Unsere 2 Schlafzimmer - 2 Bad Wohnung ist nur über die Straße von zwei der besten Strände Maui Südküste (Charley Young und Kamaole 1). Der Charley Young Strand hat fantastische vulkanische Felsformationen, und es gibt Toiletten und Rettungsschwimmer nur am Strand von Kamaole 1 stationiert.

Die Brandung ist meist sanft und perfekt zum Schwimmen, Paddeln, Kajakfahren, Schnorcheln, Walbeobachtung (in der Saison) und bewundern Sie die spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge.

Entspannen Sie in einem Liegestuhl und erfrischen Sie sich in unserem beheizten Süßwasserpool. dann entspannen Sie im Whirlpool. Werfen Sie ein Steak oder ein paar Burger auf den Grill und genießen Sie Mittag- oder Abendessen am Pool. Besser geht es nicht!

Unsere Wohnung könnte nicht günstiger gelegen sein ... .. Es ist direkt in der Mitte von South Kihei bei Pacific Shores, eine gepflegte Wohnung Komplex, mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften für alle Budgets in fußläufiger Entfernung. Golf, Tennis und gehobene Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Wailea in zehn Autominuten erreichbar.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Gebäude A und ist eine Endeinheit mit Treppen oder Aufzug.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einem Queen-Bett in beiden Schlafzimmern und Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer.
Smart-TV im Wohnzimmer mit Netflix-Zugang und Flachbild-TVs in beiden Schlafzimmern. Kostenloses WLAN und weite Entfernung nach USA, Kanada, Hongkong und China.

Klimaanlage mit insgesamt 4 Deckenventilatoren, um Sie cool zu halten!


Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein komplettes Bad mit einer begehbaren Dusche.

Das Hauptbadezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination.

Unsere Wohnung ist ideal für 1-2 Paare oder eine Familie bis zu 6 Personen. Unser Komplex ist eine reizvolle Mischung aus Maui und Touristen aus der ganzen Welt, die Sie bei Sonnenuntergang am Strand und am Pool und Jacuzzi kennenlernen können.

Unsere Hausordnung verlangt "ruhige Zeit" von 22.00 - 08.00 Uhr. Der Pool ist während dieser Zeit geschlossen und die meisten von uns lassen sich zu Hause in einen Film ein oder ziehen sich früh zurück. Dies ist nicht der Ort für regelmäßige Late-Night-Partys.

Great accommodations

Very clean and comfortable unit and so close to the beach. We really appreciated having beach towels, chairs, boards, snorkel gear and a cooler available for our use. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and having two full bathrooms was a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We came with family and friends to renew our vows. The location of this condo was perfect. It took us about 5 min to get to the beach and 6 min to a lovely shopping area with bakeries, home made ice cream/gelato stores, and other stores. The condo was a good size for 6 people. Many extras came with it such as beach chairs, boogie boards, and towels. The kitchen is a bit small for how many the house holds, and hard to maneuver, with very little counter space, but other than that, it was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. We are so thankful to have found this place.

Great stay

We had a great time, enjoyed how much was within walking distance. Also, not too far from the airport, great central location. Really appreciated the beach items available for us to use. The AC was only available in the main living area, but with the fans provided we were able to circulate the air into the rooms.

Comfortable, clean and welcoming!

My family of 5 loved our stay here. It had a very welcoming feeling right when we walked in. There were so many little things already provided that we didn't need to go shopping right away (except for food). The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked! They thought of all the little details that most places don't bother equipping you with. The location is on point! We were able to walk to many places, like the beach and the shops. We felt very at home and the host was great!!

It has everything

This condo has everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. The kitchen was stocked with just the right amount supplies. We made several meals in it. The beds were comfortable and the living room large enough for our family of five to hang out and play games. We also loved the location of the unit! Although it’s definitely within walking distance to the beach we usually drove. Kihei was a great place to stay with lots of fun food options and beaches and activities.

Awesome Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Craig & Tammy’s condo! The location was perfect! So close to the beach and walkable to restaurants and shops! We spent every day at the beach and had everything we needed from beach chairs to boogie boards. The kitchen was great and we enjoyed cooking some meals at home. Thank you Craig & Tammy! We had a great stay! Well stocked condo, comfortable furnishings, close to many restaurants, shopping, beaches. Owners were very communicative and accommodating. Make sure to checkout Maui Happy Hours app while you are there, great summary of all the local happy hour specials (and we ended up meeting the folks that run the group one evening at What Ales You)! Definitely checkout Three's, Lava Rock, Paia Fish Market, Kihei Cafe and you must visit Maui Brewing Company's beautiful restaurant on Lipoa!

Great condo!

Condo was a perfect size for our family! Kitchen had essentials to cook. Plenty of beach toys and accessories to use (towels, boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas etc). Convenient location on second floor and parkinf soace was close as well. Easy to walk and access beaches from the property. Everything is as in working order and owners were great to work with!

Perfect For Our Stay!

This property worked perfect for our stay. We were a group of two couples. Each couple had their own bathroom. The unit was well equipped. We especially liked the beach chairs and boogie boards that were there for us to use on the beautiful Charley Young Beach. Don't plan to use the deck. While there is a table and chairs, there isn't enough room for it to be usable; especially when the air conditioner is running and making half of it wet. The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach, a little longer to the grocery store, and just a few blocks to an ABC store. There were usually a couple of food trucks on Alanui Ke'ali'i. The food at both was very good.

Maui stay

It was perfect for us, a family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Two bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a pull out couch. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. As eating out each meal gets expensive, it was wonderful to have the kitchen to be able to cook breakfasts, keep a stock of snacks and make some lunches and dinners too. Having the washer and dryer, we didn’t have to pack as many clothes. Well stocked with nice towels as well as beach towels, chairs, sand toys, noodles, boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment. Some board games too, which the kids actually enjoyed. It’s a good central location in Kihei, it was a good location for home base as we set out on daily excursions. Right across the street, walking distance to Charley Young beach. Walking distance to Kihei Caffe. I highly recommend staying here, I would stay again.

Pacific Shores vacation

Thanks to Craig and Tammy for renting their condo to us for two weeks in February. Everything set out in the VRBO description of the location was exactly as described and the condition of the condo on entry was great. We had no problems with check-in and we always received prompt responses and assistance when we had any questions iin advance and during our vacation. The condo is perfectly placed facing inside a walkway near an adjacent building, away from the highway and some construction on the other side of the building. It was very quiet during the day and night. For us a significant advantage was its close vicinity to the beach which was in our estimation the best family beach on the Island. With its two comfortable bedrooms and bath facilities in both rooms, this is a great condo for families who are planning their stay in Maui and more specifically Kihei.

GREAT location

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. It was so spacious for the 4 of us.. Walking distance across the street to the beach was so close and oh my gosh the speech is now my favorite on the island and I have been to many over the years. The sand is like walking on cotton or something it is perfect sand and the views are stunning with views of the West side of maui along with 2 different islands, Close to rocks but not too close where they are in the way for playing in the water, And lots of beautiful Palm trees nearby just make a stunning setting. The owners did a tremendous job of making sure we had what we needed here and we were grateful for that and had so much fun playing on the boogie boards and even using some of their snorkeling gear. The sand toys were a special touch For my youngest... And even as older ones if I have to admit :) We used the cooler every day. It was amazing being able to use the washer and dryer after getting everything wet after a day at the beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals and save a little bit of money. I wish we didn't have to leave.
