Unsere moderne Maisonette-Wohnung befindet sich direkt gegenüber von "El Peñon" (The Rock), 20 Meter vom Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entfernt.

Das Strandhaus besteht aus drei Schlafzimmern; zwei mit zwei Einzelbetten und Balkon mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer und eines mit Doppelbett und Balkon mit Blick auf die Burg von Salobreña und die Berge der Sierra Nevada.

Das offene Wohn- / Esszimmer und die Terrasse öffnen sich zum Meer und zur Sonne, sodass Sie den Wellen lauschen können, während Sie sich auf den großen Sofas oder am Tisch entspannen und Ihr Lieblingsessen genießen. Das Haus ist auch mit zwei Bädern (Badewanne und Dusche), einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und Waschküche ausgestattet.

Perfect location and wonderful hosts

The property overlooks the beach and the Penon rock. Wonderful views and excellent property with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and comfortable sitting areas. The property is well stocked with everything you could want to make your stay comfortable. Coulton and Kate were wonderful hosts who made us most welcome and were also on hand by phone to cover any questions. The welcome pack of fruit and wine was also unexpected but most acceptable, as was the discount vouchers we were given for nearby restaurants. We will be back.

Comodidad y vistas increíbles a pie de playa.

Apartamento duplex amplio con fabulosas vistas al peñón de Salobreña y al mar. Equipado con todo para disfrutar de tus vacaciones desde pastillas para lavadora o lavaplatos, sillas de playa, parasol, aa….. todo! Excelente! Y con una piscina comunitaria tranquila y bien cuidada enfrente del apartamento. Recomendable 100%

Fantastic place and wonderful hosts

The view from the apartment is even nicer than it seems in the pictures. The windows in the front slide to the sides, so you can have the whole front open to the water just a few meters away. Everything worked nicely. The kitchen was well stocked. The hosts provided an ample welcome basket of fruit and wine. Salobreña is a beautiful little town with at least one fantastic bakery (Pasteleria Granada) and a handful of quality restaurants. Coulton and Kate are solid guides to the area. The beach is in between gravel and sand, so it can be a bit abrasive, but it's wide and pleasant. The water was surprisingly cold for late June. Coulton and Kate were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. We got delayed in arriving, and Coulton met us at 1:00 in the morning to let us in and get us settled.

Fabulous spot with wonderful hosts!

Super relaxing place to stay, really convenient, and if you don't feel like the sand at any time, just open the windows and feel the sea breeze and listen to the waves crashing on the beach. Wonderful friendly hosts that make the stay that extra bit special! Super well equipped accommodation! Can't recommend enough.

A Fantastic Holiday. We Felt Like Royalty

When you first enter the flat, you're hit between the eyes by one of the most beautiful views I've ever seen. Right in front of you is a wall of glass, through which there's nothing to look at but sea. To say it's stunning is an understatement. We had a great holiday, with the beach just yards away and some good restaurants nearby, specialising in locally-caught fish. There were lots of nearby places to visit, so we never got bored. And I was very impressed when I rang the owners to ask advice about working the oven and they came round in ten minutes to show me what to do. We felt like royalty.

Relaxing

We loved the Beach House and would highly recommend it. Coulton and Kate have thought of pretty much everything and the apartment is well apportioned and has everything you would need - including beach reading in English and German! The view is amazing and you are truly in the center of the action, yet the apartment is quiet at night when windows are closed. We only used the A/C units in the bedrooms when we slept and we were quite comfortable. The beach is steps away and La Biznaga, the restaurant downstairs, has delicious food and excellent service from Antonio and Antonio.

Amazing villa stay in an unspoilt Spanish coast resort

I feel lucky to have found this property right on the front row of the beach, overlooking the sea framed by local landmark rock. With prompt and friendly communications by the owners, we were on a great start, but arrival and the first view at the vast space with 180 degree panorama have blown us away. After a quick and friendly greeting/check in we were left on our own to enjoy this amazing, spacious, newly redone, beautifully furbished space. A rare case of great taste and comfort. We were two families with small kids and the appartment was perfect by both providing privacy, being safe for kids and also allowing to commune and dine in the common space. There are aircons in every room which kept the space warm even in January. All in all, great stay, cool owners, nice unspoilt Spanish resort with plenty of restaurants and enough interesting stuff to explore, not least being at the foothills of Alpujarras (great for walking). Would definitely recommend and hope to be coming back! Thank you!
