Schöne 1 BR Condo am Golfplatz in Sandpiper Cove Resort.
Diese Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss bietet Platz für 4-5 Personen und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Condo ist 175-200 yds. In den Privatstrand und 25 yds. zu einem der 5 Pools des Resorts. Kostenlose Par 3 Golf für alle Mieter. Tolle Lage im Herzen von Destin und der schönen Smaragd Strände der Golfküste. Zwei Fernseher (einer im Schlafzimmer), Videorecorder, Stereoanlage, alle Handtücher und Bettwäsche versorgt. (Condo hat ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett im BR und ein großes L-förmiges Sofa im Fernsehraum).

* Im Juni und Juli vermieten wir nur wochenweise von Samstag bis Samstag.

* Leider hat unser Komplex im Herbst 2015 eine neue Verordnung erlassen, die vorsieht, dass unsere Mieter mindestens eine Person in der Gruppe mindestens 25 Jahre alt sind. Ich bin kein Fan der neuen Verordnung, denn einige meiner besten Erinnerungen an Destin sind Reisen, die ich mit Freunden unternommen habe, bevor wir 25 Jahre alt wurden. Ich entschuldige mich für diese neue Anforderung aber die HOA hat es sich zur Regel gemacht. Ich wünschte, wir könnten um es zu bekommen, aber IDs werden jetzt für jüngere Mieter bei Check-in erforderlich. Wenn ein Mitglied der Miete Partei hat im Militär gedient, kann die Altersregelung verzichtet werden.

Awesome Family Vacation

Great family vacation. Washer and dryer was a lifesaver. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided each day from beach service located on the beach. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes from condo but we chose to drive to the parking lot across the street each morning since parking was never a problem which proved to be really convenient. Highly recommend this location.

Great condo in the heart of Destin

The condo was nice and clean. We had plenty of supplies. TV had good instructions to turn on. The main tv had cable and the tv in bedroom is a Ruku with lots of choices. This condo is located at the back of the property. But the walk or drive to beach access is short. The owner was very attentive and checked on us often. And even offered a late check out. Loved our stay. We would stay here again. late check out

Enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this Sandpiper condo. Nice sized livingroom and bedroom. Short walk to the beach. Great to have beach chairs/umbrella included. Kitchen and bathroom need some updating. Overall, it was a good place to stay and we'd stay there again.

A Little Misleading

Enjoyed our stay for the most part, but son had to sleep in closet with a fold out bed. I felt that the description of how many the unit would sleep was somewhat misleading because of this, but maybe I just missed this part. Fortunately my son didn’t mind. Also, the front screen door would not close and several kitchen cabinet doors were almost falling off. We had difficulty getting the living room TV working properly, so we would watch in the bedroom. Otherwise we had a good time in Destin, but we will not be staying in this unit again.

The unit was very nice, spacious and clean. It does need some upgrades, and I wish it were a little closer to the pools and beach but I would recommend it and would definitely stay again. The owner was very prompt and helpful in responding to my emails.

Great beach stay

This was our first visit to Destin, and renting this condo at Sandpiper Cove made our stay great. Condo was clean, quiet, and had pretty much anything our family of 3 needed, including a few pods for laundry and the dishwasher. The property was well maintained and safe/secure. We enjoyed the numerous pools at the complex and were right outside the little golf course. We didn't have time to play pickleball or tennis, but the courts looked like they had been resurfaced not long ago. The beach was about a 5-minute walk through the complex and across the street. The water was beautiful, and the sand was clean! Having the beach chair/umbrella service through the condo was awesome so we weren't lugging chairs every day. The bathroom and showers at the beach entrance were an added bonus. Tons of activities and restaurants were within a 10-minute drive from the condo, and we were even able to see fireworks from the canal bridge one night! All-in-all, this well-priced condo was comfy and in a fantastic location. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Great property, location and host

The room had everything you could possibly need to feel like home and because of that our family had a really great vacation. The beach is roughly a 10 minute walk from the room- which isn’t bad at all. We stayed on one of the hottest weeks of the year though so after walking a few days we decided it was better for us to drive. As long as you drive over before noon you will have a parking spot available. Also the beach chair rentals that come with the property are 100% worth it. We would head to the beach around 8:45-9am to get front row seating, then head back to the room to eat and get ready for the day before heading out to the beach for the whole day. For the golfer of the family- The par 3 golf course is more like a chipping practice course. My husband said the greens were more like fairways and they may have been 50 yards a hole- but honestly he wasn’t too upset about it. The owner was very responsive to any questions that I had before our stay and overall the whole experience here at Daniel’s Sandpiper Cove was amazing.

New Visitors

New visitors to the area, we were happy with this clean and cute location and having the beach right across the road with food and drink available at the Sandtrap Grill was great! We enjoyed our short drive to parking at the beach and having chairs and umbrella available with the rental, so handy when you’ve traveled by air !! We, also, enjoyed entertainment in the area with golfing (including the little 9 hole on the rental site) and dining/music at the harbor.

Perfect home away from home for our family. The condo is nice (needs few updates here and there), all the necessities included, short walk (5-10 minutes) to the beach, nice neighborhood, awesome restaurant on premises, golf course just outside the door, close to attractions. I am a film maker/video producer based out of Atlanta,GA and have 2 rental properties in the Destin area (both located in Sandpiper Cove). I have been vacationing in Destin since I was a child back in 1977 and have seen a lot of changes to Destin over the years. My family and I continue to enjoy our trips to Destin and hope you enjoy it as much as we have thru the years.

We looked all over Destin when deciding to buy a rental property in the area and it all came back to the wonderful feel we had when staying at Sandpiper Cove. The private beach, par 3 golf course placed in between the units and the pools and tennis courts on the grounds made it a warm, family friendly resort in the heart of Destin. Also, the 24 hour security in the complex make Sandpiper Cove a safe haven in the Destin area.

In addition to the wonderful amenities, an onsite restaurant (Louisiana Lagniappe) and marina are two additional features of Sandpiper Cove that renters can benefit from. There is also a boat loading area in the complex for those that may want to bring boats down to the Destin area (you may want to check with the rental office if needing to tie the boat up, as there are a few restrictions there). The location in the heart of Destin is also a huge benefit (Sandpiper Cove is in the town of Destin very close to some of the areas best restaurants and shopping areas and located on the Destin Harbor as well as walking distance to the Gulf.)
