Wunderschöne Ferienvilla "Mar y Cielo" (komplett renoviert im Dezember 2016) für 11 Personen mit privatem Pool, WIFI und A / C in La Coveta Fuma.

Diese Luxus-Villa ist ein fantastischer Ort, um eine gute und ruhige Erholung für Ihren Urlaub zu verbringen, nur 130 Meter vom Strand / Meer, dem Zentrum von Coveta Fuma, Spielplatz für Kinder, Bars, Restaurants, Terrassen, Supermarkt und Bahnhof.

Sie werden auch die verschiedenen Terrassen rund um das Haus genießen Sie die Sonne und die herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer zu entspannen, zu genießen. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine Außenecke mit Pergola, so dass Sie eine Mahlzeit zu haben oder außerhalb mit traumhaftem Meerblick trinken.

Die Villa bietet Ihnen insgesamt 5 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer (mit Dusche). Das Haupthaus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Es enthält auch 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche (1 en-suite) mit A / C und Schränke.

Der Keller der Villa (mit eigenem Eingang) bietet Platz für ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett + einem Einzelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Es hat auch ein Bad mit Dusche.

Es verfügt über ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche verbunden (Mikrowelle, Ceran-Herd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine etc.)

Vom Wohnzimmer und der Küche haben Sie Zugang zu der großen Terrasse und dem privaten Swimmingpool mit bequemen Liegestühlen und Liegestühlen.

Die kosmopolitische Stadt Alicante ist etwa 20 Minuten Fahrt und 30 Minuten auf dem Zug. Es ist eine der attraktivsten Städte Spaniens, mit seiner malerischen Altstadt, einer Sammlung von wunderschönen Kirchen, Museen, Live-Teatre und einem lebhaften Hafenviertel, umgeben von Restaurants und Tapas-Bars. Die ganze Stadt ist von Santa Barbara Castle, hoch auf einer Klippe über dem Meer dominiert.

Die Höhlen von Canalobre sind eine der größten Attraktionen an der Costa Blanca und sind nur 15 Minuten von der Villa fahren, in dem Bergdorf Busot.

Auch lebhaften Benidorm und seinen zahlreichen Themenparks sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt.

Nice place

Property is nice the area seems great it was a little quiet as it was off season but talking to the locals it seems it is bustling in the peak season. there is everything you would need close by and Alacante and Benidorm are easy to access on the tram that is literally a 4 min walk. The property has a great pool area and decent sized kitchen the bedrooms are all good sizes too....wardrobe space is at a bit of a premium but apart from that cant have any complaints

Great place!

The place and location was awesome. Little plaza with restaurants close by but no grocery stores. Cathy the rental manager was easily accessible for questions and arranged a taxi for us to be picked up at the airport and back on our departure date.

Clean modern villa

Great clean and well presented Villa with several modern amenities. Ideal location near some bars and shops and only a short tram ride into Alicante town. The layout of the rooms makes it ideal for large groups of friends or family and the gardens surrounding it mean the outside area is very private.

Nice property overlooking the cove.

Nice property fully equipped for most needs, pool was that warm it was like getting in a bath. For shopping for groceries shop on the tram 2 stops to El Campello to supermarket and get a taxi from the nearby taxi rank to bring shopping back. Bars and restaurants conveniently located in the village plaza a short walk away.

Not as advertised

This was by no means a five bedroom property the main house had 3 bedrooms these where functional although dated .Two bedrooms where located under the property with no direct access to the main property,we nick named this “the Dungeon” it was very dated as was the whole property, one room was absolutely unusable we decided not to use it ,there was no bathroom and was very musty.the other room had access to a bathroom but the door had to be kept closed as the smell was awful . The outside areas where good including the pool although the furniture was again dated and in disrepair. I would not recommend for a large group of people max 6 people . The whole experience was a let down which we made the most of ,I has put us off villa bookings in the future. Ps please deal with the damaged chair before someone dies you ?

Beautiful & well maintained Villa

We recently stayed at this Villa along with my parents & our teen/older children and their partners and all of us had a fantastic time. The villa itself is simply decorated, spotlessly clean and very homely & comfortable. However all of us spent most of our time together outside by the pool which to us is the heart of the villa. Adjacent to the pool is a gas BBQ, a lovely seating area with canopy & 4 sun loungers (could do with a few more loungers?!) so most of our days were spent in or around the pool & most of our evenings were spent here also; cooking, drinking, playing cards & beer pong! (*Note to owner- maybe invest in a Table Tennis?) The area of Coverta Fuma directly around the villa is quiet & mostly residential, however there are a small number of bars & restaurants (and a small supermarket) only 10mins walk away. Coverta Fuma beach which is also only a 10min walk away was not very nice thou, quite rocky & seaweed everywhere! However El Campello beach is only 2 stops away on the Tram & the beach there is beautiful, sandy & endless, as are the bars & restaurants so lots to do there & easy to get to & from using the Tram which my children used a lot to get about. Both Benidorm & Alicante were also easy to get to on the tram although sadly they stop running around 10.30pm? Cathy (our host) was a real help to us both before & during our stay. I had a few queries prior to our stay which she answered promptly plus She helped us to hire a car which was brilliant. No huge holding deposit, no excess waiver insurance etc just simply met us at airport & off we went. Also one of the Sun canopies was broken on our arrival which we reported to Cathy & by next day it was replaced with a brand new one. Overall a fantastic relaxing 2wks stay in a beautiful comfy villa. My only quibble is that we used a lot of electric whilst we were there which I wasn’t expecting. Probably due to the exceptional hot weather & the air con being on most of the time, but this was much needed for my parents (& my stropy teenagers!) So Just be prepared if going during summer months you will probably exceed your electric allowance of 100kw per wk & be charged extra. However this was not a real problem & other than that small quibble the villa was perfect.

Hemos ido un grupo de diez personas a la casa "Mar y Cielo" y hemos estado muy a gusto.Quizá como punto a mejorar el mobiliario de la piscina que estaba un poco estropeado y el "olor a cerrado" que había en los dos habitaciones de abajo.

La casa necesita arreglos

Lo mejor de la casa es sin duda la zona de la piscina. Además, la piscina está muy bien cuidada y viene un señor a limpiarla cada dos días. No entregan la casa con una limpieza hecha a fondo (tuvimos que mover el mueble de la tele y encontramos debajo una zapatilla de niño que no era nuestra), y lo peor: hay cosas por todos sitios: en los armarios, debajo de las camas, en los cajones de salón y cocina. Cuando digo cosas me refiero a cosas que van olvidando otros inquilinos (muchísima ropa, juguetes de niños, una caja llena de medicinas, un cubo lleno de productos de aseo a medio gastar, hay hasta una cuna de viaje a la que le faltan piezas, o un orinal debajo de una cama…). Los armarios no ayudan, ya que todos son empotrados y no están forrados, por lo que siempre está cayendo parte de la pared blanca… En general la casa está muy bien, buen mobiliario y cocina muy bien equipada, pero falta dar una vuelta a la casa, tirar muchísimas cosas y arreglar otras.

Location was excellent!

The villa itself was great with only one or two niggles. The bar across the road has a quiz night on Mondays which we really enjoyed. The beach nearby was great for snorkelling and the tram station only a few minutes walk away with a supermarket very close to it. There were quite a few bars and restaurants very close by. In the villa the double ensuite bedroom that looks out onto the pool is the least private and so not great if you want a bit of peace and quiet during the day. The lower floor rooms were an odd arrangement with no link between them so the occupants of the room with only outside access had no easy access to a toilet at night. Our biggest issues were with the management staff. We had paid for bed linen and towels not realising that we were expected to use these items for the whole 2 weeks. When I asked Cathy about this she was flippant, telling me we had a washing machine and the sheets would dry easily in the heat. Considering we had no washing line I can’t imagine the logistics of this for 3 double and 3 single bed sets of bed linen. I was also disappointed that there was no clean offered at the end of the first week. All perfectly normal Cathy assured me - well not in my experience! Cathy ordered our taxi for our departure to the airport but somehow managed to book it for 19.30 instead of 09.30 so we had a stressful half our trying to get a taxi. Meanwhile Cathy was blaming the taxi driver for going to the wrong address as the reason for it not turning up at the required time. Very disappointing management of an otherwise great villa.

This luxury villa "Mar y Cielo" is a fantastic place to spend a good and quiet rest for your holidays, only 130 meters from the beach/sea, the center of Coveta Fuma, playground for children, bars, restaurants, terraces, supermarket and train station.

You will also enjoy the various terraces around the house to relax, enjoy the sun and the superb views over the sea. Moreover, there is an exterior corner with pergola, allowing you to have a meal or drink outside with fantastic sea views.

The villa is offering you in total 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (with showers). The main house contains 2 bedrooms of 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. It also contains 2 bathrooms with shower (1 en-suite) with A/C and wardrobes.

The basement of the villa (with his own entrane) give space to a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a bedroom with a double bed. It also has 1 bathroom with shower.

It has a large living-dining room connected to a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, ceramic cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine etc.)
