Sie können das Meer von Ihrem Bett hören! Dies ist ein echtes Strandhaus mit Garten, Privatparkplatz und Zugang zum Privatstrand zu einem der am wenigsten besuchten Strände in Südflorida.

Eingezäunter Garten mit privatem Parkplatz für 2 Autos. Frisch renoviert mit zentraler Klimaanlage, voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Geräten (einschließlich Geschirrspüler) und Waschmaschine und Trockner. Deckenventilatoren in allen Räumen. Die Böden sind mit Saltillo-Fliesen ausgelegt und das Badezimmer verfügt über eine große, geflieste ebenerdige Dusche.

Komplett eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer (mit Schlaf-Futon), Essbereich, Schlafzimmer mit neuem Kingsize-Bett und Terrassenmöbeln, Grill und Liegestühlen. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich zwischen Ocean Ridge und Gulfstream in einer einzigartigen und ruhigen Lage direkt am Strand. Wenn Sie einen ruhigen / privaten Strand wünschen, während Sie sich entspannen, ist dies der richtige Ort. Für das Nachtleben und Shopping Delrays Atlantic Ave. ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Zum Pendeln kann die I-95 in Woolbright in 5 Minuten erreicht werden.

Das Haus verfügt über Highspeed-WLAN und AT + Ts Uverse-Kabel mit Hunderten von Kanälen. Es gibt Flachbildfernseher im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer.

Zum Tauchen und Schnorcheln gibt es mehrere Riffe direkt vor der Küste, sodass Sie jedes Wochenende Ihren eigenen Tauchurlaub haben können.

Better than advertised

This cottage is so cozy and quaint. We loved it! Our family of 4 stayed comfortably. The property is immaculate. The outdoor space is fantastic and a little slice of heaven with its calm vibe. Grocery shopping and amenities are a short drive away. The beach is SO close! It's a very short walk away. The owners, Jo and Jay, are also wonderful people. We highly recommend and will be back!

Cozy getaway

Unit was very clean and well-appointed. Bed and pillows were super comfy and the property/neighborhood was very quiet while I was there. There are lots of outdoor spaces for relaxing (small table out front, chairs by the side, and backyard area with tables and loungers). Bathroom is a bit small and has limited counter space, but there is a space with a mirror to do makeup in the bedroom. Great for a solo trip or a couple.

Perfect in Every Way

This Cottage is perfect, Jay and Jo have thought of everything. Pristine clean, charming, location cannot be beat. It was about a minute to the beach. They supply all you need for a fabulous relaxing stay. From beach chairs and bikes to luxurious towels and a great outdoor shower, they have it all right there. We never used the indoor shower although it looks brand new and lovely. Backyard is so pretty for meals and lounging. Laundry was super helpful. We will be back!

Amazing Property

It was a great stay! The house has everything we needed.

I loved that the house had everything we needed for the best day at the beach. My kids enjoyed the snorkeling and the buggy boards, we had so much fun. House is really charming and clean.

From start to finish, an overall excellent experience. If I could give more stars on cleanliness, I would. So close to the beach, they really have thought of everything and in the most adorable "Old Florida" neighborhood. We plan to go back.

Such a great time.

The perfect place to go when you need a get away. The house was clean, had such a cool beach vibe, and felt homey too. Jo & her husband treated us like family. They gave me a ride home on their golf cart after seeing me walking back from the local store. They were just so accommodating. Definitely would recommend to a friend & will go back in the future if I’m lucky enough. Thanks again guys!

Family beach trip

Everything about this property is top notch. A less than two minute walk to a beautiful beach. Very quiet and relaxing area. Quick access to many restaurants. This has to be the most well equipped rental we’ve stayed in. They’ve truly thought of everything. And if you need anything Jay and Jo are just a quick text or walk away. The outdoor shower is a true gem! After a long hot day at the beach, that shower is so refreshing. We would definitely stay here again.

A hidden gem with all that you need and more.

What a unique find. The access to the beach is truly steps (I went back and forth many times with ease after forgetting items), there is a great road to walk along the beach, a great little Deli for sandwiches, ample room to cook and hang out, and a very fully stocked kitchen. Anything you need, the hosts will seek to accommodate. I could go on, but really it was a perfect stay and we already miss it!

Perfect Stay!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house was beautiful and so close to the beach with ALL the amenities we needed and more!!!! So sweet

Jo and Jay could not have been better. Their thoughtfulness is not only exhibited in the way they treat their guests but in the way they appoint their home with everything a guest would need or want. The bed is very comfortable. There are plenty of accessible outlets and tables and closet space. The outdoor shower was very handy and even had hot water. There were lots of toys and carts to get them to the beach. Bicycles are available upon request. They are not kept at the house but kept elsewhere so they don’t rust. The location is perfect. A golf cart could even be rented to drive the few short miles to Delray’s Atlantic Avenue Check in and check out was very easy. The neighbors were great. The parking is tight, but accommodations were made when family and friends came for a brief visit. If there is anything lacking, all one has to do is ask. If you can’t be happy here, you can’t be happy anywhere.

Fabulous Beach get- away.

We could not have asked for anything better than the experience Jay and Jo ( our hosts) provided for us. They have thought of everything: From fully equipped kitchen and ease of access to everything we needed for the beach. We did not have to ask for anything extra- they’ve thought of it all ( even dice and card games for nightly family entertainment). The beautiful patio for morning coffee and reading was delightful surrounded by avocado, banana, and fig trees plus all the beautiful flowering bushes and trees. The outdoor shower was heavenly. It was a true rest for us and a perfect beach vacation! We hope to go and enjoy it again! Highly recommend our 5-star stay with 5-star hosts!
