Strandtücher und Spielzeug sind für Ihren Genuss enthalten. In der Küche gibt es Grundnahrungsmittel wie Salz, Pfeffer, Speiseöl, beliebte Gewürze und Kaffeefilter. Gerne können Sie im Lebensmittelgeschäft der Insel einkaufen, um Ihre Familienfavoriten zu machen, während Sie hier sind. Zu den Haushaltsgeräten gehören eine Mikrowelle, eine Kaffeemaschine, ein Toaster und ein Handmixer.

Ich habe einige Spiele für Ihren Genuss, wenn Sie einfach den Strand verlassen und hereinkommen müssen. Es gibt auch einige Bücher, die Sie gerne mit zum Strand nehmen können. Es gibt eine kleine Bibliothek auf der Insel, wenn Sie nicht finden, was Sie in meiner kleinen Sammlung mögen. Es gibt einen DVD-Player und Kabel-TV.

Entspannen Sie auf dem Balkon im zweiten Stock mit Blick auf den Sportpool und den Strand. Hat Parkplätze unter dem Gebäude, vor dem Gebäude und Überlauf über die Straße. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl.

Bei der Reservierung ist eine erstattbare Kaution in Höhe von 450 USD zu hinterlegen. Haustiere sind gegen eine Gebühr von 150 USD zur Deckung der zusätzlichen Reinigung willkommen (einige Menschen sind allergisch - wir müssen alle Spuren nach Ihrem Besuch löschen). Little piece of Padre Island Paradise

This stay was amazing. From the communication with the host to the beautiful sunrise view, there isn’t a single complaint we have. It was clean and the pictures are an accurate depiction of the unit. The access to the pool and beach was our favorite feature. We’ve stayed on the island before but this is a true gem, we look forward to getting the opportunity to stay here again!

Great beach view

This was a nice condo for the two of us and our small dog. I loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Parking and access to the unit was easy. It was a bit noisy early evening on Saturday (Labor Day weekend) but otherwise very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.

Good location ok stay

This was a great little place right on the beach. I would not stay here with more than 3-4 people. Kitchen was clean and had things you need. Right next to beach. Con: the bed sinks in the middle so you are always rolling center. The futon is hard as are all chairs. Really no where comfortable to sit or sleep in the place. Other than that everything as expected.

My Granddaughter and I stayed a week at this condo in August and it was just lovely. It was small but very cute and cozy. We had ocean front views and had easy access to the beach. The owner Lori was very nice and kept in contact with me if I had any questions. I would recommend this condo.

A Great Getaway

This property sits right on the beach, and just over the pool. It was close to the elevator, and there are carts to help transport items from the vehicle. Being pet friendly we were weary, but it was super clean! Our dogs loved it too, even the balcony. Paula has thought of do much,, including beach chairs, umbrellas,, and towels. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Awesome beachfront stay!

We've been coming to S Padre for 30+ years and have stayed at so many different places. We don’t often stay in condos and can rarely find beachfront options because have a furry kid (dog more than 20lbs.) Lori’s place was a gem! Worth the extra to not have to lug our stuff and check tide charts. We are now spoiled because it was SO convenient. AC was nice and cool, good insulation of the sliding glass doors, too. Shower water was hot and we never had issues with timing. WiFi was crazy fast. The bed was very comfortable. Lori was excellent in her communication and very helpful with questions we had. We will definitely return.

Great location, beautiful view

We had an excellent time at the beach at this condo. It was nice that there were a couple of beach chairs and umbrella to use. You are right on the beach and sitting on the balcony while watching and listening to the waves is so relaxing. The futon in the living room is not very comfortable as a couch but it worked ok. The queen bed is a pillow top mattress and has an additional foam pad on it. This made it too soft for us but that is personal preference. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to make several meals easily. The small pool in the complex was very clean (I even saw a gentleman in the morning running a vacuum in it). This area of the beach is not overly crowded like some of the other sections so there was plenty of space to set up chairs or a canopy. I would definitely book this place again but maybe they’ll replace that futon at some point 😊

GREAT GETAWAY

We had a great time. The location of this condo cannot be beat! Very easy get out to the beach. The beach area for condo is well maintained and clean. The condo is well equipped and clean. We are a family of 3 and we also brought our Labrador with us. The condo was a good size for us, but may feel small to larger families. Only suggestion I would add is to build a ladder from the floor to the top bunk of the bunk beds. My 5 year old loved being up there, but we had to lift her up and down each time. The owner is very welcoming and attentive to any issues that might arise. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking to travel to the SPI area. Tip for future: Bring a lot of quarters. The laundry is coin operated machine and there is not a machine to change out bills on the property.

Holiday Vacation

The condo was great! The oceanview was AMAZING! Had a great time walking by the beach every morning...food for the soul! The condo is great for 2 people. More than that, it could be extremely crowded. I have two observations: 1) the front right burner of the stove doesn't work even. It starts giving a lot of heat but then it diminishes to the minimum and then restarts again. It makes it pretty difficult to cook because of the unevenness of the heat. 2) I don't know how anybody could sleep in the upper bunk bed. It doesn't have a ladder to climb or a barrier to protect if a child could sleep there and could easily fall during the night. But overall, we had a wonderful time and would like to go again!

My husband and I manage the condo for our mother-in-law, who lives in Forth Worth and is 91 years old. She bought the condo more than 20 years ago and painted the mural in the bunkbed area and had the built-in columns and headboard done. She can no longer get to the beach, but we love to come and enjoy her special touches. We plan to spend a lot of time here once we retire, but right now we come as often as we can!

The Florence is all privately owned by individuals. This gives each unit a homey, cozy feel as the people who are renting to you love being here just as much as you do. Depending upon the time of year that you visit, your neighbors may be long-term renters from up north, or families taking their vacation during the summer break. Everyone looks out for one another.

The beach is literally right outside your back door. Walk through the parking garage, open the gate, and your toes are in the sand. It's an awesome place to stay.
