Diese Wohnanlage befindet sich in Daytona Beach Shores "das Leben ist besser in den Shores". Wir sind an der letzten Strandrampe am südlichen Ende von Daytona. Wir sind auf der A1A mit einem tollen Meerblick vom vorderen Balkon und vom hinteren Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Intercostal, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. An dieser Rampe haben wir das Beste aus beiden Welten - gemacht DAYTONA FAMOUS, indem man am Strand gen Norden fährt und im Süden eine sichere und kinderfreundliche Familie ohne Antrieb

Sehen Sie den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer aus dem Osten und die Sonne
Einstellung über die inter-Küste Wasserstraße von Westen. Sun Glow
Fishing Pier ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Spaziergang zu den Restaurants und

Dieses Gerät ist voll möbliert, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, dritte Etage. Der Meister hat ein Kingsize-Bett und das zweite Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten, die zusammengeschoben werden können, um einen König zu machen. Ich habe ein Zustellbett in der Einheit, ich kann ein zweites Zustellbett für 6 Gäste arrangieren.
Die Unterkunft ist mit einem Key West-Charme ausgestattet, um Ihren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu machen
Angenehme Erfahrung. Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Blick auf das Meer, wie
sowie das Elternschlafzimmer. Für einen ruhigen, weichen und gemütlichen Nacht
schlafen alle Bettwäsche sind 300 Fadenzahl Satin Bettwäsche. Fliese
Böden, Berber Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer. Das Gerät hat
3 Fernseher & DVD-Player, DVD, Bücher, Zeitschriften für Ihren Genuss.
Das Gerät wird mit allem geliefert, was Sie für einen unterhaltsamen Spaß benötigen
Urlaub, Liegestühle, Handtücher, Boogie Boards, Kühler, Eimer, Sonnenschirme. Wir haben Karten, Brettspiele. Ich habe auch ein Fernglas, um die Delfine, die im Ozean spielen, näher zu betrachten. Ich habe eine andere Einheit in diesem Gebäude, die ein anderes Designthema mit allem Komfort von zu Hause hat. Alle Einheiten verfügen über Gartenmöbeln (Tisch w / 4 Stühle). Sie sind ideal für ein Familientreffen, ich kann Rabatte für mehrere Vermietungen anbieten.
Alles was Sie mitbringen müssen ist Ihre Zahnbürste, hat diese Einheit
alles von A - Z, um zu unterhalten oder einfach nur genießen Sie eine erholsame Zeit auf
der Strand.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Kaution wird zurückerstattet, nachdem
Inspektion der Einheit. Mieter müssen 25 Jahre alt sein, um die Miete zu unterschreiben
Vereinbarung und erklären sich damit einverstanden, alle Regeln und Bestimmungen von
die Condo Association. Beim Check-in im Büro sind Informationen zu Lizenz und Fahrzeugkennzeichen erforderlich.

Amazing condo and property manager

Property Manager explained everything in detail. The condo was clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Pool was quiet and just across the street from the beach. Will stay here again.

Great place to relax at the beach

We enjoyed our stay. Condo is older but well cared for, nice and clean. Beach access is very easy. Closet full of beach items was appreciated. Kitchen is well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Great property, location, and manager

The property manager, JoAnne, was very nice and helpful throughout the whole stay both before and during. The property was nice and clean and provided everything we were expecting. There was some construction on the building going on at the time, which couldn't be helped and was no ones fault but JoAnna made up for it anyway. Very nice of her. I recommend this property.

Amazing place! Plenty of room, spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen. 2 large bedrooms, 2 baths. Pool. Most convenient to access the beach, just cross the street. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a great spot to be!

We loved our stay! The pool was so quiet and clean which was a big plus! We loved being right across the street from the beach! The Condo was clean, and great for what we needed! The beds were ok, but I have an iffy back and brought my mattress topper/foam to make it softer(personal preference). The kitchen had all we needed, and restaurants were so close by as well. We were so close to daytona speedway, as well as the outlets and many great shops down the main strip to the boardwalk! This was our first time to this area. Next time we may try the Ormond area for different but this unit won’t disappoint! Plus the washer/dryer was close to unit and easy to utilize! The views are nice as well! Joanne was super kind and helpful and a great host!

Great week with family!

We loved our stay with Joann! The condo was clean. Check-in was smooth. Communication was prompt and easy. The location is wonderful and the other residents in the building were so sweet and pleasant to talk to. We often had the pool to ourselves and if there were others present, it wasn't overly crowded. The walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes (across the street) and going between the beach and pool was simple (because heaven forbid we stay somewhere for more than an hour...🙄). There were beach towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys available for use in the condo so we didn't have to lug those things from home. We enjoyed our trip and hope to stay with Joann again next year!

The condo made our extended vacation perfect

We took an extended vacation to Daytona Beach and wanted to stay in a condo versus a hotel for that extended period of time. The condo was spacious, clean;, and had everything we needed. We were able to save money by having breakfast and lunch in the condo and it had all the cooking utensils and appliances we needed. It was a quick walk to the beach which was rarely crowded. JoAnn was an amazing host and made check-in and our very easy as well as checked in on us to see if we needed anything. We can’t wait to come back.

Rest and Relaxation

Home Away from home plus the BEACH!! This unit had everything that our family needed. It was nice to not have to worry about packing up our house to make sure we had what we needed to enjoy our vacation. Our girls thoroughly enjoyed having their own space to retreat to, but the living area was spacious and comfortable for all of us to watch movies, play games and read books (all provided by JoAnn). JoAnn also supplied us with the beach necessities. Perfect for our family travelling from Indiana. JoAnn is a very gracious hostess and made herself available to us as needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be looking at our calendar to see when we can possibly come back!!!

Relaxing stay at the beach

Had an excellent stay at JoAnn’s beach condo! Not only was it roomy, it had everything we needed, and you can’t beat having an ocean view! Was so relaxing to stay after being at a music festival all weekend. My friends and I enjoyed the hospitality provided. We hopefully will return to Daytona in the future and plan to stay there again if available.

Favorite beach

Love that this is an area with a smaller two lane street and also located where driving beach and no driving beach meet. Crossing the street to the short beach ramp from this condo building is easy and safe with the means of activating a warning light to alert traffic to stop for pedestrians. The condo building is safe, clean, and well maintained with friendly people. This is our go-to summer stay.

Great condo in Daytona Beach Shores!

My family and I love staying at Ocean Terrace! It's very quiet and safe. This was our first time in this particular unit, and we were very pleased with the "extras" that came with it (beach chairs, toys, dvd's, books, wagon, etc.) Can't wait til our next visit! :)

I Love the beach, easy going. Did I say I love the beach, sun, sand, and the sound of the waves. The decor will put you in the mood for a great summer vacation. The ocean is such a beautiful place . I love walking on the beach. I always feel free from stress when I’m at the beach. The wind, sound of the waves, smell of the salt in the air, the sand in your toes give me such enjoyment. I try to keep my units stocked with all of the things to have a great stay at the beach. You will find my units very clean. I try to keep them updated and make them a comfortable place to enjoy and relax.
