode our bikes to eat and to the store so we didn’t even need to get in the car. It was clean and well stocked for our needs. We didn’t cook much. Cons: though the area was very quiet, the condo is not very noise proof. If you like to go to bed early or sleep in, I would suggest a sound machine. Also, it would be nice to have curtains instead of just blinds in the bedroom. The bedroom window seams bright from the hallway light. The bed isn’t soft but isn’t terrible, and the water pressure isn’t great. However, none of the cons are deal breakers, and I would definitely rent this condo again. It was good deal for the price.

Just What We Needed

We were looking for a brief and relatively inexpensive stay on the beach where we would have an ocean view and this is it! Breakfast and lunch could be prepared in the condo and then out to dinner at the many fantastic restaurants along the water! The condo is not large or fancy and upgrades are needed such as central air (as opposed to the current 2 units, one of which interferes with the sound of the ocean) and a code for the door instead of keys, but that’s true for the entire building. We absolutely loved our stay!

Nope.

Pros: Excellent communication, easy check-in/out, decent view of the pool and ocean, some amenities provided like pool noodles, books, and toiletries. Conveniently located near the elevator. Cons: Uncomfortable bed and sofa, lack of comfortable seating, tiny hallway "bed" uncomfortable with two air conditioners in bedroom and living room (so the hallway was hot and miserable), long (long!) walk to the beach and pool, poor water pressure in the shower, parking and traffic issues, noisy bedroom due to elevator and laundry room, crowded surroundings, not the relaxing vacation expected. Overall, a disappointing experience, not recommended unless you enjoy an overly active and crowded environment. Zero relaxation.

Great beach getaway

The villa was a great location. Enjoyed the view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. I was on crutches during the trip, and the facility made it easy with elevator access and luggage carts available.

Honeymoon trip

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights for our honeymoon and had a great time! Check in was easy and right across the street from the condo. Condo itself was clean and had everything we needed along with a starter of shampoo/conditioner as well as dish liquid. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The beach chairs were an added bonus. Beach walkway was nice with no stairs which made it easy to take our beach wagon down to the beach. Would stay here again!

Memorial Day weekend trip

Good location near the Coligny Bay area stores, restaurants, etc. Porch had nice direct view of the ocean and occasional deer wondering thru the bushes. Very clean room with a well stocked kitchen (utensils) and dishwasher (nice).

Nice experience in a great location

The property is in a very nice location and is well equipped for a nice stay. The beach is easy to get to and the view is beautiful! Nice pool that was never crowded. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job, especially on high touch areas like refrigerator door and door knobs. The bathroom seemed clean but smelled musty. I think the crew needs to be more thorough. Over all I still recommend.
