Charmantes Duplex-Apartment in Príncipe Real, Lissabons bester Lage, in der Nähe von Verkehrsmitteln (U-Bahn), trendigen Geschäften, Museen, Restaurants und öffentlichen Parkplätzen. Ruhige Straße.

Dieses charmante Haus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert wurde vollständig restauriert, behielt aber seine Identität.

Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder.
Im ersten Stock befinden sich die Küche (voll ausgestattet), das Wohn- und Esszimmer (gratis Wifi und Kabelfernsehen), ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Sofa, das sich in ein Bett verwandelt und Platz für 2 Personen bietet.

Im zweiten Stock (kein Aufzug) befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad.
Beide Schlafzimmer haben zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammen oder getrennt werden können. Das Schlafzimmer mit den roten Streifentapeten hat auch einen Kleiderschrank.

Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, ein Babybett zu bekommen, lassen Sie es mich einfach wissen.

Die Wohnung verfügt über Heizungen.

Es ist der perfekte Ort, um unser sonniges Lissabon zu genießen und ein authentisches Erlebnis zu haben. Ausgezeichneter Ort für Familien und Gruppen von Freunden.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen Kontakt zu der Vermieterin und waren von der Wohnung sehr begeistert. Besonders, dass es drei Badezimmer gibt hat uns mit sechs Erwachsenen wirklich gut getan. Die Nächte waren ruhig, alles war sehr sauber, die Vermieterin außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage!

Ideal für uns: 2 Familien, 1 Paar - durch die 3 Schlafzimmer und jeweils ein Bad und die Gemeinschaftsräume (Wohn und Esszimmer) war die Wohnung ideal für uns. Man kam schnell überall hin, Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend, problemlos! Vielen Dank und gerne wieder!

Beautiful apartment on a quiet street

Our family (2 grandparents, 2 adults, a 3 year old, and a baby under 1) really enjoyed our stay! It was conveniently set up for a baby. This is very specific, but if anyone is traveling with a baby and wondering if there’s enough space for a Slumberpod, there is! The bedroom to the left upstairs has ample space for the crib and slumberpod, and it’s very quiet :) Our toddler also had a great set up. He stayed in the other room upstairs, which has an enormous walk in closet with a round window to the street. He pretended it was his pirate ship - loved looking out the window and inviting others to come in and play! One of my kids got sick while we were in Lisbon, and Maria responded to my questions quickly about where he could go for medical care. Thank you Maria!

Highly recommended!

The place is exactly as depicted - so charming and spacious! Lots of space for the six of us. Very clean. Three full baths, very comfortable beds with high end pillows and sheets. In a quiet location within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. I messaged Maria before we left Vancouver. She was so attentive to our needs. A super host! Would definitely stay thrre again.

Fabulous apartment, well located.

We had a brilliant stay at Maria’s apartment. It was perfect. Communication with Maria before and during stay was excellent, including her meet and greet at the apartment. The place was spotless . Spacious rooms with really comfortable beds. The location is great for getting to all the main areas of old Lisbon.. in fact we were able to walk to most neighbourhoods from the apartment including Bairro Alto and Chiado. Would definitely return and highly recommend!

Girls trip to Portugal and Spain

Maria is top notch! I had communication with her before leaving the US and day before arrival in Lisbon and on our way to the apartment from the airport. Met us at the apartment and we were able to check in early. She familiarized us with the apartment and gave us some information about the neighborhood. She answered questions by What's app during our stay. The apartment is lovely and updated. Lots of space and three full bathrooms was fantastic! We would stay here again if we return to Lisbon.

Great Time

We were 3 elderly couples from the US and shared this 3 bedroom -3 bath apartment. It was very comfortable for the group and located in a quiet neighborhood. We walked to local restaurants which were wonderful. Saw lots of Lisbon in our one week stay and would stay here again.

Just What We Were Looking for

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Portugal and Maria’s apartment helped make that possible. A quiet yet convenient location we could walk to fabulous restaurants, cafes, wine bars, grocery stores and shops. For plans involving more distance we would request a Bolt and would be picked up within 5 minutes every time. 20 minute ride to the main train station Lisboa Oriente gave us easy access to other areas outside of Lisbon. Maria was a gracious host and the apartment was clean, bright and well appointed. This was 5 stars for us and we would not hesitate to recommend to others!

Delightful stay

Maria was very nice and communicative with me and my party from the time we booked until the day we checked in. She met us at the apartment and gave us the run down of the residence, the neighborhood, and some recommendations for where to eat. I stayed with my Father and a friend of his who don't walk much and have some difficulty with stairs and inclines. This apartment is on the second floor so one flight of stairs had to be climbed, but they were able to handle that okay. I was able to walk to most places around Lisbon that I wanted to see without too much difficulty and enjoyed doing so. The apartment itself was very quaint and had some great character. Absolutely recommend Maria and this apartment.

It has all the ingredients for a perfect stay

The apartment was superb, in an excellent location with a fabulous host. Maria met us to complete check-in and provided us with some really useful local knowledge. We booked as a family of 4 but only three of us was able to travel. We had loads of room. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It can comfortably accommodate the 6 people advertised. Individual couples would enjoy privacy & independence if they wished. The kitchen had all the amenities one could need and oodles of cutlery meaning that - even with 6 people - you wouldn't need to use the dishwasher every evening. The location was excellent with easy access to all the attractions, transport for those further afield and also to some excellent restaurants. Maria was delightful, very approachable and accommodating and went to huge lengths to make sure that our stay was as good as it could possibly have been. My family and I enjoyed our stay, would go back in a heartbeat and would unreservedly recommend the apartment to family, friends & colleagues.

Pictures Do Not Do Justice - Fabulous!

Our family of 6 adults traveled from US to Lisbon. This was our first location stay and it did not disappoint. Check-in was seamless and host was a joy to meet. Location of unit is perfectly located to shopping, eating and train/buses. It was spotless and all required needs were available. Beds slept wonderfully and bathrooms were large enough for all family members. We could not have asked for more. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Spacious for large group

This was a charming three bedroom three bathroom house, which was amazing because each bedroom had its own bathroom and two of the bedrooms had large, walk-in closets. On top of it, it had a washer and dryer, was in a safe location and was close to shopping and main tourist areas. Maria, the host was exceptional. She met us at the property on time with a bottle of wine and cookies. She showed us all around the house and even let us in early since we got off a cruise ship and she was able to get the house ready faster than the normal entry time of 4pm. I highly recommend this place.
