Dies ist eine schöne, ruhige, entspannende Wohnung in einer begehrenswerten, sicheren Wohnanlage am Meer. Diese 2 Schlafzimmer / 1 Badezimmer Wohnung wurde kürzlich renoviert und befindet sich im Diplomat Condominium Complex. Wir sind nur 0,5 Meilen südlich des weltberühmten Ron Jon Surf Shops, einer der besten Lagen in Cocoa Beach. Wir sind nur wenige Gehminuten von so vielen großartigen Restaurants, Parks (auch Hundeparks), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars entfernt. Die Wohnung ist eine zweite Etage Endeinheit, so dass es sehr ruhig macht.

Der Oceanfront Condo-Komplex verfügt über eine private, mit einem Gatter versehene Strandpromenade zum Meer (siehe Foto oben - die Wohnung ist nur wenige Schritte von der Strandpromenade entfernt), ein Gemeinschaftserholungszentrum, Shuffleboard- und Tennisplätze, Wäschemöglichkeiten und einen beheizten Pool mit Clubhaus (siehe Foto oben). Die Gemeinde hat gerade den Bau eines überdachten Picknickplatzes mit einem Holzkohlegrill im Freien abgeschlossen. Wir haben auch eine großartige Aussicht auf alle Raketenstarts vom Strand aus. Die Nacht startet sind fantastisch!

Der Diplomat Condominium Complex befindet sich auf der Meerseite direkt an der A1A, direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite und in fußläufiger Entfernung zu einem Lebensmittelgeschäft (Publix auf der anderen Straßenseite). Sobald Sie ankommen, müssen Sie nicht mehr fahren. In wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Kennedy Space Center. Nur mehr als 30 Minuten von Disney World, Sea World und den Universal Studios entfernt.

Nice

House was perfect for our Christmas getaway. Pool is listed as heated, but was a little chilly (nothing to do with actual condo). Also pool closes at dusk which with being winter made for short swimming time frames. My only complaint was all the outlets seemed loose and the chargers kept falling out.

Good location close to the beach

While this property doesn't have any beach views, it is located on the second floor and is an end unit, so it tends to be quiet. We were there for two weeks and rarely heard our neighbors. Even though it's an older building, the owners had it nicely decorated. The queen bed in the master was very comfortable. The HVAC system is old but still functional. There are only a few ducts in the unit, but you can turn on the fans for additional air movement. The directions on how to access the unit were easy to follow and were sent out ahead of time. The beach is just a short walk away and is a great walking beach!

Condo Stay

The property was just as described in the listing. The condo was clean and well finished. Its location to the beach was less than a football field and the pool and other outside amenities we awesome as well. Liz, who owns the condo, was excellent to deal with throughout the whole process! She answered any questions I had and even went out of her way to make sure our stay was a great experience for my family and me. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Coco Beach area! My family and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

What a wonderful location of thiz cozy condo! Has all essentials and even a little slow cooker which I enjoyed using. 2 min walk to the beach, lots of stores and restaurants walking distance away. Fantastic place to watch rocket launches! We had a fantastic vacation and 2 teens staying with us loved it too!

Great place!

We loved staying here, the condo is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids, clean and exactly like the pictures. The communication with the host was easy and very pleasant, and she was available before and during our stay. The beach was very calm, not too many people which was exactly what we were looking for. Calm place, near everything. We will definitely be coming back!

Great location, quiet corner condo on the 2nd floor

We stayed here in May 2023. The condo had everything we needed and we loved being a short walk to the beach. The location was perfect for our home base. Liz was very responsive. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed our stay very much and would go back!

Great Family Cabin

We loved our stay at Darcy’s cabin. It was very family friendly, with 30+ board games, a media center, lots of space, and a kitchen well-stocked with any appliance you could ever want or hope for to. Ok family meals. Darcy was easily accessible to communicate with during our stay, which included a giant snowstorm.

Cute condo - tired looking property

Perfect spot for us to be located for the Artemis rocket launch. The beach access was safe and directly accessible through the parking lot - very convenient. The pool was wonderful too. The condo bed was comfy and the towels soft. Good appliances too. We enjoyed our stay.

Better than expected!

What a lovely surprise....this 2 bedroom/1 bath was so quiet and clean with really comfortable beds which was perfect for my husband and I who are a retired couple. Located on 2nd floor (no elevator)at the end of the building which is a 2 story building. The gate to the private beach was a very short walk and seemed so private.

Everything was as described. The condo was comfortable, clean and convenient. I wish I would have packed less, this place had everything we needed and more! Beach towels, bath towels, wash cloths, necessities to cook a simple meal, beach chairs & roll out beach lounges, sand toys, books & even movies. Easy beach access through a private gate with well maintained grounds. We enjoyed our stay here and will be back if property is available!

I am a true Floridian, born and raised. I purchased this condo in 2002 as an escape from Orlando. We decided to rent it and share our relaxing get-away with our VRBO friends. It is such a treat to feel the ocean breeze, smell the ocean air and be away from it all on vacation. No worries...We hope you feel the same way after staying at the Diplomat.

The location is perfect. The semi-private beach access is just a few steps away from your front door. The gated beach entry is for Diplomat guests only. After soaking up the sun, its always nice to take a refreshing dip in the pool! The condo is located within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, cold drinks, live music, tiki bar, and parks.
Our unit is in the middle of the beachfront complex. We are located just a few steps away from the beach to the east and the community pool to the west. Google Earth the property for an overview of The Diplomat Complex and Cocoa Beach landmarks. 3150 N. Atlantic Avenue, Cocoa Beach FL 32931.
