Diese wunderschöne Eigentumswohnung befindet sich im Apollo Condominium Building
auf der wunderschönen Südseite Marco Island neben exklusiven Cape
Marco, mit direktem Blick auf Crescent Beach Marco und Süden Pass
die Everglades. Condo Besitzer sind lokale Marco Island Bewohner und
Sonder Owner Es wird auf allen Gästen gegeben, um sicherzustellen, die Wohnung ist
in tadellosem Zustand, mit einem "Familien touch". Dies beseitigt die
müssen "aufzuspüren" eine Remote-Besitzer sollten zusätzliche Bedürfnisse
erforderlichenfalls durch unsere Gäste. Unsere Wohnung hat einen überdimensionalen Balkon
Blick auf den Strand, exklusiv nur auf dem Boden dieser Wohnung ist.

Eine wunderschöne Lobby steht Ihnen in der ersten Etage, mit Zugang zu diesen
Wohnung mit dem Aufzug oder eine Treppe. Ein Queensize-Bett im Master-
Schlafzimmer und Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer Platz für vier Personen in
Komfort. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über große Schieberegler, die zu den offenen
Balkon. Unsere Küche ist komplett w / Granitarbeitsplatte & Insel ausgestattet.

Great location!

Loved the location! The unit was clean and well stocked with beach wagon, chairs, coolers and umbrellas. The unit was in good condition, a higher level would have been nice for a better beach view from in the unit/on the porch (the 2nd floor has a solid half wall on the porch, floors above have railings). Great restaurant in the building! The owner of the unit has many rules; traveling w friends renting from other owners, their process was more relaxed. Overall, a great stay for the week, in love w Marco Island, just beautiful!

Nice Marco Island Stay

Clean well kept condo on the beach. Property owner was easy to work with and everything went off without a hitch. Definately would stay here again.

Perfect for A Pair!

This condo is small and perfect for a couple. The well-appointed kitchen is great for those who prefer to prepare their own meals. The location is also great for those who prefer to dine out. The view from the balcony is unmatched!

Gorgeous location, terrible experience

The condo is exactly as described. It needs some updating. Take your own cookware. The handle is broke on the skillet. And only has a couple skillets and 2 big pots. No blender to make drinks. It is just a few steps to the beach. View was amazing. Beach is clean and pristine and dolphins were swimming just a few feet off the beach. The check in and out is easy. It is $25 to park then a $75 hold for a tag to enter in and out without having to get a ticket validated each time. There is beach chairs and stuff but it is rusty. Would advise to take your own. If it breaks your responsible to replace it. The condo staff was great until they saw my husband was black. Then the whole demeanor changed. They knocked on the door and he answered. He told her to wait and he would get me, she ran. Then left a note on the door that they registered us under another name instead of knocking on the door speaking to us, they left notes. Do not set anything down outside your door even for a second. We got called about that. The other owners were racist with my husband, he would ask how they were doing and they wouldn’t speak. Then we go to do laundry low and behold there is a bag of weed laying on the dryer. The only black man on the floor and someone leaves a bag of weed on the dryer, kind of felt like a setup. Had to get the Hispanic clerk to come get the weed so we didn’t get blamed for that. But if your white, this will be a great experience. Then the owner instructed me to strip the bed and place in the clothes basket. Did exactly as instructed and then I got an ugly text saying I overfilled the clothes basket. We were expected to put queen size bedding into a small clothes basket without it overfilling. He then accused me of using the sheets to lay on the beach. There’s only 1 set of sheets, so i apparently took them to the beach and rolled around in the sand then brought them up and slept on them on the bed all without getting a speck of sand in the condo. He told me I disrespected his property. We swept cleaned and mopped the condo and even fixed the slow drain in the bathroom sink before we left. We left it better than we found it. I asked him if there was any damage and he couldn’t tell me of any damage. The only issue was I overfilled the clothes basket with the bedding he instructed me to put in it. I’ll admit I got pretty mad about being accused of taking his bedding to the beach and was not nice. We video the arrival and departure. It saved us.

Beautiful Condo and View

Clean, comfortable and right on South Beach!

Love this location, right on South Beach and a great restaurant, Sunset Grille in the building! This unit has a huge lanai, fantastic beach view and gorgeous sunsets every night if my stay. Furniture is comfortable and unit was very clean.

Love Marco Island

Another great trip to Marco. Rental unit was clean and included necessary amenities such as beach chair, towels and umbrella. Joe was responded in a timely manner to any question that we had.

Just what I needed🌴

The unit was actually nicer in person. The location was perfect as far as view and accessibility. I had not been to Marco Island in 20 years (my first beach experience), and had forgotten how amazing it is, although I inadvertently judge any other beach by it's standards😁. There were pods of dolphins everyday at all times of the day. There were jellyfish, starfish, huge shells, and gorgeous weather galore. Having Sunset Grill on site added so much convenience, their food & drinks were Amazing! This visit will get me through this long Indiana Covid winter. Joe was a great host, I will definitely return.

Perfect Spot

Balcony & view are amazing. 2nd floor was new for me (usually higher) but proved to be ideal and super convenient for getting down to beach, pool, lobby,car, etc. Joe is a kind and highly attentive caretaker and does not miss a detail.

Beautiful views from balcony but so so on accommodations

Owner was very friendly, but the Accommodations are VERY outdated! You sink into the sofa and chair. Very uncomfortable. Queen size mattress is very cheap and crunchy (reminds me of a youth mattress). Sheets, pillowcases are very dated. Kitchenette is pretty well stocked. Needs new cookware (only skillet doesn’t have a handle). No beach towels and limited beach chairs (no cooler). BUT the shower is awesome. Dark but very powerful. We’ve stayed in other condos at the Apollo, but this one, unfortunately, was sub-par. Really disappointed in the Apollo. We’ve stayed there in the past and thoroughly enjoyed it. This year was under newer management and was not impressed. Not very friendly or personable. We were also told No alcoholic beverages from either Sunset Grille or BYOB (even in plastic cups) at the pool ... In the manager’s words, if you violate rules, you are Trespassing. We’re not even big drinkers, retirement age, and far from our partying days ... but we were on vacation and thought that “policy” was pretty strict. Just didn’t get a good vibe from the staff at all. In the future, we won’t be staying at The Apollo. Too many other options along the beach.

Perfect Ocean view from the balcony!

We definitely enjoyed our time at the Apollo condo's and had a fantastic time at the beach. Marco Island is very classy and a wonderful place to visit. Our only complaint was the key system in the condo. You have to use a metal key to unlock the elevators, to get into the building, to get to the pool are, to the gym, etc. It is very cumbersome and annoying when you're carrying all your beach stuff. If the condo could switch over to key fobs it would be immensely better than the old-fashioned keys. Also, there's a restaurant under the condo so a lot of people going in and out from the public, but it didn't bother us at all. Overall, it was a great vacation and we will definitely come back again.

Great week at Joe's place

Condo is right on the beach and affords outstanding sunset views over the Gulf. We were concerned that there might be noise from the restaurant below the unit, but it wasn't an issue at all. Lots of beach activity right in front of the unit. Complex is older but well maintained. Could not have been happier. Joe lives nearby and makes sure that everything is in order. Great communications. We hope to be back.

Amazing view on a beautiful island

Apollo condominiums is a great location to stay on Marco Island. The lobby is very welcoming and management staff friendly and very helpful. It’s very close to the beach and only a 15 minute walk to a local square with a variety of restaurants. The apartment has a beautiful view of the beach and sea, often seeing dolphins swimming by at various points of the day. The apartment is in need of some redecoration and seemed as though it hadn’t been used for a while but it served our needs. We made use of local attractions and enjoyed the convenience of Sunset Grille, the bar/restaurant at the base of Apollo condos. They have friendly staff and a varied menu whilst enjoying the amazing sunset views.

Most relaxing vacation ever!

Although the building is older, it has everything you need for a great vacation. Close to the south end of Marco Island makes this a beautiful and quiet beach location. The condo unit offers beach chairs and plenty of towels. The owner of the condo was great to work with. Due to the red tide in the Ft Myers area (where we were originally planning to stay) we had to make last minute lodging changes. Joe worked with us in our time of distress and we will forever be grateful for his willingness to accommodate us.

Beachfront Heaven!!!

Great Unit with all amenities needed. BEAUTIFUL Large Patio looking out to beach. Very comfortable and cozy!! Apollo is an amazing place to stay- I will not stay anywhere else. Joe was great to work with and is just a phone call away if you need anything. AS ALWAYS great relaxing vacation!!! Thankyou Joe!

Wonderful time with a wonderful view!

This was exactly as everything states on the description. Immaculate condo with everything you would need. Beach chairs and umbrella got a lot of use!! We were at the beach every day and it was wonderful! Joe was the best, there to explain everything from beginning to the end! Felt very secure in the building and never heard a peep out of the restaurant right below us! Great location and can't wait to book this place again!! Thanks so much Joe
