Mit einem eigenen privaten Strandpark haben unsere Gäste einen eigenen privaten Bereich an den berühmten zehn Meilen langen Stränden von Naples. Am Strand gibt es Parkplätze, Duschen und Picknickplätze. *
Und dann ist da noch das Zuhause. Das Moorings ist eines der exklusivsten Viertel Neapels und dieses Haus spiegelt mehr als nur dieses Ambiente wider. Dieses Haus ist in kühlen, modernen Schwarz-Weiß-Tönen gehalten und bietet jeden Luxus, den Sie benötigen, um Ihren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu machen. Der modernen Atmosphäre entsprechend, sind die Fußböden weiß gefliest, und große Schiebetüren führen von allen geräumigen Haupträumen (und zwei der Schlafzimmer) zum Poolbereich. Das große Familienzimmer mit großem TV-Bildschirm bietet Familienmitgliedern verschiedene Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung. Der formelle Speisesaal trägt zur eleganten Atmosphäre bei.
Wenn Sie jedoch im Freien speisen möchten, finden Sie in der Umgebung des großen beheizten Pools eine gut eingerichtete Veranda. Eine reife Vegetation und ein Sichtschutz sorgen für ruhige, private Tage im
Sonne.
* Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Strandpark in der Regel nur für Aufenthalte von 30 oder mehr Nächten verfügbar ist. Für kürzere Aufenthalte ist der ausgezeichnete Lowdermilk Park nur eine Meile entfernt. Und es gibt auch andere ausgezeichnete Strandzugänge in unmittelbarer Nähe unseres Hauses.

Five weeks relaxation

Although the house has patina it served our requirements well! It is close to the beach. There are wonderful walking paths. Shopping and restaurants are close by. The house is well maintained, clean and offers a pool. AC and appliances work. Garage also convenient including beach equipment. Some sliding glass doors were difficult to move.

Location, location, location!

This property is a large and comfortable home in the Moorings, a wonderful location in Naples, as its within walking distance of the beach, downtown (long walk), and Venetian Bay shops. We really enjoyed our time here. Pluses: Very spacious home, plenty of room; nicely equipped kitchen; wonderful screened outdoor pool and lanai; good wifi; huge TV in the family room; comfortable beds and seating all around. Plenty of towels and beach chairs. Owner and property manager very responsive for any questions or issues. Minuses (minor to us, maybe not to you): property is fairly dated; carpets could use cleaning; Bikes in the garage are not for guest use (why not store them or charge to rent?) "Hot tub" in the pool not a hot tub, just a wading pool. Overall, if you are looking for a comfortable home to rent in a great area of Naples, look here. If you want a fully up to date, luxurious property, look elsewhere.

The Moorings Neighborhood in Naples, Florida

Lovely neighborhood with fabulous beach access. Also, extremely convenient for dining and shopping. Appliances could be updated, but overall a very nice home to rent.

This house is nice. The pool is fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet and the area is safe. The house is close to the beach and downtown of Naples. I recommand it for vacations in family. Thanks to Noelle!

Lovely home, great location, fabulous pool! You won’t be disappointed!

We loved vacationing in this house in The Moorings. The location was great. So much fun walking around the neighborhood. Easy bike to the beach. The house had everything you could want, and then some. I would happily recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

Lovely home with character and space.

As a family of four we really enjoyed our experience in this lovely house on the Moorings. We have been visiting Naples for 20 years now and originally stayed at the Edgewater Beach Hotel on the Moorings beach. This started getting quite expensive when our family grew and partners and friends accompanied us. So we rented on the Moorings (Crayton Road) and had access to the beach that we would normlly stay on, it's such a shame that this addition has been taken away from us. We can't get 30 days holiday (yet). We would happily have paid the price to have that luxury. Apart from that it's a lovely area, great for everything from cycling to shopping and eating out or using the kitchen facilities and great dining areas in the house. What more could we ask for ? Excellent house with lots of privacy

We had a terrific stay in Naples in this beautiful and spacious house, which is located in a very nice neighborhood close to beaches, shops and restaurants. The whole process of renting it went very fast and smooth. The house is absolutely wonderful and lovely decorated and very clean. We felt like home from the first second! We didn`t miss anything and enjoyed the property so much, especially the well equipped kitchen, the pool area (water temperature just perfect) and the nice bedrooms. We appreciated very much all the beach items (chairs, umbrellas, boards) we could use as well as the bicycles. Everything absolutely perfect! We did a lot of activities in the area of Naples (visiting different beaches, Jet ski, walking trails in the moor, Segway tour) and time passed much too fast. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to return some day!

Very private and luxurious

Great location...great community, the moorings.

The home had a very nice nice, open living space. The pool area was large, very nice lanai and much time spent enjoying ourselves. Great grill poolside. The home was outfitted with everything that we needed for our month stay. The beach was about 1 1/2 miles from the house. Beach pass comes with the house and sunset evenings were very special. Great time at this home.

What more could you ask for?

We just spent 2 months at this wonderful home. Bright and cheery, outstanding pool area with covered lanai. The neighborhood is great for bike riding. Private beach is close by, a real treat. So nice having all the beach chairs and umbrellas on hand, along with bicycles and pool toys. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect home and the perfect vacation

The home was everything we needed and more. It was perfect for the 5 of us to enjoy time at the house, swim in the beautiful pool, and have a private access to the incredible beach and gulf. We were so grateful for the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and wave boards which we used everyday at the beach. We would not only recommend this home but we hope to come back again next year. Naples is such a great location to enjoy amazing food, shopping, and entertainment. And the neighborhood where this home is located is B-E-A-UTIFUL! :)

Excellent villa and location, quiet, tastefully decorated and well equipped (TV, Wifi, kitchen etc) with easy access and parking for the beach and nearby shops and restaurants.

Stunning Accommodation

This property was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The description given understated the property which was stunning. It was well maintained and very clean.It had a very pleasant garden and the pool was lovely. It was very well situated and was within easy access of restaurants, shops and the beach. We enjoyed eating at the Waterfront Grill in Venetian Bay and also the Cheesecake Factory and the Dock at Crayton Cove. The house gives access to a private beach but we did not take advantage of this facility as the pool was so pleasant. The information suppled by the owner was comprehensive and useful and she was very helpful.We had a wonderful holiday and having stayed in Naples twice previously this is the best property that we have rented. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend and hope to return there myself in the future.
