2 Bett 2. 5 Bad 3-stöckige Wohnung wunderschön eingerichtet !!! Das Hotel liegt zwischen dem Strand und dem Kongresszentrum. 1. Stock Wohnzimmer, Küche und 1/2 Bad. 2. Stock Wäsche, Schlafzimmer mit Vollbad. Kingsize-Bett und eine Reihe von Etagenbetten, die oben und unten doppelt sind. 3. Stock Schlafzimmer hat ein Vollbad, Doppelbett und einen Balkon. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist eine der besten Aussichten auf das Feuerwerk, das hier am Meer alle zwei Wochen stattfindet. Bettwäsche wird gestellt. Eigentümer ist ein lizenzierter Immobilienmakler im Bundesstaat Virginia.

Amazing house

I came down with a friend and our daughters for their gymnastics competition and this house was perfect for us! Super clean and it had everything we could have needed. And the location was perfect as well! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

Super cozy and clean! Within walking distnance of food and drink. Everything you need is stocked for you in the condo. Beds were very comfortable. An enjoyable stay to be sure!

Exceeded Expectations

Such a beautiful and comfy place to stay and so accommodating to our two little dogs too. We couldn't get the coffee pot to work and I let Mitzi know and she was there within minutes to resolve the issue (on Christmas Eve nonetheless!!) And we cant forget the sweet lady next door who made us Christmas cookies and brought gifts for all of us, including our dogs! Such a great experience. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Great location, clean & pet friendly

Great pet friendly rental. Lots of room for dog cage and pet beds. Dogs did not go nuts sniffing every surface when we entered which shows that it didn’t just look clean, it was . We didn’t use the second floor bedroom but the top floor was comfy and the balcony was plenty big enough for us and the two dogs. We had great walks to the farmers market, coffee shops, beach, lake and commune daily..

Winny's Beach House

Home located in the Vibe Section of Virginia Beach, VA. Nice layout, on site parking, well appointed, a ton of towels, wash clothes, blankets, dishes, cups, silverware etc. located within three blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Timely and effective communication from our Host. A fantastic get away and peaceful time.

Excellent stay!

My husband and I stayed with our pup at Mitzi and Ken’s for our annual trip for Neptune Festival. The condo is exactly as listed. Mitzi goes the extra mile having some snacks and coffee already stocked. The neighbor even gave our pup the cutest little bag of Halloween treats. This location was perfect for a stay at the festival while having some low key quiet time you don’t get ocean front; while still being close enough to enjoy a walk to the beach or any of the local business in the Vibe district. Mitzi even reached out when we got the downpours from Helene to check in and notify us of where extra old towels were and rugs in case we needed them knowing we had our dog. As far as folks disliking the checkout instructions that part wasn’t even difficult and should be considered a common courtesy after all the effort Mitzi puts in for her guests. We already looked to see if we could stay here for our boardwalk lights trip we do every year and were disappointed it’d already been booked. We will def be back for Neptune next year as long as the condo is available, thanks to the great experience and attentiveness of Mitzi. We’ve finally found our preferred rental going forward. If you’re questioning if you should stay here don’t, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Super clean! Conveniently located! Pet friendly!

The condo is a great find! Super clean, convenient location and excellent instructions / communication from Mitzi and Ken, the owners. They’ve thought of everything! The contemporary decor is nice. Our family stayed with our two Labrador Retrievers. We appreciate that the unit was dog-friendly. The dogs enjoyed sitting on the balcony with us while we had our morning coffee. Easy walking distance to the Boardwalk and close to restaurants. We would definitely stay again when we visit Virginia Beach. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As advertised

When I read the reviews before booking, I thought they might be filtering just on the good reviews. I was very happily surprised to experience everything in the reviews are absolutely true! The location is great just a three block walk to the beach. The house itself is beautiful, very very clean. I really loved the decor all the way through the home which was consistent and modern. The house is filled with all new appliances. There were multiple outlets and USB charging ports. I felt the price was very appropriate for the amount of room, being pet friendly and the location. I am completely satisfied. Oh, and all the reviews about Mitzi being great are also absolutely true. The family had a great time and loved the house including our dog.

Great for people & pups!🐕

We rented this condo to be close to the beach and good joints. Our pups were welcome in the condo and on the beach. They enjoyed their stay and went with us to restaurants and “ watering holes” and were welcomed by all The condo was well equipped and organized as well as very clean. Great Stay!

In town to visit family, had a great stay at this condo! Location was as advertised, close to the beach, also across the street from an excellent brewery. Excellent communication with the owner made checkin and checkout very simple. Mitz thought of everything, place is very well stocked with anything you'll need to enjoy your stay.

Great location and amenities. Very well stocked and the little things that the owner does make it a big difference compared to many. Especailly the Oreo cookies, fruit basket, and extra items throughout the home. I will reserve again.

The house was just as listed, descripted, and pictured!! My kids loved having bunk beds, (and prevented some sibling rivalry from traditional hotel style!) The owner was fabulous and helped us with whatever we needed!! Easy walk to the beach even with kids! Def would stay again!!

Excellent Accommodations and Nice Location

My wife and I chose this property because of the location to the Sports Center to watch my Grandson's National Wrestling Tournament. Both my wife and I were very impressed with the way the property unit was decorated and made us feel at home, not to mention the cleanliness and complete modern kitchen to prepare meals in. The fruit and snacks were an added touch that was appreciated. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of renting this property. Location to restaurants and the Beach and Fishing Pier are all within walking distance. The Vibe district has many unique shops and places to dine. Thank You Mitzi for such a wonderful stay.

Absolutely Wonderful

This was a perfect Condo for our Family. Mitzi is incredible host. If there is anything she will get whatever you need! The Condo is so clean has literally everything you need and more! We loved the short walk to the beach! Nice Safe Neighborhood to stay in!! We will definitely be booking again soon!!

WE DECIDED TO TURN IT INTO A SEASONAL RENTAL BECAUSE WE WANTED TO SHARE IT WITH PEOPLE THAT APPRECIATE FUN, ARTSY LIFESTYLES, JUST LIKE WE DO. THIS CONDO IS IN THE NEW "VIRGINIA BEACH VIBE" DISTRICT. SWEET LITTLE SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, AND BUSINESSES OF ALL SORTS (SURF SHOPS, COFFEE SHOPS,ETC...) ARE POPPING UP EVERYWHERE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. WE COULDN'T BE MORE EXCITED! WE HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE SEASONAL RENTAL BUSINESS, AND TAKE A LOT OF PRIDE IN PROVIDING ANY AND EVERYTHING THAT WE BELIEVE A GUEST WOULD NEED TO ENJOY THEIR VACATION.
